It is the duty of every citizen to honor the national flag.Why?Because the national flag is the symbol of a (the) country.To respect it means to respect the country.In other words, if a man loves his country, he must love the national flag.

In school, the national flag is usually raised at a certain time every day.Then the principal, teachers, staff and students are to (must) stand before it and sing the national anthem.It is indeed extremely meaningful to attend such a ceremony.

The first step is to mix the flour with water.when the dough is ready, we can begin to make dumpling wrappers.we use a rolling pole to roll the dough into small, thin and round pieces so that they will be easy to cook.when the wrappers are done, it s time to prepare the filling.Usually, we use meat such as beef or mutton, and some vegetables such as cabbage or carrots for filling.You may actually choose whatever you like to put into it.we must chop those things into small pieces.Then put some salt, oil and other condiments into it and stir it evenly.When all these preparations are done, we can start making dumplings.First put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper.Then stick the two opposite sides together and then the rest.Don t just cover the filling with the wrappers.The best shape of dumplings is that of a ship, because when they are boiling in the pan, they look like ships sailing in the sea.The smell can make your mouth water.

我还记得有一次……

那天下午特别炎热，我约了几个要好的朋友一起去足球场上踢足球。

太阳公公也不知道是怎么了，全身散发着它的热光，不一会儿，我们便大汗淋漓，但是兴致却依然高昂。

踢足球的时候，我让我的小伙伴把球传给我，可是我刚接到球之后，就被敌方给一脚踢走了，我便有些生气，也有可能是因为天气的缘故，那一天感觉火气特别大……

然后我就赶紧冲过去，直接拦截了那个足球，一脚也不知道踢到哪里去了，直到听到玻璃破碎的声音，我才意识到出事儿了……

我一看是打碎了邻居家的玻璃，我们顿时没了兴致，各回各家，各找各妈，回到家里，我就忐忑不安地等着邻居敲响我家的门。“咚咚咚”刚来的终究会来，妈妈对人家赔礼道歉以后，然后对着房子里的我一顿臭骂。

我对妈妈说：“那不是我干的，是别的人他们踢得。”不知怎么回事，我居然对妈妈撒了谎。

妈妈倒是没有惊讶，对我说：“人家看到就是你踢得，撒谎可是一点都不好。”我顿时有些难受，对妈妈说：“对不起，我错了。”

其实做真实的自己有的时候倒不会惹出更多是非。

When we read newspapers, we often come across the wordPollution. This word was not familiar to the people some decades ago. But now, it is a serious threat to us because.it means the poisoning of the air, seas, rivers and lands, which would do harm to our health.

There are many factories that bring pollution to us. We can not have fresh air in the morning. This is mainly because of the poisonous smoke coming from factories, especially chemical ones. In rivers, seas and oceans, there are industrial wastes. Some factories just throw their wastes into seas or let them flow into rivers. When people drink the water from such rivers, they get poisoned. Besides, there is rubbish from ships and when sometimes an accident occurs in an ocean, oil flows out from tankers.

On land, the accumulation of rubbish in the streets may dirty the city and ruin our health. This is mainly due to the improper disposal of rubbish by people.

If we do mot fight against pollution, surely one day all of us will be killed. Some people like to put the blame on the industrial revolutions. On the contrary, the pollution problem will be solved only with the help of modem science and technology.

落叶季——秋

午后的阳光温暖倾城，拥抱了这座美丽的校园，望向天空，还是蓝得透明清澈。“不行了，我不跑了!”望着被“秋老虎”晒得滚烫的跑道，就算是最后两百米的距离，我吼着，停下了脚步，一个与我个头差不多的身影从我肩旁奔过，长头发扎成一束在脑后，如马尾般摇摆着，我不满地冲着那个背影大喊：“跑那么快干嘛!等等我!”说着拔腿就跑，南雅操场上那两个追逐阳光的身影烙在我的记忆里。

