我们班上的语文老师，那就是叶老师。分班后，语文老师的重担也就落在叶老师身上了。

她独特的教育方式

从亲近自然的话题，就到了亲身体验的时候；从栾树的作文，竟到了触摸栾树。这一切都是叶老师的作为。因此大家爱上了语文课，因为语文课上有一个奇特的老师，总能想出新花样的老师。她喜欢倾听同学们的意见。有一次，叶老师说：周末回家写一篇作文，不写周末作业好吗？”一个老师对学生用这个词，吸取大家的建议。两个字不用我脑子记，叶老师常用这个词，采纳大家的是与否，并做出正确的选择。我们的教室时不时传来一声“耶！”这倒还不算什么，她经常教我们课外的诵读，可全年级规定的诗句，我们却还是遥遥领先。叶老师时不时会说：“我们班的效率很高。”“某某某，你进步很大。”等等，而且这些鼓励的话普遍讲的是相对来说学习不太好的同学。

她面对我们的冷静

光阴似箭，不知不觉中我已经成为一名八年级的学生了。在这两年中我认识了许多朋友也认识了许多老师，每一个老师都和蔼可亲，但有一个老师却让我十分敬佩。

大约一米七零的身高，那双浓眉大眼在阳光下显得格外有神——他就是雷老师，我们的语文老师。

听说老雷在这里已经教学二十余年了，有十分丰富的教学经验，上课也很幽默。在他的课堂上我从不感觉疲劳，每每发现同学们精神不振的时候就总是会讲些笑话来使我们打起精神，老雷是我们大家都认同的“好朋友”。

然而，调皮的我们却总是让他失望。我们班的语文成绩非常的差，每一次考试都让他失望极了，但老雷也从未放弃，一直坚持不懈的提高我们的语文成绩，希望下次考试能让他满意。

听上届的同学说他好像有一个外号，叫“老雷”。我们都很好奇也感觉很有趣，所以在私下都叫他“老雷”，后来不知怎么他知道了，不但没有批评我们，反而还幽默的说：“叫什么‘老雷’啊，叫老雷会把老师叫老的，如果你们尊敬我，就应该叫‘雷老’！”就这样，我们就改叫“雷老”。

记得在我们班主任调走以后，整个班级一片沉闷的气氛，新的班主任老师还不太了解我们班的情况，是“雷老”一直照顾我们，给我们做思想工作。当然他也是另外一个班的班主任，一般都很忙，但他就像对待他班内的学生一样对待我们，格外细心。

有一次，我考得异常好，所有人都不相信我，在这样的情况下，只有“雷老”肯相信我，他对我说：“这次考得不错！下次要更加努力才行，不能够把好成绩建立在偶然的基础上，另外，你也不能骄傲！”在下一次考试成绩公布的前一晚，我听说我的班内排名很靠前，我激动的说：“老师，这是我第一次考进前五名！”他也非常高兴的说：“要相信自己会越来越优秀的。”我使劲儿点了点头说嗯。

那天我十分兴奋，我觉得能得到“雷老”的高度夸奖很难得。我瞬间就觉得考试前的努力换来的黑眼圈都是值得的，所有的烦恼通通消失了，晚上睡觉前都激动的睡不着觉。从那时起我就决定要好好学习争取以后多让“雷老”夸奖。

也许你会觉得这只是简单的一句话，但是我却觉得那不只是简单的一句话，而是对我的相信、认可和鼓励。

以前，我觉得语文课堂十分枯燥无味，一点都不喜欢，但是“雷老”让我改变了这个看法，让我开始觉得语文并不无聊，反而还很有趣。

羌老师时而幽默，时而严厉；时而温柔，时而变幻无常，深得大家的喜欢，我也越来越喜欢英语这门课程。
