3. 叙述的顺序

记叙一件事要有一定的顺序。无论是顺叙、倒叙、插叙还是补叙，都要让读者能弄清事情的来龙去脉。顺叙最容易操作，较容易给读者提供有关事情的空间和时间线索。但这种方法也容易使文章显得平铺直叙，读起来平淡乏味。倒叙、插叙、补叙等叙述方法能有效地提高文章的结构效果，让所叙之事跌宕起伏，使读者在阅读时思维产生较大的跳跃，从而为文章所吸引，深入其中。但这些方法如果使用不当，则容易弄巧成拙，使文章结构散乱，头绪不清，让读者不知所云。

5. 叙述与对话

引用故事情节中主要人物的对话是记叙文提高表现力的一种好方法。适当地用直接引语代替间接的主观叙述，可以客观生动地反映人物的性格、品质和心理状态，使记叙生动、有趣，使文章内容更加充实、具体。试比较下面两段的叙述效果：

I was in the kitchen, and I was cooking something. Suddenly I heard a loud noise from the front. I thought maybe someone was knocking the door. I asked who it was but I heard no reply. After a while I saw my cat running across the parlor. I realized it was the cat. I felt released.

这本来应是一段故事性很强的文字，但经作者这么一写，就不那么吸引人了。原因是文中用的都是叙述模式，没有人物语言，把"悬念"给冲淡了。可作如下调整：

二、写好记叙文的基本要领

1. 头绪分明，脉络清楚

写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个" W "和一个" H "有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些" W "和" H "，但动笔之前，围绕五个" W "和" H "进行构思是必不可少的。

2. 突出中心，详略得当

One night a man came to our house and told me, "There is a family with eight children. They have not eaten for days." I took some food with me and went.

When I finally came to that family, I saw the faces of those little children disfigured (破坏外貌) by hunger. There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces, just the deep pain of hunger.

I gave the rice to the mother. She divided the rice in two, and went out, carrying half the rice. When she came back, I asked her, "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer, "To my neighbors - they are hungry also!"

How I Spent My Summer Vacation The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. Winter vacation we eyas holiday team organized an activity, location is the Shanghai science and technology museum. We visited a whole day, is very impressive to me.

Early in the morning, I start to set point. 9 o clock in the morning, we arrive at the Shanghai science and technology museum. Shanghai science and technology museum is the important public welfare social cultural projects invested by Shanghai municipal government, with an area of 98000 square meters, is a by 12 exhibit areas, 4 big theater of science and technology, 6 big media theater, two relief art gallery and a spider pavilions together build up and the modernization of science and technology park.

We visited the light of wisdom, childrens science and technology park, the robot world, audio-visual park pavilion, etc. Im impressed with the electromagnetic gun. This gun does not need to use the rockets, thats amazing! 寒假里我们雏鹰假日小队组织了一次活动，地点是上海科技馆。我们整整参观了一天，令我印象非常深刻。

一大早，我就出发，前往集合点。上午9点，我们准时到达上海科技馆。上海科技馆是上海市政府投资兴建的重大公益性社会文化项目，面积 9.8万平方米，是一座由12个主题展区，4大科技影院，6大媒体剧场，2个艺术浮雕长廊和1个蜘蛛展馆共同构筑起来的现代化科技乐园。

我们参观了智慧之光、儿童科技园、机器人世界、视听乐园等展馆。最令我印象深刻的是电磁炮。这种炮不需要用火箭，真是太神奇了!玩法是：把一个小银球放进洞里，瞄准墙上的红色区域，按动按扭就可以发射了，但是按动按扭的力道跟炮弹的力量有关联。我和小队的同学说：“我们一人三发，看谁射的准，射中的次数最多，怎么样?”“好啊。”大家异口同声地说。我头两发都里目标差一点。最后一发了，我的心“扑通扑通”地跳着，我瞄准目标，用力按下按扭，“砰”一声，炮弹发射了出去。“耶!”我欢呼着，我打中了!旁边的管理员姐姐也鼓起掌来。我还不是最强的，一位同学更牛，他竟然连中三发!时间过得真快，太阳已西斜，我们就依依不舍地回家了。

上海科技馆以“人，自然，科技”为主题，以寓教于乐的方式，让我们在赏心悦目的互动体验中，接受现代科学、技术和艺术的熏陶。我爱上海科技馆!

