He is right. We always have great plans and dreams in our minds… too ready to achieve something grand thatChanges the world or benefits all of mankind .For example; we hate pollution and have made up our minds to find new energy sources that keep the environment clean. Yet we still litter on the ground. We complain about traffic jams, so we plan to build more highways to solve the problem, but it never occurs to us that our failure to follow traffic regulations is the leading cause of this situation. 为期5天的英语培训即将落下帷幕，在这紧张、充实而又快乐的5天里，我感受了很多，也学到了很多，这次培训使我受益匪浅，虽然时间很短，但是培训的内容给了我教学上很大的帮助，听了的宋立泽和郑岚峰的理论指导，也观看了一些教学实例，亲身体验了一些活动，让理论联系了实际，使得我更深刻、更透彻的领会了老师所讲的内容。以下是我的一些心得体会：

一、重新认识了自我

：

通过学习使我的思想有了一个新的转变，作为一位英语教师，必须具有渊博的英语知识，熟练的操作技能，良好的思维品质，在英语的探究过程中，教师不再把英语知识的传授作为自己的主要教学任务和目的，也不再把主要精力花费在检查学生对知识掌握的程度上，而是成为学习共同体中的成员，在问题面前教师和孩子们一起寻找答案，在探究英语的道路上教师成为学生的伙伴和知心朋友。

二、对英语课堂教学有了新的认识

通过听郑岚峰教师讲的一些教学技能及他课堂教学的一些经验和感悟，我对英语课堂教学也有了一个新的认识，英语课以语言为对象，强调以任务入手，放眼看周围世界，培养学生的英语能力，这个就是知识点。在教学总体目标上注意兴趣，体验成功和培养自信;在课程实施上注重创造学习环境和提高学习效率;在教学模式与方法上注重参与实践和创新发展;在语言教学的目标上，注重培养语感和交际能力;在教学评价上，注重运用激励机制和多元评价。英语教师应具备的听、说、读、写、译的教学技能，给英语教师指明的努力的方向，明确了作为一名合格英语教师应具备的基本素质。

三、英语基础知识和基本技能有了一次质的飞跃

这次基础知识专业的培训对我来说，无疑是一个莫大的收获。语音、听力、口语、写作对我的英语水平有了一个很大的促进。尤其是郑岚峰老师的语音课，由原来不知如何正确发音到现在基本标准，且较清楚地了解如何教学生的英语发音，真是大有收获。语言学习只有在有意义和有目的的活动中才会发生。通过专家教师的精心讲解，让我了解了如何较好的进行英语的听、说、读、写的教学，我们的英语教学法让学生有较沉重的压力，而不会感到学习的快乐，事实上每一项能力的教学都可以教得非常有趣。优秀教师的做法让我很受启发。很多时候我们的学生不愿开口说英语是因为没有安全的语言环境。强调词汇和语法知识使教师经常当众打断学生的发言，让学生觉得很尴尬，长此以往，学生就不愿当众用英语交流了。因而，要提高学生的听说能力，首先要给学生创造一个安全的语言环境。在安全的语言环境，教师注重交流的内容而不是词汇和语法的正确性。利用自我纠错能力，学生在不断的交流中就能提高听说能力了。只有在不断的练习中，学生的口语能力才会不断的提高。

四、对教材的把握有了一个整体的认识

作为一线教师，我知道了怎样的课才算是一堂好课，不泛包括师生互动，学生主体等，但我觉得关键还有对教材的把握，通过培训，使我明白了，我要用教材教学生，而不是教教材，可以创造性地使用教材，围绕课标可删可增，另外要锻炼学生的实践能力，也就是听、说、读、写的能力，也就是说在课堂中，Pairwork和Groupwork部分不但要练，还要让每一个学生都能参与其中，勇于张口，使课堂气氛活跃而有秩序，让学生都能找到自己的定位，真正喜欢上英语课堂。

作为一线英语教师，通过这次培训感到肩上的担子更重了，非常感谢教育局领导能给我这样一次学习的机会，我会加倍努力，在以后的教育教学中勤于思考，善于分析，尽早成为一名优秀的英语教师!

2). 写作之中 ①.开门见山，紧扣主题。②.语言正确，规范地道。尽量使用学过的、最熟悉也最有把握的句型、结构，应尽量避免中国式英语。要养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯，切忌一点到底的错误方法。③.重短轻长, 就易避难。④.过渡自然，表达流畅。注意前后句、上下文尽量过渡自然，正确使用and, or, but, because, so, then, after等词，保持行文的流畅。不重复使用可置换的词，如描述“我的梦中小屋”时，可以用firstly, secondly, then, after that等表示先后的序列词。

3).成文之后

鼓励学生学会批改自己的习作。

①.一般语法项目的检查——英语中的人称、时态、单复数、习惯用法等都是非常重要的，即使在朗读中好像全理解，但在动笔的实践中就往往出错。如我们这篇作文多用一般现在时，第一人称。

②.注意语序——英语中的疑问句、感叹句和宾语从句都是通过语序的变化来构成和体现的，不注意会出现错误和意义上混淆。本篇作文要注意感叹句的语序。

④.书写规范，卷面整洁。卷面不整洁，使人无法看清你写的究竟是什么，那么就可能按错处理。所以在写时，我让学生一定要先打草稿。

课堂是学生获得语言知识，提高语言技能和培养语言交际能力的主要场所，因而使得教师的语言成为课堂教学的工具，又是学生学习的内容。而我们作为英语老师，感知身上压力更大。因为英语对我们来说比较是非母语，怎样才能在课堂中更准确，更流利，更自信地表达自己的想法呢?这一直是我们需要改进提高的部分——教师课堂用语。这本书的出现，真的是能使我们在短期能迅速提高，有据可依的范本。

