每个人都渴望得到幸福，做一个幸福的人，应该是每个常人的愿望吧。

前两天在电视上看到两则意味深长的报道，一个人因为家境穷困，无力再赡养两个孩子，从楼上跳下来。一个是日本的一位年轻有为的人不堪精神压力跳楼自杀。

之所以将两则故事联系起来，是因为我们通过比较很容易得到一些重要信息。从结果来看，都是一样的;并且从方式的角度来看，也出奇的相似。原因也都是精神不堪。不同的是一个是贫困之人，一个是富有之人。

在我们现实生活中，我们经常将幸福的人定义为“有钱、有权、有位”之人。可是上述的事例正将这个定义打破，告诉我们富有之人、高位之人并不一定是幸福之人。那么，从本质上来说，幸福与物质层面相联系的较少，而更多的是与人的精神层次相联系。幸福更多的是人们对现实中自己所处的地位与价值的一种肯定与满足。缺少了这种肯定与满足，必然会导致精神的痛苦。而当痛苦过多，积压过重，人的幸福感就很快容易消失，取而代之是对生活的失望与沮丧。所以做一个幸福的人，应该更强调对自己现实的肯定。

物质的过度贫困是不容易产生幸福感的，但物质的过度充足也会产生幸福的危机感。经常有彩票中大奖的现实事件产生，我们经常容易被那些巨大的数字所吸引，进而叹息。但又有谁去关注一个人突然暴富所带来的幸福的失衡?我想一个人在突然得知自己获取巨大财富兴奋的同时，是不是会伴有惶恐、惊惧呢?如何不是这样，也就不会出现获取巨奖后举家一夜搬迁之事。其实事情远没有停止，巨额财富恐怕将原先的家庭的一种幸福感打破，那么就需要花上很长的一段时间重塑一种新的幸福感。

其实我们的幸福来源于我们对现实的认知，我们的不幸福感常来自于我们的缺失。我们常常放大我们的缺失，进而产生自己不幸福的感觉，于是对自己所拥有的视而不见。街边的乞丐照样有迷人的微笑，陶渊明的自我认识对他的幸福感的产生就有很大的作用。如果我们将人的生死都能够淡然地看成是一个必然的过程，学会真正勇敢地去面对，将人生的酸甜苦辣看成是丰富人生的必要成分，史铁生地坛般的参透必不可少。那么，做一个幸福的人其实很容易。

中学英语教学大纲中明确指出：“写是书面表达和传递信息的交际能力。培养初步写的能力，是英语教学的目的之一。”在近年的高考中英语写作也占有相当比重。因此，在高中阶段教师应在指导和组织学生进行英语写作上下功夫，在平时教学中应有计划有目的地去训练和提高学生的写作能力。

一、学生能充分认识英语写作的重要性是写作能力提高的必要条件。

英语写作能力的提高需要持之以恒的长期训练。如果学生对写作重要性认识不够，他们就不能积极主动地去配合老师搞好写作训练，甚至产生逆反心理，产生对立情绪，英语写作就会半途而废，达不到预期目的。

二、指导写作应注意的几个问题：

1．教师要有明确合理的教学计划和教学程序，组织系统规范的有序训练。

2．帮助和要求学生养成积极主动地坚持英语写作的良好习惯。

3．坚持循序渐进的训练原则。写作要先易后难，先短后长，先学会运用简单句、并列句，后学会用复合句表达，先写正确句子逐步过渡到围绕一个人、一件事、一个观点去写有中心的文章，由不限定时间到限定时间，由限定时间长到限定时间短，由限定字数少到多……

4．分程度要求。对学生的要求不能一刀切，对学习好的要求要高，对学习差的要求要适当低一些。要避免有些学生轻而易举垂手可得，而有些学生又可望而不可及的情况发生。

5．注意讲评。要经常指出优点，以利模仿，指出缺点，警示避免。

6．鼓励优秀，耐心帮助差生。充分利用板报、专栏进行优秀作文展览，或者也可采用传阅方式进行。但不能放弃或岐视差生，要经常帮助他们树立信心，掌握写作方法和技巧。

8．要求学生在写作中宁简勿误，不能养成随随便便的习惯，要养成严谨推敲的风气。

三、训练写作的常用方法。

写作训练应考虑循序渐进的原则，采取逐步提高的形式进行。

1．用学过的词、短语或句式，模仿课文中的表达法造句。2．换课文中的人物、时态、语态或体裁等改写课文。3．看图作文。4．填补式作文。5．写课文复述材料或写心得体会。6．将打乱顺序的句子按事件发展的时间顺序或逻辑关系等整理成一篇完整的短文。7．教师给出题目和提纲让学生写作。8．写日记或周记。9．材料作文。教师给出汉语提示让学生用英语表达。

四、注意纠正学生英语作写中容易出现的错误。

学生最初写作时，教师要给予必要的指导，使他们少犯错误。教师还要经常性地例举错误的表达法，提醒学生注意避免。在批阅作文时教师要随时标出学生错误之处，还要随时记录学生所犯错误，把学生的错误加以归类总结，把普遍性的错误提出来，让学生集体改错，使他们的语言表达尽可能地规范正确。

总之，学生英语写作能力在老师有计划的组织和耐心帮助、正确引导下，在学生长期积极密切的配合下是能够得以逐步提高的。

当你穿行在高楼之间时，当你陶醉在五光十色的霓虹灯下时，当你行走在人群中时，也许你看不到更想不到，在这美丽繁华的大城市外，有着另一个世界—正在舒展着肢体的沙漠。

美丽的大自然是人和动物的栖身之地，但是有的人为了自己的利益，破坏了多少动植物呀!到头来还是害自己。铅笔、纸……都是用树木做的;我们可以废品回收，用废品制作铅笔、纸。我们不能乱扔废电池，因为废电池中含有毒，要知道：‘一个纽扣大的废电池就能污染60万升水，这些水相当于一个人一生的用水量!’

