在我们现实生活中，我们经常将幸福的人定义为“有钱、有权、有位”之人。可是上述的事例正将这个定义打破，告诉我们富有之人、高位之人并不一定是幸福之人。那么，从本质上来说，幸福与物质层面相联系的较少，而更多的是与人的精神层次相联系。幸福更多的是人们对现实中自己所处的地位与价值的一种肯定与满足。缺少了这种肯定与满足，必然会导致精神的痛苦。而当痛苦过多，积压过重，人的幸福感就很快容易消失，取而代之是对生活的失望与沮丧。所以做一个幸福的人，应该更强调对自己现实的肯定。

物质的过度贫困是不容易产生幸福感的，但物质的过度充足也会产生幸福的危机感。经常有彩票中大奖的现实事件产生，我们经常容易被那些巨大的数字所吸引，进而叹息。但又有谁去关注一个人突然暴富所带来的幸福的失衡?我想一个人在突然得知自己获取巨大财富兴奋的同时，是不是会伴有惶恐、惊惧呢?如何不是这样，也就不会出现获取巨奖后举家一夜搬迁之事。其实事情远没有停止，巨额财富恐怕将原先的家庭的一种幸福感打破，那么就需要花上很长的一段时间重塑一种新的幸福感。

其实我们的幸福来源于我们对现实的认知，我们的不幸福感常来自于我们的缺失。我们常常放大我们的缺失，进而产生自己不幸福的感觉，于是对自己所拥有的视而不见。街边的乞丐照样有迷人的微笑，陶渊明的自我认识对他的幸福感的产生就有很大的作用。如果我们将人的生死都能够淡然地看成是一个必然的过程，学会真正勇敢地去面对，将人生的酸甜苦辣看成是丰富人生的必要成分，史铁生地坛般的参透必不可少。那么，做一个幸福的人其实很容易。

The 15-Day Celebration of Chinese New Year.

The summer holiday is coming. Our class have had a discussion about what to do during the holiday. Some are in favor of staying at home. They think its both convenient and comfortable. Whats more, they can save money for other purposes. But they will lose the chance of getting to know the outside world.

However, others prefer to go out for traveling since it can increase their knowledge and broaden their horizons. But they will spend more money and meet some difficulties while traveling.

A Lovely Cat

Several days ago, Mother brought home a little cat. I gave her a nice name "Mimi".

She is black all over except her: four feet and a small nose. There is also a white bib on her chest. Can you imagine what she looks like? Every morning she gets up the earliest. Then she always climbs up my bed and wakes me up. When we sit at table having our meal, she often runs under the table and even climbs onto our knees, it seems as if she was saying, "Let me join you. 一天，猫大姐戴着太阳镜，穿着高跟凉鞋，带着皮夹，来到了新世纪美容中心。她扭着纤腰，迈着一字步，往沙发椅上一坐，翘起一双玉腿，嗲声嗲气地喊道：“先生，请把我身上的胡须和脚下的刺剃掉，再造一个最时髦的发型。”只见螃蟹理发师挥起大钳，三下五除二就把猫的胡须和刺剪光了，还给她做了一个时下最最流行的大卷发。美容师孔雀根据猫大姐的特点，给她割了双眼皮，装上假睫毛，还做了面膜和抽脂瘦身手术。猫大姐照了照镜子，欣赏着自己优美的发型、苗条的身段，不禁为自己的高见洋洋得意起来。她换上时装，涂上口红，走出美容中心，打算到朋友那儿露回脸，让她们也见识一下自己领先潮流的打扮。

猫大姐正在自鸣得意的时候，一只小老鼠突然从一个地洞里钻出来，从她眼前跑过。猫大喊：“老鼠，你哪里逃?”老鼠一看猫大姐的这身打扮，嗤之以鼻，说：“猫大姐，看看你的样子，还能抓住我吗?”猫想逮住老鼠，可一迈步，扑通一声摔倒了，乐得老鼠笑哈哈。猫大姐眼睁睁地看着老鼠从她面前走掉。

没有了胡须和锋利爪子的猫大姐，逮不着老鼠，过了几天饿死了。

都是女孩子怕虫，尤其是那种“三头六臂”的。的确，现在的我就很怕它们，甚至见到了就会毛骨悚然，吓得不知如何是好。

可儿时的我并非如此。记得那是寄居在祖母家中，祖母家住在一楼，出门便是于耍的天地，而我偏偏不喜欢跟女孩们“扮公主”、“做千金”，男孩子们又不愿带着我这个小丫头打打闹闹。无奈，我只好自寻玩处。

其实蚂蚁本身并不好玩，但只要有玩法，蚂蚁就会变成世上无双好玩具。我当时的玩法是开个假慈善的“蚂蚁医院”，把活生生的蚂蚁捉来“截肢”，然后把“残废蚂蚁”送到树叶做的“病房”内，细心照顾，必要时还要把蚂蚁送入“急救病房”装模作样地“抢救一番”，直至康复。

有一次，我又促到了一只黑蚂蚁，由于找不到“肢解工具”，玩心急切，不得不捡来石头，狠狠地砸向可怜的蚂蚁，挪开石头一看，蚂蚁都不动不动了，我很开心地说：“骨折，准备急救。”我用树叶把它铲起来，它没有动，把它扔在地上，它也没有动，我失望地注视它，以为它死了。为自己下手太重而感到惋惜。这时候，我惊奇地发现这只蚂蚁居然站了起来，看得出，它是多么费力。它似乎尽了最大的力量，站起来，又倒下，再站起来，再倒下。如此循环三四次，终于，它拖着伤痕累累的身体艰难的爬行着，小小的我惊呆了。现在想起来，那是一种生的渴望在支撑它，使它顽强地站起来，使它顽强地爬行，使它顽强地活下去。

从此，我开始怕小小的蚂蚁，倒不是怕它的外形，而是惧怕并且敬畏如此的生命。
