考试当天，监考老师拿着一堆试卷走进我们教室。上课铃一响，就把试卷发下来了，同学们拿起笔，“唰唰唰……”地写了起来，我过五关斩六将，在前面听力部分做得很轻松，最后只有一道选择题实在想不起来，我的心像十五个吊桶打水——七上八下。我看了一下表，还有二十分钟呢?难道就白白浪费了吗?这道题两分呢，我可错不起，我一定要做出来!我又看了看题目，使劲回忆老师平时讲的内容，这时一个念头闪过了我的脑海，抄!我向老师看了看，老师正在低头找东西。这可是最好机会，可再想一想老师昨天为我们复习了一天，难道老师的辛苦换来的就只是抄吗?我不能这样，我静下心来，把答案一个一个地带进题目中试读，然后，终于得出了答案!对，选C。考试后，我又与同学对了一下，对了，我高兴得蹦跳了起来。

这次考试，让我明白了抄是我们不应该做的，我们要在平时下功夫，认真学习，好好听讲，因为成功就来自平时的努力。这是一次让我受益匪浅的考试。

这次期中测验的结果算是很失败，成绩离我预期的目标差的太远。我在测验前的目标是50%——60%的及格率，15%——25的优秀率，而结果是30%——40%的及格率，优秀人数更是少之又少。失败是不允许有理由的，但必须要总结导致这次测验失败的原因，我总结了以下几点：

客观上，由于我在课程安排不当，导致浮力从开讲到测验，只有不到一周的时间，而浮力算是整册课本的难点。学生的理解需要时间，全部吃透至少还需要三个课时。因而，在测验中，浮力部分的题目答的普遍不好。主观上，也就是我个人的原因：

首先，从平时课堂来看，我上课是比较随意的。有些时候，知识的讲解形式比较幽默，课堂的气氛过于轻松。让学生有种懒散的感觉，或者说，他们光顾着听“笑话”了，而忽略了“笑话”背后的知识点，对于这一点，我打算用重复多次强调知识点来弥补，让学生的认知重点转移到知识上。

其次，从备课来看，正课备课没的说——必须严格备好。而一些习题课，往往备的不大好，不是说习题讲不明白，而是把握不了分寸。现在，我大脑中的物理知识已经将初中、高中的物理知识全部结合在一起了，而这样却让我在讲习题时，不自觉的讲深了、超纲了。而学生没有达到那样的思维要求，学习起来自然就觉得很累，而且还会有厌学的现象。对于这一点，我要多去看看往年的试题，体会下初三物理的难度。教学方法

再次，我对学生不够负责。过去，我总觉得学生不想学习就不学吧，只要不影响其他同学就可以了。而现在我发现自己错了，因为前几天我批评“A”同学时，她回了一句：“B”同学你都不管，为什么要管我?我当时很吃惊。学生学习反面榜样往往要比正面榜样要快很多。“B”同学在课堂不大学习，也不大影响其他同学，而他的“反面”效果却在影响着全体同学。这让我认识到，不能让课堂上任何一个学生偷懒不学习。

最后，落实不到位。时间紧，课程乱是一方面原因，而更重要的原因在我，我没有制定一套切实有效的落实方案，象“瞎子摸鱼”一样，抓不住该抓的学生。我现在尝试着一种新的方法在落实，就是想办法让学生问我问题，就当是当天的课外任务。不知道效果会怎样，如果不够有效，继续改进。

我现在想到的大体有这些，对于这些不足，我在下半学期会努力改正。