人类啊!请放下手中饮血的酒杯吧，不要把动物当作你盘中的美味和笼中的玩弄品了，不要再为了自己的利益而乱砍树了，让我们从生活中每一点一滴做起，保护动物，保护植物，保护大自然，保护我们共同的家园!

自制，即克制自己。从横向看，自制是除人类之外生物圈中任何生物都没有或者稀缺的一种能力。从纵向看，自制似乎是古来名垂青史者共有的一个特征。自制对任何物种的发展都有着举足轻重的作用。

自制让个人成就大业。大禹治水，三过家门而不入，是因为责任而自制;勾践为奴，屡遭羞辱而不怒，是因为复仇而自制;韩信受胯下之辱却视如无物;冉闵为报国仇家恨，视杀父仇人为父;李世民为天下统一，有降顺突厥之耻……这些人无一不是人中之豪杰，也无一不成就一番伟业。他们忍受了常人难以忍受的耻辱与痛苦，为将来的成功作铺垫。事实证明他们的自制是有回报的：勾践以三千越甲吞吴;韩信率数万老弱克齐;冉闵终大仇得报，被称为武悼大王，纵横北地数十年，胡人闻之丧胆;李世民一雪前耻，成为华夏之主，兵锋出塞，东突厥上表请降，受其赐姓。正应了那句老话：“君子报仇，十年不晚。”这些心志坚忍之辈正是拥有强大的自制力，才能脱颖而出，独领风骚。

但也有把持不住自己而祸国殃民的例子。吴三桂年轻时作战勇猛，常常身先士卒，屡立战功。但“冲冠一怒为红颜”，没有控制好自己的情绪，终于引清兵入关，酿成“扬州十日、嘉定三屠”的惨祸，被无数人指着脊梁骨骂汉奸。究其原因，乃是他年轻气盛，头脑清醒时木已成舟，无可挽回了，因缺乏自制力获得汉奸的骂名，遗臭万年。

上述的自制其实是一种瞬间面临选择的自制;自制力其实还体现在另一方面，即是日常的自我克制。祖逖闻鸡起舞之事相信所有人都耳熟能详，这即是一种耐久的自制力。任何技能的积累皆是一个枯燥乏味的过程。这个过程需要强大的自制力来坚持。起早一天不难，两天不难，难便难在数十年如一目，一万人中能有几人做到?’而这做到的几人，便是人上人。我们看到“春风得意马蹄疾”，别忘了“十年寒窗无人问”的艰辛;看到斩将夺旗，所向披靡，“百万军中取上将首级”，也别忘了“冬练三九，夏练三伏”的磨砺。任何一个成功的背后，都是成功者强大的自制力在支持。

自制力也使国家崛起。17世纪的欧洲，是个疯狂的大陆。无数人登上船去，驶向未知，要么杳无音信，葬身鱼腹，要么成功归来，一夜暴富。这就是大航海时代。在海上贸易如日中天时，英国借此开始崛起，但很快就遭到老牌霸主西班牙的压制。此时的西班牙乃是名副其实的超级大国，其无敌舰队也是真正的无敌于海上。西班牙策划了针对伊丽莎白的政变，使女皇恼怒万分。但她并没有冲动，而是全面收缩力量，开始了养兵千日的计划。英国海军上将德雷克无视此时欧洲主流作战方式——接舷战，转而训练海军以炮击为主要攻击手段。在这段时间中。西班牙与英国在海上爆发无数冲突，双方的武装战船扣押、掠夺对方商船，而英国因为海军力量不强，处于下风，但英国不为所动。直到最后，一支新式海军出现在无敌舰队的前方海面上，并出乎所有人意料迅速击败了无敌舰队，也击败了不可一世的西班牙帝国。

从此，英国的霸主地位稳如泰山。在隐忍的日子里，无数国家认为英国人毫无胆量，毫无骨气，因此不敢与西班牙决战。在地中海，在大西洋，悬挂英国国旗的船舰总是招来“胆小鬼”之类的旗语，英国人不堪忍受，屡次请战，但伊丽莎白表现出了惊人的忍耐力，她号召这个国家为了崛起而冷静下来，忍受耻辱直到最后。她表示“愿意卖掉自己最后一条裙子”。在开战前，伊丽莎白女王唤起了英国民众的热情，英格兰岛国的性质使它可以为某一目的集中使用资源，这里表现出的一个国家的自制力无疑是非常可怕的。众志成城的自制，意味着众志成城的爆发，当一个国家如此爆发时，它的胜利几乎是必然的。同样的道理从汉与匈奴的战争中可以见到。早期的和亲与休养生息换取了后期的全线出击，致使匈奴被迫举族西迁。

自制是成功的要素，自制是理智的表现，是人类作为万物之灵的独有特征。如果我们想要有所作为，那么请像一句广告词说的那样：“对自己狠一点。”
