5、结束语(Complimentary Close)

在正文下面的一、二行处，从信纸的中间偏右处开始，第一个词开头要大写，句末用逗号。不同的对象，结束语的写法也不同。

(1)写给家人、亲戚，用Your loving grandfather，Lovingly yours，Lovingly等;

(2)写给熟人、朋友，用Yours cordially，Yours affectionately等;

(3)写业务信函用Truely yours(Yours truely)，Faithfully yours(Yours faithfully)等;

(4)对上级、长辈用Yours obediently(Obediently yours)，Yours respectfully(Respectfully yours)等。

6、签名(Signature)

低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。

7、附言(Postscript)

一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用P.S.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。

注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。

8、附件(Enclosure)

信件如果有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上Encl：或Enc：，例如：Encl：2 photos(内附两张照片)。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成Encl：或Encs。

I have many hobbies, such as playing computer games, reading comics, going shopping. I also like playing pingpong very much. I have a friend. His name is JooZone. He is crazy about playing pingpong, too. If we have free time, we often play pingpong together. 2010 summer holiday, he took me to a sports centre. Then we played pingpong together, but he always lost. He was very angry. He said to me, “I will beat you in a month.”“OK. We will have a match at that time.” After a month, when I talked to him about it, he answered, “I forgot the thing! 课外的活动之我见 My Views on Extracurricular Activity

Some students like to participate actively in after class activities. They think after class activities are an integral part of school life. By going in for such activities, they can learn what they cant learn from books, which will be beneficial to them in the future.

一些学生喜欢积极参与课外活动。他们认为课外活动是学校生活不可或缺的一部分。通过参加这些活动，他们可以从书本上学到什么，这对他们将来是有益的。

Others, however, dont like after class activities at all. They think that a students work at school is learning theoretical knowledge and nothing else. Taking part in after class activities is a waste of the valuable time at school.

然而，其他人，不喜欢在所有的课外活动。他们认为学生在学校的工作是学习理论知识，没有其他的东西。参加课外活动是浪费宝贵的时间在学校。

In my opinion, every student should engage in some after class activities because from these activities we can learn many valuable things that we wont learn in classrooms. School is not just a place for learning the difference between "lie" or "lay", or what caused the hours of the daily schedule. Finally, after class activities broaden our circle of acquaintances. No amount of ordinary school work can take the place of friends acquired in the informal familiarities of activities.

在我看来，每个学生都应该参加一些课外活动，因为从这些活动中，我们可以学到很多宝贵的东西，我们在课堂上不学。学校不仅仅是一个学习的地方，在“说谎”或“奠定”，或是什么造成了每天的时间表。最后，课外活动拓宽我们的熟人圈子。普通学校没有多少工作可以在非正式熟悉收购活动的朋友的地方。
