从小学到初中都在学英语，教过我的英语老师也有好几个，但只有一个老师让我印象深刻——他就是许英茂老师。

许老师打扮得整齐、干净，挺帅气的。大部分时间都是穿西装，很少见他穿休闲装。

上课时，他要么踮起脚尖，要么双手放在肚子前。千万不要在他面前搞小动作，他的脸异常严肃，这只是轻微的；严重的话，保佑你不会给他罚死。

许老师要求严格，没有完成作业就去跑步，没有背书就不许吃饭（其实只是把你留到半个小时后就把你放走了），上课迟到就要站着上课，至于其他的处罚，像上下蹲、100个兔子、100个鸭子步、100个……许老师说：“你犯的次数越多，每次就越会往上増。”

我觉得这样挺好的，反正罚的又不是我，不过我也得小心了，否则下一个就可能是我自己。

想想上个学期，我一篇英语课文都没背，甚至连一个单词都没有认真记，现在他让我们把每个单元的unit1、unit2都背下来，每个单元的单词都要背下来，还要听写，呃……这简直是……唉！不知道该怎么说，也只好乖乖认命背书吧。

但是我觉得这样挺好的。

许老师也许偏爱草书吧，他的字迹……就像几根线缠在一起，他写的板书有些看得懂，有些看不懂，但也只能硬着头皮上，不然，没有笔记交上去，他要找你去谈谈人生。

There are two small eyes on her face. She likes smiling. When she smiles, her

“叮铃铃，一位老师踏着铃声走进教室，清了清嗓子，喊道："Standup。”没错，他就是我可爱的英语老师。他有一颗宛如“光头强”一般的锃亮的脑袋，两个眼睛不大不小，却因太过疲劳，带上了一对“迷你车轮”，他身材偏瘦，也不是太高，但看上去却很精神。

英语老师上课搞笑，幽默，却又令我们受益匪浅。瞧，他又开始讲作业了。“对，下一题。”他话音未落，我便开始插嘴了：“does，does，does。”我兴奋地大叫三声，一脸兴奋地望着老师，而他却一言不发，快步走到我身边，眼睛瞪得铜铃大小，望着我：“再说一遍。”还好我经验丰富，看到他似笑非笑的眼神，立马改口：“哦，不对不对，是is，is。”“呼，吓死我了，幸亏我反应快，要不就挂了。”我心中暗想道。

“哈哈哈……”，但还没等我喘口气，周围便传来了一阵哄笑，瞬间一种不好的感觉遍布全身，后背也不自觉地出了一身冷汗。只见老师一只手朝我脸伸来，轻轻捏住我的右眼皮，愠怒道：“呵，你自己好好看看。”说完，便把手缩了回去，轻拍了一下我的脑袋：“看清楚再回答。”唉，又错了。

有了刚才的教训，我便乖乖地把嘴巴闭起来，一言不发。不一会老师便注意到我的情况，又开玩笑说：“这会学乖了，不插嘴了？被揪一下就不敢说了，真是胆小。”我听了，鼓起勇气，又积极回答起来。就这样，英语课就在一阵又一阵欢笑声不知不觉地度过了。

原先，在小学的时候，我的学习成绩一向是全班中等，最差的就是英语，满分100分，我考的分数连20分都不上，我很苦恼。爸爸给我找了一个网上学英语的网站，从那以后，我便认真学了起来。早上，我早起一会儿，学一会儿;中午，爸爸做饭，我也学一会儿;到了晚上，写完作业，宁可晚点睡，也要学一会儿。就这样日积月累，我的英语成绩上去了，到了期末考试时，我不再像以前那样害怕了，而是相当有自信，满分30分，我竟然考了23.5分。虽然不是全班最好的，但对我来说，已经很高了，如果没有前一个月的努力，我根本就不会到达这种水平。在暑假，又把小学三年的英语(因为小学时候英语没有好好学，所以里面的资料几乎是一无所知)学了一便，为初中的学习打下了一个坚实的基础。

另外，在暑假，爸又给我找了一个网上学习数学的网站，我开始学起了初中的数学，我学，爸爸也学，他总是在我之前看看上面讲的资料，再教我要怎样样去学，在爸爸的辅导下，我两个月就把初一上学期数学学完了，此刻上了学，第一天学数学就感觉十分简单，同学们会的，我会。不会的，我也会，心里十分高兴!

对我初中生涯影响很大的老师就是阎丽老师，她的姓很恐怖，她总是自称自己是阎罗王，要管住我们这群小鬼。

她是个很美的老师，有一种古典美女的气质。记得我刚进安外的时候，第一次离开家去外面读书，刚开学军训的时候，阎老师总是对我慈爱的微笑，她总是担心我们这群孩子军训累了，热了，时常跟着我们军训的列队，教官下命令休息时，我一个孤零零地坐在草地上，阎老师和教官聊天，然后我听到他们的交谈，阎老师对教官说我很像她之前认识的一个孩子，然后就朝我笑笑，当时心里说不出的暖，也许阎老师不曾记得，但我至今难忘。