该书提供了英语教学中最基本最实用的表达句式。Part1中介绍英语课堂中常用句式。Part2中介绍在指导学生4种技能及词汇、语法、发音时需要用到的表达方式。Part3中介绍在练习、游戏、文体活动、分组活动等各项活动中需要用的英语表达。Part4中收录了教师与学生之间常用交流句式。此外，在附录中还为学生们整理了不同主题的英语课堂常用语，这样更有利于师生之间的互动交流。

而且该书经过严格筛选，收录的常用语简洁易懂，实用性强。用英语教学的根本目的不在于展示教师英语实力，所以避免使用一些晦涩难懂的高级词汇，提倡使用一些有利于教师解释和学生理解的简单句式。并且针对不同层次水平的教学内容以及每个表达方式之间会存在一些细微的差别，书中收录很多常用语以适用不同情况。

看了这本书中针对各种情况下的课堂用语，简明扼要而且用多种句子表达相同或相近的一个指令，真的非常值得我们借鉴学习，越细细地去阅读这本书，越开始对自己的课堂用语进行反思。

在课堂用语的表达中，常常存在一些问题。比如，在课堂中往往表达比较随意，用语不够规范。再则，表达时词汇单调，显得乏味，不能给学生很好的丰富语言的范例。久而久之，对于学生能力的提升没有正面的帮助。正因为知道教师课堂语言的重要性，如何在这方面得以改进提高，是非常重要的!

那往往哪些因素在影响着我们教师的语言呢?首先由于教师采用的教学方法不同，每位老师的教育背景和教育理念不同，采用的教学方式也各异，因而呈现出的教学用语也不一样。其次，教师的性格，教师的情感也起到一定影响。再则，学生英语程度的高低，也会影响教师课堂用语所花时间的长短。

怎样可以帮助自己提高这方面的能力呢?首先，还是要规范自己的英语表达，先做到正确无误，不能有中式英语。尽量避免受母语的影响，在表达时，句式，语法要多吸收纯正的英语表达，使自己在课堂中能流利地表达自己的想法。

其次，要深入浅出，根据学生的年龄和知识特点，选择适合他们层次水平的语言，但要略高于学生的水平，这样有利于提高学生的能力。逐渐乃至全部使用英语去讲解新学的词汇，句子等等，让学生使用英语的能力得到提升。挖掘教材中隐性的一些话题，让学生拓展思维，去进行互动交流。

再则，教师语言要生动风趣，幽默灵活。这样的课堂，教师往往能利用自己的教育机智，让课堂变得更加活跃，消除学生的紧张情绪，创造更好的语言交流氛围。

然后，教学语言也可和板书，肢体语言相配合。让课堂中的表达更丰富，让学生更显而易见地明了自己的表达，更容易地互相交流。

接着，尽量用“积极语言”代替“消极语言”，给学生更多的鼓励与肯定，培养学生的学习积极性。每一个人都有自卑的心理，尤其是学生在回答后，如果给他太直接的否定的答案，可能会使他产生消极的学习情绪，换种表达，可能对学生来说，有意想不到的效果。

作为英语老师，我们的语言真的非常重要，相信我们多些学习，更关注下自己的课堂用语，对学生的学习起到积极的正面作用，相信他们也会更爱学英语。

小学考重点中学，考了三次没有考上，大学也是考了三次才最终如愿——这基本上算是一个习惯意义上的“差生”了。

1964年9月10日，马云出生在杭州一户普通人家。在求学时代，马云可谓是个顽童。连马云也曾笑言自己小学考重点中学，考了三次没有考上，大学也是考了三次才最终如愿——这基本上算是一个习惯意义上的“差生”了。

算不上好学生的马云唯一值得骄傲的就是他的英语。刚改革开放之际，到杭州旅游的外国人多起来，马云一有机会就在西湖边逮着人家练习英语，尽管开始的时候他的英语还很蹩脚，可是时间长了，他竟然说的一口流利的英语，并且一直用到今天。

考上杭州师范学院后，马云当选为学生会主席，后来又成为杭州市学联主席。这个时候的他已经洗脱了“差生”的印记，开始崭露头角。

1988年，大学毕业后的马云去杭州电子工业学院担任英语老师。后来担任阿里巴巴副总裁的戴珊就是那个时候马云的学生，她回忆到，那个时候的马云已经成为学生们最喜欢的老师，“他的课是到课率最高的，他并不强制点名，但是学生们都喜欢听他讲，他经常给大家讲做人的道理。”

尽管深受学生们的欢迎，但是当时马云的工资每月仅仅110元左右。不甘寂寞的他找了不少兼职，并利用课余时间为到杭州观光的外国游客担任导游，不过这样的零工对收入并没有显着的帮助。

1992年，马云和朋友一起成立了杭州最早的专业翻译社“海博翻译社”，课余四处活动接翻译业务。当时经营特别艰难，经常入不敷出。马云一看这样不行，就背着口袋到义乌、广州去进货，卖礼品、包鲜花，用这些钱养了翻译社3年，才开始收支平衡。
