但在夸父面前的是世界上最高的山峰——阿里巴巴山峰(现在叫做珠穆朗玛峰)。夸父毕竟是巨人，珠穆朗玛峰对于他算得上是一座比较高的山坡。可问题不在于高，而在于这山非常陡，似一把利刃，且山脉绵延，绕过去是不行了。眼看太阳又跑远了。夸父一咬牙，开始使劲爬山。一次又一次的尝试后，夸父已经遍体鳞伤。不——夸父心里大喊。他最后使劲全身的力气——终于爬上去了。夸父兴奋极了，却一不小心从山顶上滚了下来。哦!摔的真惨!夸父拍拍猎皮豹衣，又继续前进。

转眼到了正午，又有新的难题了——这下是大海，啊唔纳多海(现在的太平洋)。这片汪洋大海挡住了夸父的去路，海上鲨鱼和电鳗以及海怪不住的叫嚣着。夸父抬头望了望太阳，太阳正往远方飘去，就像是一个胜利者在嘲笑失败者。

出生于一个普通家庭，张立新12岁时便接受父母离异的痛楚。之后，他和母亲相依为命，性格内向，寡言少语。

上天似乎并不照顾这位失去父爱的少年。13岁时，他的左腿被诊断为“骨髓炎不排除骨肉瘤”，随即便接受了手术，左腿大腿部被取出三分之一的骨头。医生告诉他，以后不能做剧烈运动了，走路也得小心翼翼，否则很容易发生骨折。

张立新做梦也没想到自己会成为残疾人。在第一次手术之后，他那患病的腿部如同发面的馒头，一天天肿胀起来，疼痛像毒蛇猛兽般肆虐。当做完第二次手术时，泪水浸湿了枕巾，他不是因为痛才流泪，而是他知道自己再也不能用两条腿走路了：永远地失去了左腿。而那时，他只有14岁。

失去左腿的打击不亚于晴天霹雳，张立新曾一度自闭，恍恍惚惚。但最终他选择了勇敢地面对一切，鼓起勇气到大连市残联参加排球训练。由于具备良好的身体素质和出色的反应能力，他被篮球队挑走，随后又被吸收为大连市轮椅竞速队队员。

我喜欢竞速轮椅，我一定会闯出个名堂来!”初次接触轮椅竞速这个项目，张立新便爱上了它，“我喜欢追风的感觉”。从那时开始，他就暗下决心，一定要闯出个名堂。

竞速轮椅的运动员外出比赛，一般都是单手拄拐，另一只手拖轮椅。习惯拄双拐的张立新为了扔掉其中一支拐杖，加时加量地训练臂力，强化体能。功夫不负有心人，他先后在这一项目上多次获得全国冠军。而在2008年的北京残奥会上，他更以骄人的成绩赢得了竞速轮椅项目上的四项冠军，成为中国田径队响当当的“四金王”。

Almost everyone wants to live a long life, but longevity is not for all

people. It is reported that most long life people are in villages, far away from

big cities. In village, life is closer to nature. The sky there is clear and

pretty; the air is fresh; the water is clean; and the food they eat are natural,

without any chemicals. Besides, those villages are abundant in green trees,

beautiful flowers, fresh fruit, and wild animals, which can evoke peoples

passions for life. Moreover, the living pace in those villages is rather slow.

People suffer less stress than cities’. Thus, they have more freedom to enjoy

what they like. No wonder that most villagers are strong and healthy. If I