There is an old man who lives next to my door. He lives alone, and

sometimes his children will come to visit him. When we asked him why he didnt

move to live with his children, he said he didnt want to interrupt them,

because of the different lifestyle. The man likes to sit in front of the shop,

where people communicate there every day. He is very talkative and likes to

offer help. Once he helped a woman to carry heavy food home. Besides, if people

asked him for information, he knew everything. People loved him and got used to

seeing him every day. I like to talk to this man, he is smart and can give me

some wise opinion. He is definitely a good people and we are willing to ask him

to have dinner with us.

But soon changed my opinion.

Have a school extra-curricular knowledge competition. There is a problem is this: why koalas were full of incense? 可是不久就改变了我的看法。

有一次学校组织课外知识竞赛。有一道题是这样的：树袋熊为什么浑身是香的?三个选择：A与生俱来的，B生活在清香中，C它吃了一种香的树叶，时间长了就香了。这道题我在哪见过，哦，想起来了，就是前天阅读的一篇科学论文。里面提到的，说是树袋熊爱吃桉树叶，这种树叶里有一种成分，吃多了时间长了就香了。我选了C。过了几天，试卷发下了一看，果然是C。还有好多题，我都见过，才把它们做对的。

还有一次，上作文课。老师要我们写关于劝学的文章。我就引用了一些名言、古诗。好多人都没有想到，可是我想到了。作文点评时，老师把这篇文章读给大家听，让大家学习，还表扬我爱读书呢。这些都是我平时多阅读多积累的效果。

我终于明白了，阅读能让我们多补充课外知识，写出好的文章。当然最重要的是阅读让生活变得更精彩。所以说阅读好处多多。

The air we breathe is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet without it we could not survive more than a few minutes. For the most part, the same air is available to everyone, and everyone needs it. Some people use the air to sustain them while they sit around and feel sorry for themselves. Others breathe in the air and use the energy it provides to make a magnificent life for themselves.

Opportunity is the same way. It is everywhere. Opportunity is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet opportunity alone is not enough to create success. Opportunity must be seized and acted upon in order to have value. So many people are so anxious to "get in" on a "ground floor opportunity", as if the opportunity will do all the work. 过了一个钟头，他怀着甜蜜的希望睡熟了。他在梦里看见一铺暖炕，炕上坐着他的爷爷，耷拉着两条腿，正念着他的信……泥鳅在炕边走来走去，摇着尾巴……

“快起来，别睡了！太阳都晒屁股了，还不快去干活！”一阵严厉的叫喊声把凡卡从他的美梦中拉了回来。“还不快去干活。”老板命令凡卡，凡卡只好被迫无奈地干了许多又累又重活，连续好几天，凡卡都这样干着。凡卡常常会在老板不注意的时候，跑到门外看爷爷有没有来接他。可是，一天，两天，三天……一个星期过去了，凡卡还没有看见爷爷的踪影。凡卡心想：爷爷是不是不喜欢我了？不要我了？想着想着，凡卡竟然哭了出来。这时，一个新来的小伙计走到他身边，关心地问：“凡卡，你怎么了？”凡卡哭着把给爷爷寄信的事告诉了小伙计，还嘱咐他不要告诉别人。小伙计听了之后，哭笑不得的说：“凡卡，写信是要有详细地址的，还要有邮票和收件人的姓名，这样信才能发到你爷爷的手里，你写的信根本寄不出去。”凡卡听了之后，恍然大悟。他用自己剩下的工钱重新买了一个信封和一张邮票。

有一天，老板和老板娘都不在家。凡卡偷偷地从立柜里拿出纸和笔，重新把上次给爷爷写的信写了一遍。写完之后，他把信装进了信封里，并且写上了收件人的详细地址和姓名，贴上了邮票，然后，他连大衣都没穿就跑到了大街上，把信投到了邮筒里，他此时此刻高兴极了，仿佛看见了爷爷正带着泥鳅赶过来接他。

三天后的中午，凡卡仍然站在门口等爷爷。忽然，远方出现了一个熟悉的身影，“啊！是爷爷！”凡卡叫着，跑了过去，扑到爷爷怀里。爷爷和蔼地说：“好孩子，你受委屈了，爷爷这就带你回家。”说着，他们两个迈着大步向家走去……

从此以后，凡卡和爷爷过上了幸福的生活……
