“於戏!前王不忘”源自《诗经。周颂。烈文》，是周成王祭祀时赞颂先王并诫勉助祭之句。也就是说先王建立如此显赫之伟业，吾等后人不能忘记这样的伟业传承。具体又指什么呢?

刚刚读的时候，有醍醐灌顶的感觉，再读的时候，感觉其将治国、齐家、修身之道全部包含了进去;书中我最认同的一句话是经文章里的物格而后知至，知至而后意诚，意诚而后心正，心正而后身修，身修而后家齐，家齐而后国治，国治而后天下平。大意是：通过探索了解道理，丰富知识，处事的意念诚实，对待事物的态度就客观了，人的心志就端正了，品行也就好了，家族也就可以整肃好，就能治理好国家，天下就太平了。如果我们都这样做，那该多好，天下能太平，是世界人民共同的心愿。

书中我们都应该做到的是：孝子事亲也，居则致其敬，养则致其乐，病则致其忧，丧则致其衰，祭则致其严。大意是：孝敬侍奉父母时，应当尊敬他们，使父母高兴，父母生病时，应当表现出焦虑，他们死后，应当十分悲痛，祭拜父母时要严肃，这样才算孝敬。

如果人人都能做到这两句话，那么人人都有丰富的知识、高尚的品德、端正的态度，那家族就会兴旺起来，国家就会强大起来，那国家之间将很友好，天下就太平了，这是多么美好，希望我们的明天更美好!

今天是开始军训的第三天。早上我们有四节课的军训，教官先让我们立正，虽然我们站在阴凉处训练，但是炎热依旧没有散去的迹象。

平时站立姿势不是特别正确的我立正时感到有些吃力，汗水不断地顺着我的脸颊和脖子流下来，像一条条虫子一样，在不停地爬，真的是好痒。但是我知道这时候千万不可以动，即使再不舒服也不能。因为我知道，现在如果用手抹一把汗就失去了军训的意义，一直所保持的毅力也会随之失去。

我忍住了，顿时有一种战胜自我的快感。又过去了一会儿，教官宣布休息，我们都向自己的杯子奔去，我也不例外。我拿起水杯喝了一口水，发现那水格外的甜，而这种体会在暑假里是从没有感受过的。

接下来，我们又练习了跨立、下蹲与坐下，这些动作都是我们以前没有接触过的，练习的时间长了，我的脚都已经麻了。虽然在身体上说感觉军训很累，但是在精神上是很充实的。

随着长长的队伍，我们走进了校园，就像走进了一个大的园林。校园内绿树成荫，高大的榕树遮天蔽日，红艳的凤凰花如一团团烈焰在树冠上燃烧，路两边一棵棵高大笔直的棕榈树好像一个个绿油油的伞；远处青山隐隐，近处红墙绿瓦，满校园红花柳绿、鸟语花香，让我们瞬间仿佛走进了人间画卷。

沿着一条繁花似锦的道路我们边走边看，一株株奇异的热带植物，一座座风格各异的古朴建筑，让我们目不暇接，赞叹不已。不知何时来到了美丽的芙蓉湖。这里是厦门大学景色幽静的地方，只见湖边芳草铺地、绿荫环绕；湖水清澈见底、平静如镜。清风拂过，芙蓉湖波光粼粼、金光闪闪。不时可以看见调皮的鱼儿跃出水面，成群黑天鹅和白鹭在水面自由自在地玩耍嬉闹。优美的风景，宁静的湖边，驻足湖畔，清风吹拂，让我们全身舒畅，感觉人生是如此恬静快意而美好。

小歇一会后，我们继续游览，来到了芙蓉隧道前。只见这里人流如织，作为目前国内最长的大型涂鸦艺术长廊，这里虽然不是厦大最美的地方，却是最不能错过的地方。走进隧道，只见两边的墙壁上都画满了风格各异的涂鸦作品，有唯美的人物山水画，有可爱呆萌的卡通漫画；有表达祝福的，有表达思念的，还有表达寂寞的……。一步一景，虽然每个作品都是随心所想，但体现出的都是厦大学子的万千情谊以及对青春岁月的美好记忆。酷爱画画的我立即爱上了这条隧道，我拉着朋友到处欣赏。我们在一处色彩丰富极具想象力的画面前驻足，大家都同意在此合影。来来往往的人群使我们无法拍照，正当我们苦恼时，旁边有一位身着白衬衫拿着一本书的大哥哥看到，立即主动帮助我们，他对着人群喊到：“请大家绕行一下，有几位小朋友在此拍照留影。”路过的行人听到后纷纷给我们让出道来我们才能如愿以偿。我们与这位大哥哥素不相识，他愿意帮助我们了却心愿，厦门大学不仅景美，这里的人更美。

很早就听说厦门大学是一所非常美丽的学校。这次去厦门旅游一定可以大饱“眼”福了。

那天我们去的前一天厦门受到“西马伦”台风的侵扰，白城方向进了好多海水，学校里正在组织师生排水抢险，不让参观的人进校园，我与爸妈准备沿围墙去海边，可是走到半路发现有好多人翻墙进去。我们想想花这么多钱来厦门不就是要看看厦大吗？我们决定也翻墙进去。

我是从两根铁栅中间一下就钻进去了，后来爸妈也翻过去。美丽的厦大就在我们眼前。哇，厦门大学可真美啊！前面对着大海，后面靠着南普陀山。一座座红瓦白墙的西方风格的房子，被绿枝密叶掩映住了。

看到这样奇怪的房子，这不禁问爸爸：“为什么房子要这样做呢？”爸爸说：“这是一位爱国华侨陈嘉庚先生做的。所以房子都是穿西装戴斗笠的格式。”

我们又往前走，看到了一大水池，水池周围有许多的花盆：有黄的菊花，红的玫瑰，还有一些不知名的花。有些花虽然枯萎了，但在我心里却有种神圣的美丽。我摘下一枝柳条，在池里划起来，水面便荡起了层层微波。

我又看见了“自强不息”刻在石头上，就与它拍了照。

我看见了一片湖泊，里面游着几只白色的，灰色的鹅。我站在一边看着它们嬉戏，鹅为这美丽平静的湖面增添了一丝动感。

我坐在旁边的石头上休息，但脑子里全是自强不息的道理，想想平常不知有多少大学生坐这里看书，突然我想到了：是陈嘉庚为了让中国的孩子更好地学习，长大后为祖国献一份力，不再让祖国受到外国的欺负，所以建学校让中国孩子好好学习的。要是长大后我也能到这里读书多好啊。

随后，我怀着这份心情参观了图书馆，学生宿舍楼，大操场……

不知不觉已日过中午，我们只好回来。在厦大游玩真开心！因为我明白了自强不息的道理。

Some think we should try to help strangers. Helping others is a virtue，and

helping others is helping ourselves.We may come across some trouble and need

others help some day.If everyone isnt willing to help us just because we are

strangers to them，its hard to imagine what our world will be like.However，some

are afraid that helping others can sometimes bring us trouble.Sometimes we are

just misunderstood and even have to pay the cost of kindness.In my opinion，we

should try our best to help others when they are in need of help，but we should

also protect ourselves from getting into trouble.If everyone tries a little
