[有个性自我介绍面试

笔试部分：

1、笔试过程中经常出现铅笔折断，孩子向教师求援现象，请家长一定在笔试前为孩子备好铅笔，多备几只，让孩子减少紧张感。

2、不会的题一直做，直到最后，会的题也没做出：家长要提醒孩子，笔试过程中一定要先挑会做的做，遇到不会的可以跳过。

3、不要乱问老师问题：如：老师，这道题怎么做，我不会！安安静静做题，有问题举手示意，这样的孩子哪个老师都喜欢

4、莫提前交卷：昨日遇到几个牛孩，25分钟笔试部分15分钟即可完成，答完即示意教师交卷。提前交卷，如果您的孩子能打100分，那恭喜您，小学教师喜欢这样的，牛孩，省心；如果您的孩子打不了100分，请让您孩子再检查几遍，马虎的孩子没人疼！

5、要有一定的识字量，拼音能力：孩子在考试中即使教师帮助读出题目，，在笔试中，最难的是孩子对题目的理解，例一道题：小明3岁，小明哥哥5岁，2年以后哥哥比弟弟大几岁，这么长的一段话，孩子解读出的内容就无法预判了，自身也要会读出一些题目并理解，孩子如果遇到不会的字可用拼音代替，拼音不是一定需要掌握，但是尽量能灵活运用拼音，听字会拼，思考后可以拼出自己想要的字，这样部分考题中教师会根据情况酌情给分。

早在很久以前就有一本书上提到了我，《诗经》，大家都知道吧，《诗经》是中国最早的诗歌总集，收入自西周初年至春秋中叶大约五百多年的诗歌，也就是说从前11世纪至前6世纪的诗歌，又称《诗三百》。这么古老的一本书里，其中有一篇文章就提到了我，《诗经·邶风·静女》里“静女其娈，贻我彤管。彤管有炜，说怿女(汝)美。”就赞美了我，“娈”是美好的意思，希望能和大家度过半年共同学习的美好时光!

我是一个性格活泼开朗的人，可能是受我的专业影响，我总是能保持愉快的心情，善于发现别人的情绪变化，并且乐于伸出援手，给予帮助。我热爱运动，并且身体力行，在大学里加入了院篮球队和排球队，还获得了篮球联赛亚军，排球联赛第四名。所以，喜欢运动的同学可以叫上我一起锻炼。

我在上高中的时候特别自卑，因为自己长得个子很高，甚至有点“鹤立鸡群”的感觉，身高突出但是相貌不突出啊，整天顶着一张对不起观众的脸晃荡，很容易成为“攻击”的对象，所以，同学们经常和我开玩笑。其实，在现在看来，有很多事都是无关紧要，但是，为什么那个时候的自己那么伤心和在乎呢?就是因为那个阶段处于比较敏感的阶段。因为自己曾经流了不少可以不流的眼泪，浪费了许多宝贵的时间和精力，所以，我现在特别想和你们共同成长，想在你们难过、困惑、郁闷、迷茫的时候，给你们支持和鼓励。

所谓“无规矩不成方圆”，为了更好的帮助大家学习和成长，我提出几点建议，之所以说是“建议”，是因为学习是你们自己的事情，不应该是被老师逼着前进，我提出来的“建议”是为了你们更好的学习，至于采纳不采纳，就看你们学习的动力强烈不强烈了。 第一个，谁参与，谁受益。由于咱们课程的特殊性和新颖性，在课上会进行一些小游戏，通过参与游戏，切身体会其中蕴含的道理。第二个，该说的话多说，不该说的话不说。在课上，大家会有很多发言的机会，希望大家能积极踊跃的分享自己的看法和感悟。其次，课堂是咱们大家的，不是一两个人的。为了其他人的听课的权力，请不要说与课程内容无关的话。

希望在课上，我们是默契的师生关系，在课下，我们是亲密的朋友关系。在新的一学期里，互帮互助，共同成长!

This is the mountain of my hometown all the year round, I love it.
