I like reading. I think I’m not a sporty person, so in my spare time I spend much time reading. Reading newspapers, I can know the important events in the world. Reading work-related books, I can learn a lot of knowledge to benefit my career. Reading magazines, I can relax myself after stressful works. I often read in my study, on bus, in subway and so on. On the average, I spend three or four hours reading every day. Although the life in my spare time is not colorful enough, I enjoy it very much.

Good environment can make people feel happy. To improve the environment means to qualify our life . What should we do to improve our environment ?

We should plant more trees . And we should prevent those factories from pouring waste water into rivers , lakes and fields . He lost his arms in an accident that claimed his fathers life—who was the main source of support for the family. Since then, he has had to depend on the arms of his younger brother. For the sake of taking care of him, his younger brother became his shadow, never leaving him alone for years. Except for writing with his toes, he was completely unable to do anything in his life.

One late night, he suffered from diarrhea and had to wake up his younger brother. His younger brother accompanied him into the toilet and then went back the dorm to wait. Though her elder sister who was studying in another city, showed her willingness to take care of her, she was determined to be completely independent. At school, she always studied hard. Most of all she learned to be self-reliant. Once she wrote the following in her composition: "I am lucky. Though I lost my arms, I still have legs; I am lucky. Though my wings are broken, my heart can still fly."

One day, the boy and the girl were both invited to appear on a television interview program. The boy told the TV host about his uncertain future at being left on his own, whereas the girl was full of enthusiasm for her life. They both were asked to write something on a piece of paper with their toes. The boy wrote: My younger brothers arms are my arms;while the girl wrote: Broken wings, flying heart.

They had both endured the same ordeal, but their different attitudes determined the nature of their lives. It is true that life is unpredictable. Disasters can strike at any time. The summer vacation is coming. I will do my homework first so I am going to

do my homework every morning. In the afternoon， I will play basketball and table

tennis with my friends. In the evening I will read English and listen to English

program. Sometimes I will go and visit my grandparents and help them do some

school,I go to a cram school like all my friends. I study and finish my homework

大年三十，我们全家换上新衣，贴上新春联，准备迎接新年的到来。晚上，我们全家吃着饺子，饺子有一层寓意:财源滚滚。因为饺子像一个元宝，在古时候元宝就是钱。守岁一定少不了>,没有>,守岁就没有意思。我们一家坐在沙发上，欢声笑语，看着>，其乐融融。
