many things in their life journey, such as, success, fail, happy, sad, and

excited and so on. What about dreams? Some people think that they have so many

things to deal with in the limit time. How can they spend time for dream? It is

a waste of time. However, some people regard dreams are as important as their

life. People can’t live without dream. In my opinion, I agree with the latter

idea.

First of all, dreams provide life motivation for human beings. If a person

has a dream, he will try his best to take every chance to reach it. Even though

he will meet many difficulties on the way, even has to give up, but he will

renerve in the end. It is because he has dreams, and he has the desire to see

the day his dream come true. So no matter what obstacle he meets, he has the

motivation to overcome. This is the power of dreams.

The Dragon Boat Festival is celebrated by boat races (龙舟赛) in the shape of dragons. Competing teams (竞争团队) row their boats forward to a drumbeat (击古)racing to reach the finish end first.

The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs (传统习俗)to attempts to (试图)rescue (搭救) the patriotic poet (爱国诗人)Chu Yuan. Chu Yuan drowned (溺死) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month in 277 B.C. Chinese citizens now throw bamboo leaves (竹叶) filled with cooked rice into the water. Therefore the fish could eat the rice rather than the hero poet. This later on turned into the custom of eating tzungtzu and rice dumplings(棕子).

The celebrations is a time for protection (防护) from evil (邪恶) and disease (疾病) for the rest of the year. teacher started to spend her free time teaching me and I paid more attention to study. After several exams, the score of my English improved thanks to her.

When I was in high school, I felt so bored about the English class, because I did not understand it. Miss Li was my English teacher, she found my attitude to her class. One day, when the class was over, she asked me to her office. She did not blame me for sleeping in her class, instead, she smiled and asked me the opinion about her class. I said her class was a little  boring and I thought she would be angry. Miss Li smiled and agreed with me. She asked me to give some opinion. I was so surprised that she was so kind.
