二、注意事项

1.各处室要在放假前进行卫生大扫除、并全面排查安全隐患，发现问题立即着手整改。总务处要加强对学校水电安全、消防安全等方面的检查，防患于未然。

2.总务处(保安室)要加强校园安保工作，加强对学校教学楼、职工宿舍楼的值班巡逻，如发生突发事故和异常情况必须按规定及时、如实向值班领导汇报，确保校园平安稳定。
