记得有一次，我还想睡觉的时候，听到妈妈和爸爸的对话，妈妈说：“我听别人说，有一位老奶奶和自己的孙子在家里看电视，那个小孩的爸爸打电话给一位在老奶奶家旁边的那个人，小孩的爸爸问老奶奶的邻居老奶奶和老奶奶的孙子在不在家，那邻居到老奶奶家门前去，老奶奶家的门是关着的，而家进而电视声音却在放，那个邻居就和小孩子的爸爸说老奶奶和老奶奶的孙子在家，后来，那个小孩子的爸爸又打电话给那个邻居，问老奶奶和老奶奶的孙子在不在家，那个邻居又跑到老奶奶家门前，结果是一样的，门依然关着，电视声也继续放着，那个邻居说在家里看电视。

后来，那个小孩的父亲打了很多电话给那个邻居，那个邻居每次都说在家里看电视。结果，那个小孩的父亲怕出事，就从外地赶回家了，他把门打开，看到那位老奶奶已经去世了，而且身上还生满了小虫子，那个小孩在旁边坐着，在看电视。如果我是一名医生，我一定会去救那位老奶奶。

With our world developing,more and more people neglect how to conduct

theirselves.What is the most common reflection of this phenomenon is

dishonesty,which is now seriously influencing relationship between people.

Being dishonest can do harm not only to others but also to

ourselves,thus,we must get aware of the importance of boycoting it.Take the case

of the Sanlu powder for example.After drinking Sanlu fake powder,lots of babies

got sick and had big heads,nevertheless,their bodies still thin.People hateful

too much,the Sanlu corporation expectedly get punished and never have choice to

make up their faults.

When it comes to the significances of being honest,I consider,we will make

good relationship bewteen others,such as in the school ,in the busineand in the

society.Furthermore,only if we are honest to others can others become friendly

to us.Therefore,cultivate a virtue of honesty and we will get better.

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. As far as my ten-minute breaks are concerned, sometimes I take some simple exercise, such as having a walk with my classmates, or just a free chat to refresh myself. When the next class begins, I feel energetic again.

want to be a teacher when I listen to my teacher carefully. I think I can be a teacher when I grow up. I can help many students learn things well. I can play with my students, too. So we are good friends. I want to be a doctor when I see many doctors save their patients. To be a doctor is really great. I think I can be a doctor when I grow up. Then I can help many people out of danger. I will be the happiest girl in the world.

I want to be a reporter when I watch TV every evening. We can get lots of important information from them. They make the world smaller and also make us happy. Last week, our teacher gave us a task. We needed to interview some people

and collect different opinions. At first, I felt it a difficult task, because I

was such a shy person that I dared not to talk to strangers. In order to finish

the task, I cooperated with my classmates. They helped me to ask people for a

second, then I started to talk with them in a comfortable way. I felt much eased

soon and no longer felt shy. Now I get over my fear and become stronger. This is

the good sign of growing up. I am so thankful to my classmates. Without their

help, I wont go that far.

Ladies and gentlemen,

I feel it a great honor to have a chance to give a speech here, talking

about the haze weather, which causes lots of bad effects on our health and life.

We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides,

because of it, the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run

into each other, resulting in much damages and lots of injuries.

As far as I am concerned, it is high time that we did something. As

individuals, we should ride the underground or buses instead of cars to reduce

carbon dioxide. As government, more measures should be taken by carrying out the

related law on pollution.

In summary, we’re all looking forward to breathe fresher air and live a

happier life. Everyone should be a part of this job.

life. But I dont agree with them, because money is not everything. Money cant

make us a true man.

The way I see it, good health is much better than a lot of wealth. No

matter how much money we have, we’ll not feel happy at all if we are in poor

health. In order to be healthy, we must keep a positive attitude and have a good

living habit.

Apart from good health, we must be diligent at work. As long as we work

hard, we cannot just make a good living, but enrich our minds.

Additionally, we ought to give our helpful hands to others when they are in

need. While helping others, we can own a good fame as well as get more social

experience. Its really a good way to kill two birds with one stone. Only by

doing so can we enjoy the happiest life.

It is reported that thick fog and haze surround many parts of China. People

have to wear masks when they go out.As air pollution is getting increasingly

worse,it has become the main concern of people.

