今年春晚也有失误。今年王菲和陈奕迅两人的《因为爱情》是2014年最火的歌曲，《因为爱情》的舞美，非常浪漫优雅，在王菲和陈奕迅演唱时，整个舞台飘满着影像构建的花瓣，两人一前一后的演唱，再到中途牵手，爱情的种种被表现得淋漓尽致，而就在天后王菲开唱不久，很多人就发现了王菲唱跑调了，而陈奕迅则全场发挥稳定。看来天后也会有出错的时候。

今年的小品没赵本山，真是太遗憾了，听说赵本山得了病，一直在家养着。听电视上说，赵本山因为在其他电视台演出后，到央视春晚舞台排练时，忽然之间脑袋一片空白，忘词了。这是他从来没出现过的情况，因为身体的的状况，赵本上不得不退下来回家养病。

再没有赵本山的春晚反倒让今年语言类节目出现了不少的新面孔。第一次登上春晚舞台的青年相声演员曹云金则代替了赵本山的“压轴”表演，演了主场最后一个语言类节目。

我希望，接下来的几年里，春晚应该改变现在的局势，向顶峰再次冲击，到达顶峰后要保持，让每年的春晚都有新鲜，有趣的感觉!

对于华夏手机连锁和华夏电器这个年轻的企业来说，每一个年头都很关键，也都很特别，20**年尤其如此。

在过去的20**年里，华夏手机连锁已是连续第三年实现手机市场占有率、销售毛利和企业净利润三项关节指标全面刷新历史记录。华夏电器也实现了较2009年近70%的增长率，虽然距我们年初确定的翻一番的目标，还有一定差距，但这样的发展势头和增长速度在省内同行业仍然是罕见的。

20**年，在公司董事长的领导下，在华夏管理团队和全体员工的共同努力下，华夏手机连锁和华夏电器全年企业运行安全、规范、高效，队伍稳定并状态昂扬，企业制度建设、文化建设和企业品牌建设成效显著。

20**年，公司继续强力推进团队建设，继续坚持管理人员例行培训制度，通过培训、日常监督管理、每月考核、半年一述职，使得管理团队更趋成熟，特别是华夏电器的经营管理团队，今年通过调整组织架构和部门设置，调整人员分工，提拔晋升部分一线优秀员工和外聘优秀人才加盟等，使企业管理架构更加科学合理，管理人员队伍得到进一步壮大，团队结构和战斗力也得到了显著加强。

20**年，公司继续推进规范化管理，继续坚持原来行之有效的管理措施，公司例会和例行性业务学习基本做到雷打不动，每月目标订立、考核已成常态，公司管理渐趋系统化和模式化。特别是华夏电器，于5月份编制出台了《管理制度汇编》，为电器的规范化管理提供了系统的依据，使整个企业从员工的仪容仪表、出勤考勤、业务学习与考核、销售规范、对客服务规范、公平竞争规则、同事关系规则等，到商品采购、在库商品管理、物流配送、客户满意度回访与检测、客户投诉的受理与处理，以及各类检查、巡查等，从而为企业管理水平的不断提升打下坚实基础。

20**年，公司继续大力提升员工服务意识、服务能力和服务质量，继续推进客户满意服务体系建设。华夏手机连锁为了便利客户售后维修，建立了华夏客服和多个厂家客服联合服务的强大服务阵容。华夏电器也加强了对员工的客户服务观念、服务意识、服务态度和服务技能的培训，开展了服务大赛和服务故事会主题活动，取得了显著效果。

20**年，公司继续完善和优化激励与约束机制。20**年，通过优化员工薪酬制度、优化管理人员薪酬制度和出台一些列的约束性制度，使公司人力资源管理机制化特色更加鲜明。在年底，公司又设计和出台了核心岗位人员期权激励制度，一方面，这充分体现了公司投资人愿意与公司管理运营团队分享企业经营和发展成果的企业家胸怀，另一方面也为公司建立了更深层次和更可靠的激励和约束机制，使公司具备了更强大的发展动力源，同时，也是朝着优秀的现代公司迈出了实质性一步。

20**年，公司始终高度重视安全管理和安全运营。包括消防安全、员工与顾客的人身安全、商品安全以及车辆行车安全等，大会小会常提醒，长要求，多检查，多防范，从而确保了全年安全管理工作的达标。

20**年，公司继续加强市场营销工作。每逢节假日，均推出促销活动。全年促销和广告宣传力度和投入费用比往年成倍增加。全年中，多次大型促销活动获得圆满成功，如华夏电器在大张广场的以旧换新专场活动等，不但对华夏电器当期销售拉动巨大，而且对提升华夏电器知名度和企业形象也有很大正面影响。

虽然20**年成绩是主要的，但我们还必须正视我们工作中存在的问题和不足。

一是华夏电器的企业品牌尚未在消费者心中建立清晰的价值观和强烈的好感，年初虽然提出了20**年为“品牌建设年”的口号，但因种种原因未能切实付诸实施，企业品牌的影响力和号召力还不够强，企业品牌建设还有待积极的、系统的、科学的推进；

二是员工队伍管理还有待加强，员工教育培训要实现常态化，特别是华夏电器员工队伍对企业的向心力和对凝聚力还有待加强，以及对客服务能力、水平、效率有待提升；华夏电器的管理人员中还时不时的会弥漫着浮躁情绪和本位主义工作作风，部门协调时有困难，扯皮推诿情况还时有发生。

三是公司的安全教育和安全管理工作有待进一步加强，特别是华夏电器车辆交通安全、商品安全、内部消防管理，都还存在一定隐患。员工的交通安全意识和良好的安全习惯有待加强。

四是商品销售总量、市场占有率、创利能力还要继续提升。

所以，鉴于企业现实状况和市场竞争的需要，20**年，公司将会以安全、顾客满意和公司盈利三项关键指标作为统筹新一年度全面的工作牛鼻子，其中，安全是前提也是保障，顾客满意是目标也是手段，盈利能力是标准也是目的。我们也只有抓住这几个牛鼻子，才能全面、系统的提升公司的运营和管理水平。对此，我本人充满信心。
