I read the Chinese version of “Camille” a few years ago. At that time I was deeply moved by the main character Marguerite Gautier. “Camille” or “The Lady of the Camellias” by Alexandre Dumas, fils, is the story of Marguerite Gautier, a young courtesan, or kept woman, in Paris in the mid 1800s, and how she falls in love with a young man, Armand Duval, and then tries to escape from her questionable past. As a college student, I want to make some little money, because I want to prove that I can live by my own as a grow-up. The part-time job is my best choice, because I have a lot of time and I can make use of it. But doing a part-time is not just to make money, but also to learn from the experience.

作为一名大学生，我想要挣一些钱，因为我想要证明作为成年人，我也能自己养活自己。兼职就是我最好的选择，因为我有很多的时间，可以充分利用。但是做兼职不仅仅是为了挣钱，也是为了学习经验。

When choosing a part-time job, we’d better make the wise choice. First, we can choose the job that has something relate with our future job, so that we can have the work experience. Such as if I want to be a teacher in the future, then I can choose to be a tutor, so when I find the job as my career, I will be competitive. Second, part-time should not spend students’ too much time, because it is students’ main duty to learn knowledge, so that the time for the part-time job better to be on the weekends.

当选择一份兼职时，我们最好最明智的选择。第一，我们可以选择和我们将来要从事的工作有关的兼职，这样我们就会有工作经验。比如我将来想成为一名教师，然后我可以选择成为家教，这样在我找将来的工作的时候，就会有竞争力。第二，兼职不该花费学生太多的精力，因为学生的主要职责是学习知识，所以做兼职的时间最好是在周末。

Doing the part-time job is good for college students, they will gain the working experience and prepare for the future. They need to choose the right job.

做兼职对大学生是有好处的，他们会得到工作经验，为将来做准备。他们需要选择正确的工作。

High school students have come into a sensitive stage, their bodies grow so fast and their minds have to keep up with the change.

The boys and girls start to realize the gender difference, there will be some awkward moments between them.

The troubled adolescent annoys many teenagers, because they have problems all the time. For the girls, they want to look as beautiful as the commercial models, so they go on a diet and struggle with hunger.

For the boys, they want to be as cool as the heroes in the TV, so they pretend to care about nothing and go against the school regulations.

The troubles teenagers meet are very typical, they can talk to their teachers or go to see the psychologist. They need to take the right attitudes towards these problems, or they will go the wrong way.

高中生来到了敏感的阶段，他们的身体快速成长，思想不得不跟上这样的变化。男孩和女孩意识到了性别的不同，他们之间会存在尴尬的时刻。烦恼的青春期困恼着很多青少年，因为他们总是会有问题。

对于女孩来说，她们想要看起来和商业模特那样美丽，因此她们节食，挣扎于饥饿。对于男孩子来说，他们想要和电视上的英雄们那么酷，因此他们假装对一切不在意，违背校规。青少年遇到的麻烦是很典型的，他们可以和老师聊聊，或者去咨询心里医生。他们需要正确对待这些问题，不然容易走歪道。

这次期中考试，学生英语成绩很不理想，两极分化十分明显，部分语法知识的掌握不够牢固，尤其是个别题 反复做过几次也没能把握好，阅读理解能力和书面表达能力比较弱。具体有以下几点：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，学生遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。

造成这种结果的原因是多方面的，但最重要的有下面几方面：

1.对学生要求不够严格;部分学生偷懒。

2.没能充分调动学生的积极性;提高课堂教学效率。

3. 典型题讲解不够，训练不到位。

4.平时检查督促力度不够。

在今后的教学中，

1、继续抓好双基知识的训练，打牢基本功。

2、引导学生梳理知识，掌握语法规则，逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力。

3、培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题。

4、讲课时，尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言，坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语。

5、在平时要通过阅读，培养学生阅读多种文体的能力，如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性，同时，启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想，逐步培养良好的英语语感。

6、设计全面、高校的课外作业，并进一步培养学生良好的书写习惯，做到整洁、规范，正确地书写;每周写一篇作文。

7、在教学过程中， 还需加大学习力度，积极研究探索教学方法并及时改变，就一定能提高整体英语水平。
