诚信已成了这个社会必不可少的品德，诚信能完善我们自己，它对自己、他人都有好处，搏得信任，博得好感，博得事业上的提高，博得生活上的进步，这些比无诚信要好上许多。懂得诚信，做好诚信，改善身心，利益如流，也就是说诚信是福。

从小到大，身边都有对手。

我曾视你为敌人。每一场较量，就意味着一次“你死我活”。我赢了，你伤心；你赢了，我伤心。打了个平手，你我都伤心。

对手啊，你曾让我难堪、尴尬！？记得那是一次体育跑步比赛。你我都站在了同一起跑线上。我们彼此瞪着对方，眼神里冒出火花。“砰——”一声，发令了。我还没反应过来，你却如同支离弦的箭射了出去。我猛地一惊，连忙拔腿就跑。我使出了我全身的力气，尽了我最大的努力，可始终就追不上你。我知道，你不好对付。在你们班的声声加油之中，你越跑越快。在我们班的加油声中，我却跑不动了。因为前半程把体力消耗完了。我眼看着你冲过终点，心生妒意。只见同学们为你欢呼！但我冲过终点时，得到了是斥责声和鄙夷的眼光。这是一件多么丢人的事情！我难堪地低下头，听着欢呼声与斥责声，默默的难过，并发誓：我一定能赢你！

对手啊，你也让我风光、骄傲过！

记得那次比赛过后，我便发奋图强。既然跑不过你，学习上还赢不了你吗？于是，我便努力学习，以书为伴。终于，有一场较量——期末考试到了。真巧，你我又在同一考场！考试之时，我盯着你的背影，又暗下决心：赢！功夫不负有心人，你，我最强劲的对手，总分落后于我30多分！我，成了尖子生，取代了你；而你，成了中等学生，取代了我。

就这样，我们在互相的较量之中成长。输的一方，总会想方设法去赢；赢的一方，总会继续努力再赢。

在不断的较量中，你我突然发现：自己长大了许多。跑步，逐渐快了；学习，逐渐拔尖了；而敌意，也因为年龄的增长，逐渐化为友谊了。

说了这么多，都归为一句：谢谢你，对手，因为有了你的存在，才让我有了无限的动力！？加油吧，对手！让我们继续在失败与成功面前更上一层楼！
