However, reading books has always been the major and convenient approach to

knowledge. One may acquire most of his knowledge through reading books, since

they can be carried easily and read leisurely everywhere at any time. Another

equally important means of acquiring knowledge is through practice, especially

learning from others. It is unlikely for a person to get all-round knowledge by

merely reading books. As a matter of fact, genuine knowledge comes from

practice.

Although books and practice are indispensable to the enrichment of one’s

knowledge, other means shouldn’t be turned aside. With the development of IT

industry, people tend to hunt for knowledge by means of Internet. Internet is

changing people’s traditional approaches to knowledge. It has found its way into

every field of the world.

Sichuan is located in the Upper Yangtze Valley in the southwestern part of the country. The second largest of the Chinese provinces, it covers an area of 220,100 square miles (570,000 square kilometres). Szechwan is bordered by the provinces of Kansu and Shensi to the north, Hupeh and Hunan to the east, and Kweichow and Yunnan to the south and by the Tibet Autonomous Region to the west and the province of Tsinghai to the northwest. Its mild and humid climate, fertile soil, and abundant mineral and forestry resources make it one of the most prosperous and economically self-sufficient regions of China. The area has been seen by some as China in a microcosm and is often viewed as a country within a country. The Chinese call the basin Tien Fu Chih Kuo, which literally means “Heaven on Earth”.

In many countries in the world, women are looked down upon. It is more

difficult for them to get some work than men. In order to get a job, they

sometimes have to tell a lie. Thats unfair. In fact, women can work no worse

than men. Theres nothing that women cant do.

Perhaps, they are better at their work than men. For example, in making

telephones and computers, many companies would rather employ women, for men

cant pick up the small pieces with their fingers. Like , they can also become
