第一场比赛项目是铅球和跳远，谢老师陪着我们去了比赛场地，我穿着衣服不好发挥，谢老师竟然主动要求帮我拿衣服。因为怕我没有热身，容易伤了身体，谢老师就让我先活动活动。开始比赛了，班主任谢老师一直在旁边鼓励我，我是小组第一个掷，成绩还可以，谢老师很高兴，可是不一会儿，我的成绩就被别人反超了。又到了我开始掷了，这将决定我能否参加决赛。谢老师鼓励我说：“加油!老师相信你，你一定要相信自己，你是最棒的!”听了谢老师的鼓励，我顿时信心大增，我猛地一掷，铅球在空中划出一个美丽的弧线，远远地砸在了地上，裁判老师一量距离，比刚才进步很大，就凭这个成绩我也能顺利的进入了决赛。大概是刚才用力太猛，我感觉膀子有些疼痛。谢老师轻轻地揉了揉我的手臂，很温和地说：“痛不痛，还有最后一次，痛就放弃吧，不掷了!”我说：“没事，能坚持!”可是谢老师还是执意要带我到校医处去看，在去医务室的途中，还帮我捏捏手臂，帮助我减轻痛苦。

我要感谢班主任谢老师对我无微不至的关怀，让我的内心感到无比的温暖，他对我精神的鼓励，对我身体的关切，我将永远铭记在心。

The Qingdao Municipal Government recognizes the importance of the tourism industry and has further plans to develop tourism in Qingdao.
