土家人之所以重视这两道菜，是因为以前一年到头难得吃上几回肉，糯米也是稀罕东西，因此家家都把这两道菜当作年夜饭展示手艺的机会，同时也是为了犒劳辛劳了一年的家人。

令人意外的是，海带还曾一度成为土家年夜饭的主菜。因为以前土家族聚集地区吃盐巴都困难，医疗条件也差，经常有人因缺碘患上大脖子病。为了给家人补碘，土家人就在年夜饭上一道海带，以补充人体所需的碘。在当时的条件下，海带对土家人来说，真可谓 “山珍海味”，经常吃根本不可能，因此成了年夜饭上的一道好菜。如今，海带早已退出年夜饭的“舞台”。

土家人吃过年夜饭后，各家都会燃起一根木柴，大家围坐聆听老人讲故事，守岁到天亮，名叫“守田埂”，以表达对田地的热爱。

朝鲜族：“岁酒”和“德固”占据特殊位置

吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州是我国朝鲜族主要聚居地区，春节也是朝鲜族的传统的和最重要的节日。朝鲜族的年夜饭有着自己传统的食品和特色。

朝鲜族的年夜饭丰常丰富，大大小小的盘子七八十个，有的人家甚至达上百个。其中占特殊位置的是‘岁酒’和‘德固’二种。

春节前夕，记者在延边朝鲜族自治州的各乡村看到，很多朝鲜族村民都在酿造“岁酒”。朝鲜族在年夜饭有喝“岁酒”的习俗。这种酒多在过“岁首节”前酿造。岁首节相当于汉族的春节，“岁酒”以大米为主料，配以多味中药材，是一种药酒。用于春节期间自饮和待客，他们认为饮用此酒可以避邪、长寿。

“德固”是一种汤饼，就是将大米面和好蒸熟后，捣成大粘团，再搓成椭圆形圆条，切成薄片，倒入鸡、野鸡、牛肉汤锅中，吃时再放些麻油或香油以及紫菜，味美可口。

在年三十那天，朝鲜族妇女都要穿上漂亮的民族盛装。大多数家庭从一大早就开始做打糕。尽管现在有卖做打糕的机器，但他们还是喜欢用打糕槌自己动手做，因为感觉味道还是不一样。

除夕夜一家都围在一起吃年夜饭，是非常幸福的时刻，全家都会守岁通宵达旦。与汉族不同的是，朝鲜族大年夜这顿饭会载歌载舞，伴着朝鲜族古老的伽耶琴和筒箫乐曲迎接新年的到来。

除夕，是中国的传统佳节，每到这一天，远方的亲人都要回到家里与亲人团聚，吃上一餐团年饭，表示一家人永远团团圆圆，相亲相爱，幸福美满。

吃完团圆饭后，我们就开始守年岁了。大约7点钟，《春节联欢晚会》开始了，我们一家坐在电视机前看《春节联欢晚会》，耳边还不时传来震耳欲聋的鞭炮声。晚会节目很精彩：有优美动听的歌曲，有幽默风趣的小品，还有滑稽逗人的相声……节目是丰富多彩，看得我眼花缭乱。

忽然，“噼里啪啦”的一声鞭炮声印入耳帘，我跑到了窗前一看，哇!鞭炮、烟花的声音彼伏着，像是在与过去的一年告别。我的好奇心把我引到了窗前，最值得引人注目的，还是那“非花却比花甚之”的烟花了。十几支烟花直指天空，一粒粒“金砂”喷射而出，在空中傲然绽放。赤橙黄绿青蓝紫，样样俱全，姹紫嫣红，把夜空装点得美丽、婀娜，把大地照射得如同白昼。

“嘭!”地面上又升起个通体发红的大火球。它飞到半空，“啪”的一声，化作千万颗小火星飞溅开来，拖着长长的、闪光的尾巴缓缓落下，好似翩飞的蝴蝶，从空中旋落;又好似被风吹散的蒲公英，不知是哪个调皮鬼，给它们涂上七彩的颜色……

“嘭嘭嘭!”“嗤嗤嗤!”看!一颗颗发亮，五颜六色的火焰拖着长长的尾巴，争先恐后，前仆后继地蹿上夜空;瞧!那边升出了“天女散花”，这里出现了“孔雀开屏”!哇!再瞧瞧那里的“含苞待放”……天空中顿时成了“花”园，“花”的海洋，璀灿夺目，火树银花，多美呀!多么热闹的除夕之夜!

