俗话说：“良好的开端是成功的一半”。上课也一样。教师的循循诱导，能让学生产生强烈的求知欲和好奇心，从而更积极主动地参加课堂教学，为整节课的成功作准备。

一、导入：⒈歌曲导入。⒉设置悬念。当然导入很多，教学中不能单一的用一种导入，也许这种导入刚开始学生觉得很有劲，但天天用学生就会厌倦了。所以教师设计时要多多新颖，多多改变，尽量多样性。

二、创设情景，多用直观教学.

由于小学生年龄较小，生活经验不丰富，知识范围有限，决定了他们对直观、新颖、有趣的材料容易理解和接受。比如学生学习“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”这三个问候词时很容易混淆，我就用道具设置情景：画了三幅图，有从东面初升的太阳表示上午，有正在上方炎热的太阳表示中午，有明亮的月亮表示晚上。再叫学生用“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”来说，加深了学生的印象。作为一个小学英语教师表情要丰富，如果表情呆滞，语言平淡，学生就不能全身心投入学习中。所以在课堂上，老师需要生动地表演，丰富的表情，使学生进入一个童话世界。在制作教具时可让学生自己动手画、动手做。在教学中要用到的图片，可以提早几天布置下去，当他们的作品被运用在课堂上时，孩子们都很兴奋。这样使学生体会到成功的喜悦也激发了学英语的兴趣。此外画图片，也培养了学生的绘画能力，也可让他们熟悉一下将要学的新知识，真是一举多得啊!

There was an English songs singing competition last weekend. Our class won the fist prize. We were all very happy. Though I didn’t take part in it. I felt nervous for the two contestants. But their behavior was so good that I thought it was no necessary to worry about them. The winner, Chen Liang, lives in the room that is opposite to mine. our university lies at the foot of mount zijin, in the eastern suburbs of nanjing city. the campus is very big,with a big sportsground surrounded by lots of modern classroom buildings. what have impressed me most are the big library and the well-equipped language lab. our campus is also very beautiful. there are quite a few well-kept gardens. every road is lined with trees. how happy we are to study in such an enviromnent!

life here is both busy and coloufful. we have classes every morning. in the afternoon, we either work in the laboratory or do assignments in the classroom. in the evening, we can go to talks or do reading in the library. this keeps us occupied most of the week. but on weekends, there are always many entertainments. we may go to the club to have a dance or go to the cinema to see a fihn. sometimes we may also hold a party to practise oral english. in a word, we like our life here very much.

1964年9月10日，马云出生在杭州一户普通人家。在求学时代，马云可谓是个顽童。连马云也曾笑言自己小学考重点中学，考了三次没有考上，大学也是考了三次才最终如愿——这基本上算是一个习惯意义上的“差生”了。

算不上好学生的马云唯一值得骄傲的就是他的英语。刚改革开放之际，到杭州旅游的外国人多起来，马云一有机会就在西湖边逮着人家练习英语，尽管开始的时候他的英语还很蹩脚，可是时间长了，他竟然说的一口流利的英语，并且一直用到今天。

考上杭州师范学院后，马云当选为学生会主席，后来又成为杭州市学联主席。这个时候的他已经洗脱了“差生”的印记，开始崭露头角。

1988年，大学毕业后的马云去杭州电子工业学院担任英语老师。后来担任阿里巴巴副总裁的戴珊就是那个时候马云的学生，她回忆到，那个时候的马云已经成为学生们最喜欢的老师，“他的课是到课率最高的，他并不强制点名，但是学生们都喜欢听他讲，他经常给大家讲做人的道理。”

尽管深受学生们的欢迎，但是当时马云的工资每月仅仅110元左右。不甘寂寞的他找了不少兼职，并利用课余时间为到杭州观光的外国游客担任导游，不过这样的零工对收入并没有显着的帮助。

1992年，马云和朋友一起成立了杭州最早的专业翻译社“海博翻译社”，课余四处活动接翻译业务。当时经营特别艰难，经常入不敷出。马云一看这样不行，就背着口袋到义乌、广州去进货，卖礼品、包鲜花，用这些钱养了翻译社3年，才开始收支平衡。
