Last Sunday, I went sightseeing with my friends in the Fairy Lake Park. The park was full of freshness and beauty of spring, with the sun shining and birds singing. First, stop wasting more water. Second, throw waste things into different dustbins. For example, waste paper should be throw into paper recyclable bins. Third, stop cutting down trees. Instead, plant more. Fourth, pick up garbage in the park or on the road when we are free. Last, call on more and more people to pay attention to contrlling pollution. In a word, everybody has his duty to protect the world.

我的老家回江苏的，奶奶家旁边有一条小溪，那里有芦苇，有的时候，还会看到很多蜂鸟。就在我们今年回老家的时候，小溪的水，被污染了。

我看到芦苇都没有了，小溪的地下都是易拉罐、酒瓶、碎玻璃。我看到了，我很惊讶，我就问爸爸：“爸爸为什么会这样？”“因为有人乱扔垃圾，破坏了大自然啊。”爸爸说完，我就回房间了。

水的重要性：水是生命的源泉，是生命存在与经济发展的必要条件，同样是构成人体组织的重要部分。水在人体内的含量达70%，其余30%左右为固体营养物（蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂质、矿物质、维生素等）。人体60%的水在细胞内，40%在流体内（血、消化液、唾液、胆液、泪水、汗液、肠液、胃液）。

明代李时珍在本草纲目中著到：“药补不如食补，食补不如水补”，水不愧为百药之王。由有害化学物质造成水的使用价值降低或丧失，污染环境。污水中的酸、碱、氧化剂，以及铜、镉、汞、砷等化合物，苯、二氯乙烷、乙二醇等有机毒物，会毒死水生生物，影响饮用水源、风景区景观。污水中的有机物被微生物分解时消耗水中的氧，影响水生生物的生命，水中溶解氧耗尽后，有机物进行厌氧分解，产生硫化氢、硫醇等难闻气体，使水质进一步恶化。

看到这些，我们一定要好好的保护地球，这样，才不会给我们带来自然灾害。

准备出门散步，却发现窗外风沙肆虐，黄沙漫天，我不由得抱怨：都怪那些伐木工，砍掉了树木，才带来了沙尘暴，带走了蓝天。

去大城市游览，却发现天色昏暗，雾霾遍天，我忍不住发牢骚：都怪那些化工厂，排放了废气，才使空气被污染。

去逛街，却发现街上垃圾遍地，污水直流，我开始责怪：都怪那些没素质的人，乱扔垃圾，乱泼脏水，才使街道变得肮脏。

环境的破坏，让我在心中一遍又一遍地埋怨破坏者：是他们！是他们破坏了环境！是他们让天空不再湛蓝，是他们让河水不再清澈，是他们让绿色一点一点消失！

我理所当然地浪费了一张又一张纸，理所当然地为求方便而坐了一次又一次汽车，理所当然地将垃圾一次又一次扔在地上。

因为，我觉得环境污染与我无关。

然而，报纸上一篇有关环境污染的统计，彻底否决了我的想法，我才发现，我错得很离谱。

我的书本堆满书桌，只用过一次的白纸塞满纸篓，我从没想过，它们其实就是被砍伐的某棵树的一部分。

本来可以骑车的我坐在小汽车上，汽车车尾排出白烟，我从没想过，排放出的有害气体，其实就会成为污染蓝天的一部分。

吃完烧烤，随手把竹签扔在地上，我从没想过，看起来细细的竹签，竟然也会成为污染环境的垃圾。

我总是认为环境污染是那些大工厂之类的巨大工程造成的，却从未想过，自己平时的行为，也是对环境的一种破坏，虽然是一些微小的行为，但是，一次又一次的破坏、一个人又一个人的破坏累计起来，就是对环境的一个巨大创伤。

一些工厂不注意保护水资源，把工业废水排入江河湖泊，造成了水资源的严重污染。鱼虾生活在这样的水中，就会慢慢中毒，死去；人类喝了这样的水，就会生病，严重影响身体健康。听后，我觉得真是可怕！为什么人类只知道赚钱，不知道保护水资源，这样下去，我们就很难喝到干净的水，到那时，人类该怎么生存呢？ 很多家庭表面上看是很节约用水 ，实际上是在浪费水资源 。有的家庭厨房和卫生间的水龙头的水一天到晚都在一滴一滴往水缸和储水桶里面滴， 然而水缸和储水桶的水却在不停地往外流入下水道 。有的家庭将一些完全还可以利用的水， 像淘菜和洗脸的水 一盆一盆的直接 入下水道， 看看这些被浪费的水 ，如果一年到头一滴一滴的往外滴水的话 ，如果要认真地计算 其结果一定会让惊讶得目瞪口！ 在此，特地向广大市民提出以下建议:

1。淘米水洗菜，再用清水清洗，不仅节约了水，还有效地清除了蔬菜上的残存农药；

2。夏天给室内外地面洒水降温，尽量不用清水，而用洗衣之后的洗衣水；

3。冲厕所：如果您使用节水型设备，每次可节水4一5千克；

4。洗菜：一盆一盆地洗，不要开着水龙头冲，一餐饭可节省50千克；

5。将卫生间里水箱的浮球向下调整2厘米，每次冲洗可节省水近3千克；按家庭每天使用四次算，一年可节药水4380千克。

我们不仅要制止工厂用水无节制的坏习惯，还希望你们做到：

一、珍惜水源，一水多用：

在我们的生活中，经常有人洗完手后不关水龙头，使水资源这样一点一滴地浪费掉，这种行为是不行的，我们应该珍惜水源。当然，我们也应该养成一水多用的好习惯，如：洗完菜的水可以拿去浇花；拖完地板的水可以拿去冲厕所。这样就可以珍惜水资源了！

我们是地球的主人，同时又是地球的破坏者，最后又成为受害者。善待地球就是善待自己，作为21世纪的主人，我们一定要时时刻刻地保护我们这可爱的地球！
