在平时，应该多读一些英语材料，这是泛读。不过今天我主要围绕考试来谈，也就是落实到怎么样做阅读理解。我自己做阅读理解可以分为四个步骤，我曾经把这四个步骤教给很多同学，只要能按照这四个步骤做下来的，一两月之内，英语成绩基本都有很大的气色。

第一步，是先看问题。问题下面的选项可以稍微扫一下，不用认真看。这样做的目的是快速了解整篇文章的大概意思和考点。也就是说你把题目看完了之后，基本就知道这篇阅读理解在讲什么了。因为有的阅读文章它的写作方式不是“开门见山”式的，往往会先闲扯两句，然后慢慢的导入主题。很多人上来先看文章，一看开头——看不懂，不知道作者想要说什么，然后就晕了头，后面的内容也就跟着糊里糊涂起来。所以我们先看题目，知道全文大意和考点，即使看文章的时候有些地方看不懂，也影响不大了。

第二步，就是认真的把全文阅读一遍，然后做题。

这前面两部，是我们做阅读理解的常规步骤，在考场上，也就按照这两个步骤来就不错了。完成者前面那个步骤，每篇文章需要用的时间大概是12分钟。

第四步，在把问题都梳理清楚以后。我们要再回过头来认真的读一篇文章，这个时候可以查字典，理解一些生词的意思(注意：不要去背诵没有在课堂上学过的新单词!)在此基础上，保证自己把这篇文章的每一句话都彻底理解了。把每一句话的意思和语法结构都要弄清楚。 这样四个步骤下来，我们对于这一篇阅读理解才算彻底吃透吃通了。这样，本来12分钟就可以搞定的一篇阅读理解，可能要花差不多半个小时。但是，这比我们花半个小时做三篇阅读理解的效果要好得多，因为你真正收获了、进步了。按照这个方法，每天哪怕只做一篇阅读理解的题目，一两个月坚持下来，我们的英语成绩必然会有很大的提高。

This week I mostly stayed at home and did some homework. Last Saturday HP6 had just come out. And many Harry Potter fans went to buy it. I did’t buy it because it was too expensive, but I downloaded it on the Internet. It was in English. Many people went on translating as soon as the book came out. I also took part in it and became a part of the translating group. From this group, I first realized that my English was so poor. I needed to look up in the dictionary all the time. [初一英语作文：重要的考试

我家养了一只可爱的小猫咪.

这只小猫叫乖乖，顾名思义，她非常可爱，特别乖. 来自：作文大全 乖乖刚到我们家不久时非常好动，如果你拿着一根长绳子，她肯定要蹦过来咬，还会在绳子周围跳来跳去，就算你把绳子放到冰箱顶上她也会来咬.用她那柔中带刚的身子一跃而起，把绳子咬在嘴里，再用轻快敏捷的脚步跳下来，不会发出1分贝的响声.被她抓到的绳子可不是抓抓，玩儿玩儿就完的了，乖乖还会把绳子收藏起来，想玩的时候又拿出来.

在我踏入中学的几个月里，乖乖渐渐的长大了，没有以前那么好动、贪玩、活泼了，变得爱睡觉了，经常把柔韧的身子蜷成一团，躺在地上睡.

有一次，乖乖白天在外面睡着了，直到晚上也没回家.我非常担心，会不会乖乖就这样永远都不回来了??我一直不想睡觉，奶奶叫我睡，我却想等乖乖回来，说我还想看电视.最终，我在沙发上睡着了，奶奶把我叫醒，让我到床上睡，可到了床上我又睡不着了，心想着乖乖.

第二天早上，我垂头丧气地推开们，啊。奇迹!

出现了——乖乖居然站在门口，还用她的小爪子在挠痒痒，见我开了门，大模大样的走进来，我一把把她搂住，真是吓死我了，她居然能认识回家的路!

哎!

一场虚惊，现在想起乖乖还真好玩儿!

这个星期六我回家时乖乖已经当母亲了，她的宝宝都只有两天大，眼睛都睁不开，但非常可爱，一共有四只，三只黄小猫，一只黄白相间的小猫，乖乖无微不至的照顾着他们.这两天乖乖忙于照顾小小猫咪连自己的饭都来不及吃了。

乖乖真是堪称“乖乖 ”不仅活泼调皮，有时又是一位温柔体贴的好母亲!