秃叶季——冬

冬日的清晨黑暗如夜，未落下的月光在地上映出淡淡的黑影，一闪一闪的，发着暖光，南雅漫长的街道上人很少，我们俩跑步的影子被昏暗的路灯拉得很长，在灯火阑珊处，那双坚定的眼眸，明净璀璨，在黑暗中如同无价的琉璃，纤长的睫毛扑闪着，仿佛在给我无声的鼓励。“加油!只有一圈了!”那个声音使我再次充满力量向前奔去，眼前的世界仿佛在转动，只知道双脚在动，还有那渐渐探出头的朝阳。在那个有温度的太阳下面，是两个追逐它的少年。

新叶季——春

微风和煦，阳光倾城，是春日的气息，南雅校园如童话般梦幻，溢满了绿的世界，和花的清香，一声刺耳的哨声响起，我踏着初春的空气，跑出运动会的起跑线。当筋疲力尽的我已傲于第二的成绩时，突然看见前方悬挂着的太阳，阳光洒在我身上，仿佛给予了我力量，让我用最后的力气冲出了那条耀眼的红线。

在国旗下的我，显得异常兴奋，在鼓掌的人群中，我看见了那个熟悉的身影，长长的黑发，笔挺的背，阳光穿过枝叶，星星点点地洒落在白色校服上，好似金光闪闪的盔甲，春意洒满整座南雅城，洒在教学楼里，洒在操场上，洒在捧着奖状的我身上，若没有当初那些追逐阳光的日子，定不会有如今的成功。

繁叶季——夏

夏季傍晚的天空，是时光与岁月的苍穹，没有落日熔金般的华美壮丽，也没有旭日东升般的绚烂耀眼，有的只是那么一抹淡淡的夕阳，映在南雅的上空，堆积成云的形状，却温柔了整个穹苍，那样的夕阳，那样的校园;那些追日的岁月，那些逐梦的青春、温暖、清香。

我打开座位边的窗户，楼下有两个初一的新生在向着阳光的方向奔跑，令我无限回忆起那些在南雅追逐太阳的日子。

Mid-autumn day is a special festival in China, which is one of the

traditional Chinese festivals. Itfalls on the 15th day of august lunar month

every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too

many people can reject he temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I

have two reasons.

First of all, mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunite. In china, people

regard mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will

come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this

festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by

all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional

festival. There are laws to make sure people have holidays in that special day.

In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get

together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal in that day. All the food is

delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interest in

delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration for mid-autumn day. It

tastes good, too. It is the traditional for a long time. How pleased to enjoy

the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love mid-autumn festival so much. It is funny and happy

time.

小时候的我很向往远方，总觉得远方的风景事物胜于我这里的一切，于是对于远方便寄予无限美好想象。我想象着：远方的天空一望无垠，湛蓝的颜色中透着一抹神秘，那里的花儿竞相开放，草儿的嫩芽是笋一般的尖，就连空气中弥漫着的也是一缕缕沁人心脾的芳香，那是多美好又遥远的远方。

那时候，只想着远方，却忘了抬头看看屋顶的天空，忘了嗅一嗅小草的清香，忘了捧一抔泥土来细细观赏。

直到有一天，在街道游荡，无意间发现了一株长相奇特的草，羞涩地躲在墙角，使我驻足观望。好奇心的驱动使我走了过去，迎面扑来的是一股清香，那是小草的味道!

从那次开始，我便对身边的事物产生了兴趣：既然都是在同一个地球，既然都是在同一片天空，都是花草，这里的又有什么不同呢?

于是一有空我便会去公园走走，听听鸟儿歌唱的声音，看看树叶凋零的情景，或是躺在草地上抬头看看深海一般颜色的天空。啊!这不是我一直向往着的远方么?

其实最美的风景就在我们身边，你也许正在经历着，也可能正在错过着。当某一天你热爱上某些事物并发现它时，你会大叫：“这片树叶居然是星形的!这只虫子怎么是彩色的?!”只要你留心，就会发现别人发现不了的事物，看见别人看不见的.世界!

当你乐于去欣赏着一切的时候，你会看见彩色的世界，你会发现无处不是风景!