“嗖，嗖，嗖”，伴随着一声声清脆的响声，那漂亮的烟花托着一条美丽的长尾巴，在天空中划下一道道拱们之后，“闪亮登场”了。烟花五彩缤纷，争奇斗艳，把节日的夜空装点成美丽的大花园!有的像仙女散花，一簇簇，一群群冲上天空，又慢慢落下来;有的像秋菊、月季，万紫千红，千奇百怪;有的像小流星，猛地窜上天空，刹那间又消失在夜空中……大地和天空顿时像炸开了锅似的，沸腾不已。

那各种各样的喜庆声连成一片，好似响彻云霄的交响乐。真是动听极了!鞭炮也不甘示弱，“啪，啪，啪”的响声在天空中回荡。炮仗、鞭炮双管齐下，一个个直冲夜空，在空中翩翩起舞，这边的声音弱了，那边的又起来了，声音此起彼伏，连绵不绝。鞭炮声、炮仗声汇成一股欢快和谐的交响乐，为这无边的夜景又增添了一道亮丽的风景线。

耀眼的礼花在空中闪烁，鞭炮声声震耳欲聋，家家户户灯火通明，那五彩缤纷的烟花映红了大地，映红了天空，这绚丽的色彩，不正象征着我们祖国的锦绣前程吗。

又到了一年的除夕，乡亲们象往年都忙着收拾东西准备逃往深山，这时候村东头来了一个白发老人，白发老人对一户老婆婆说只要让他在她家住一晚，他定能将“年”兽驱赶走．众人不信，老婆婆劝其还是上山躲避的好，但老人坚持留下，众人见劝他不住，便纷纷上山躲避去了。

当“年”兽象往年一样准备闯进村肆虐的时候，突然传来爆竹声，“年”兽混身颤栗，再也不敢向前凑了，原来“年”兽最怕红色，火光和炸响．这时大门大开，只见院内一位身披红袍的老人哈哈大笑，“年”兽大惊失色，仓惶而逃．

第二天，当人们从深山回到村里时，发现村里安然无恙，这才恍然大悟，原来白发老人是帮助大家驱逐“年”兽的神仙，人们同时还发现了白发老人驱逐“年”兽的三件法宝．从此，每年的除夕，家家都贴红对联，燃放爆竹，户户灯火通明，守更待岁．这风俗越传越广，就成了中国民间最隆重的传统节日“过年” 。

在爆竹声中，我们迎来了中国人最盛大的节曰――春节，家家喜气洋洋，挂上红红的灯笼，贴上红红的春联，忙忙碌碌……

正月初一，又是一个快乐的曰子。

以往我都是起得最晚的人，可今天我争了个第一，因为极想闻闻那香气扑鼻的爆竹烟味儿。一串串鞭炮在人们手中点燃，声音真大，四处飞溅，仿佛要把每一个祝福送到千家万户，一阵阵爆竹声接连不断，噼里啪啦的，热闹非凡。

在鞭炮声过后，就没有什么好玩的了。还是吃早餐吧，待会儿出去玩一玩!

吃过饭后，我邀几个朋友一起去玩，在街上点燃的爆竹在地上开出了美丽的花，漂亮极了，袋里装着父母给的零花钱，甭提多高兴了。今天的小鸟也出来凑热闹，大概它们心里也很高兴吧。

街上不愧是街上，玩的吃的样样俱全。看到的大多数是一些小孩，我瞧了瞧，就数麻辣摊的生意最好。

“我要一串年糕!”一个胖孩子叫道。

再去别的地方瞧瞧如何?在一家文具店摊前，我又停下了脚步。那里有各种玩的东西：飞机模型、望远镜、电动汽车……尽是一些玩的东西。我发现最受欢迎的是那些玩的东西。

在其它地方，我还看见有的在卖气球、、跳绳，有的在卖小吃、点心、水果，穿的用的吃的样样俱全，真是无奇不有。

玩了一上午，下午我又要去走亲访友拜新年了，这无疑也是一件高兴的事。

今天真是玩得太痛快了!算是一饱眼福二饱口福三饱手福了。最为幸运的是那些卖主了，今天可是生意兴隆??!

真心希望今天全国的小朋友在新的一年里快快乐乐，没有烦恼，但千万不要“玩物丧志”哟!

Southern Chinese eat niangao (New Year cake made of glutinous rice flour) on this occasion， because as a homophone， niangao means "higher and higher， one year after another。" The first five days after the Spring Festival are a good time for relatives， friends， and classmates as well as colleagues to exchange greetings， gifts and chat leisurely。

China has 56 ethnic groups。 Minorities celebrate their Spring Festival almost the same day as the Han people， and they have different customs。