因为我的小学不学英语，所以我的英语底子不好，进入安外有点跟不上，阎老师就放弃中午休息的时间给我补习，从最基础的教起，不耐烦的一遍又一遍，我清晰的记得当时办公室里就是我和阎老师，她就坐在我身边教我，当我一个知识点了解的时候，她就满足的笑笑，然后摸摸我的脑袋，那种近似母爱的感情让我至今心里充满温暖。

当然，阎老师凶的时候还真的很可怕（阎老师，得罪啦，呵呵）记得那时我和一个男生和另外两个一个女生负责早上扫楼梯，我和另外一个男生刘涛总是早早过来打扫，等到女生来的时候我们都已经打扫好了。我们心里很不平衡，所以，有一天早上我和刘涛都没扫，等女生扫，最后女生以为我们已经扫好了，也没有打扫。最后，阎老师发现楼梯很脏，就让我们值日生出去扫地，两个女生和刘涛都出去扫地了，就是我坐在座位上读书，因为我平时做的最多，心里很不平衡，所以有点火大就没去。阎老师最后知道我也是当天的值日生而没有出去一起扫地，就很气愤的直接在班里很多人面前发我的火，还把我叫到她办公室谈话，她很凶地问我为什么不和他们一起扫地，我心里很委屈，就说之前几乎都是我一个在扫地，两个女生几乎都没扫过，我的心里不平衡就没出去扫地。说话的时候，眼泪都是含着的，因为确实觉得很委屈。阎老师就对我说，老师一直很看重你，觉得你身上有一股正气，当她说到这里的时候，我哽咽的难受，心里更难受。然后又说“吃亏是福”我知道她对我的要求远远胜过其他人，我也不忍心让她失望，所以很努力地做人，很努力地做事。

还记得她的一句话对我影响很大“今日事，今日毕！”这么多年来，我一直谨记这句话，可以说这句话已经渗透到了我的生活，今天的脏衣服，我也从来不留到明天洗，呵呵，有点傻哦。

flavor. Suddenly, I saw my friend was splitting the cake and heading it to

others. Seeing my friends sharing the things together, I realized I should ask

their opinions. Since then, I learned an important lesson. Sharing promotes

communication and creates a harmonious environment.

All our life, we will meet all kinds of difficulties, we have to face them

and fix them, that is what our parents tell us. Indeed, life is a journey, we

will meet different people and confront with distress, most people feel uneasy

when fail comes, they think there is no hope in life. Well, we are always told

that life is still going on even though we face difficulty. Why don’t we smile

with life, since we there is no way to avoid frustration, the only way we can do

is to embrace what life brings for us, no matter what happens, just smile,

everything will be alright.

In recent years ninny cities are faced with the problem of heavy traffic.

People have to waste more time on their way home or to work and even might be

involved in an acci dent. With the development of industry and population

expansion, this problem becomes more and more serious.

One solution is to lay down more roads. The solution has many advantages.

For ex ample, it can efficiently decrease the number of buses and trucks in many

main streets. But it will take up so much land that crowded cities become more

crowded. Another solu tion is to open up more bus lines. If more bus lines

should be opened up,the number of bicles and cars in the main streets would be

greatly decreased. But the disadvantage of this solution is that many people

wouldn’t feel so convenient os they used to.

In my opinion, the right solution to the problem is the combination of the

two, thatis, to lay down more roads in spacious areas and to open up more bus

lines in downtown.

In order to let me have a full and happy summer vacation,I made a plan for

the summer vacation.

Every day,I will go to exercise for an hour,it can let me have a strong

healthy body.I will arrange two hours to do the teacher the assignment.Reading

for an hour,reading can let me know a lot of extra-curricular knowledge,to the

all-round development.We will accumulate some good word,when reading a book to

improve my writing.

Except,I will also let the parents give me quote some interest groups,let

me batteries.Floods and other disasters in learning to swim,to save his life.To

learn the piano,can develop around the brain,flexible with your fingers.Learn

how to dance,to be able to make the body soft and build the temperament of your

high school.Pen calligraphy,three grade for me to use a ball-point pen to write

a good foundation.

Read thousands of books,not equal to view.This summer,mom and dad will take

me to different places let me open mind.We are going to go to

England,Beijing,Inner Mongolia,xinjiang,Taiwan,sichuan,hubei,hunan.Because to

place a lot,so I want to strive,to finish the homework earlier.

As a student, it is my duty to go over my lesson after class, or I will

miss the important point. Many students choose to study in the classroom or go

to the library, as for me, I am in favor of the latter choice. I like to go to

the library. On the one hand, it is quiet. A lot of students just sit in their

places and wont make big noise, which provides an enjoyable environment for

students to study. On the other hand, I can consult many reference books if I

need. The library provides us all kinds of books. We can find help when we have

questions. I find much joy in the library.

When I was very young, my grandma was often ill. She often went to see the

doctor. But it could not help her to get well. That was a problem. So I wanted

to be a doctor to let my grandma be healthy.

Now Im 15 years old. Im studying in Wangcun Middle School in Jiangshan.

My favourite person is Florence Nightingale. She is a famous nurse. And I like

Henrry Norman Bethune,too. Im sure I can be a famous doctor like them when I

grow up.

I will be 20 years old. Im going to work in a big and famous hospital.

Then when I am 30 ,Ill have a hospital of my own. So I can help more people

like my grandma get well all over the world. Im sure I will,believe me!