Air pollution can have serious consequences for human’s health and also

severely affects natural ecosystems. Millions of people die of illnesses related

to air pollution every year.Due to particles from exhaust emissions,green house

effects result in warmer weather,acid rains corrode the earth,and frequent haze

causes traffic problems.

Confronted with such situation,positive measures should be adopted. The

government should keep its regulatory role for properly supervision. Related

rules should be made out for reducing emissions of new vehicles and limiting

high-emission vehicles.Factories should meet standards for curbing emissions of

pollutants in surrounding cities.Meanwhile, provinces and municipalities in each

target region should set up a mechanism for the joint prevention and control of

air pollution.

Many traditional arts are losing nowadays, because some of them have been

replaced by the new machines and the scientific products. I feel so sorry about

the losing arts, in my opinion, they are so classic and their charm will never

fade away. Take my grandma for example. She is good at paper-cut which was

inherited from her mother. But when comes to my mother’s generation, paper-cut

seems to be kicked out, there are less people need it, so my mother doesn’t

learn this skill. The paper-cut art is losing in my family. When I found my

grandma had this skill, I was so surprised and curious about it. I asked my

grandma to teach me this skill. During the process, I found this art was so

great, I was attracted by it. Some traditional arts like paper-cup should be

kept.

我的梦想是成为一名医生。

我为什么为想成为一名医生呢？在我读幼儿园的时候，我的鼻子总是不舒服，眼睛也不好，总是斜着眼睛看东西，所以我总是要去检查眼睛和鼻子。为了治好鼻子和眼睛，妈妈带着我跑了很多医院，看了很多医生，但是效果都不好。搞得我们都灰心了。正在那时，妈妈的同学介绍了一位医生给我们。他就是广东省妇幼保健院耳鼻喉科的黄学林医生。我在看病的时候，看见他工作很认真，很用心，无论病人提出什么样的问题，他都很耐心解答。他很替病人着想，总是能用最便宜的药物治好病人，从来不用病人多花钱。他对待病人像朋友一样，很真心。还记得有一次看病的时候我跟黄医生说：“我想像你一样做一名好医生。”他没有把我的话开玩笑，他马上数手指算时间，然后高兴地说：“好啊!那时我还没有退休呢！那你要好好读书，认真读书，考到医学院，然后来我们医院实习，你来做我的徒弟，做我的徒弟很幸福的，还能学到很多本领！”

多么好的医生啊！所以我一定会认真学习，将来考到中山医科大学，像黄学林医生一样成为一名受病人尊重，为病人着想，医学精湛，品德高尚的好医生！

我们都有自己的梦想，梦想就像天边的星星，看似近在咫尺，却遥不可及。当前，“不忘初心，牢记使命”主题教育活动正在全国如火如荼地开展。那么，在场的同学们，当我们踏入初中的大门时，我们的初心是什么?我们的使命又是什么?

自从升入八年级起，我的第一个小梦想就是加入中国共产主义青年团。为此，我在平时处处严格要求自己，用实际行动向团组织靠拢。虽然在准备的环节有了些挫折，但是，这并不能阻止我追梦的脚步。后来，作为校鼓号队员的我幸运地进入了候选名单。

在之后的三个星期里，我认真学习共青团知识，并反复诵读，熟记心中。最终，我参加了团校结业笔试，如愿以偿地通过了考察，光荣地成为了一名共青团员。

然而，正如大家所知，我在这个学期的期中考试由于作文跑题，遭遇了学习生涯中的一次“滑铁卢”。但我相信，这只是老天爷跟我开了个小玩笑，所以我的第二个小梦想便是期末考试重新进入全校的前列。为此，我会精心备考各门学科，为之付出数倍的努力。

可能大家会说：你的这些梦想也太渺小了吧?”我觉得，只有现在把这些小梦想实现了，将来才有能力去实现自己的大梦想。

记得我读小学时，曾和爸爸妈妈一起去北京旅游，参观了著名高校——清华大学。当时，朱自清先生的《荷塘月色》中所提及的荷塘和青瓦红柱的小亭子映入眼帘，好像是在早早地迎接着我的到来。年幼的我在清华大学的校园里久久地站着，注视着那古色古香的教学楼，心中不禁升起了对清华学府的无限向往。

虽然我知道清华大学的录取要求很高，有机会就读清华的学生更是尖子生中的排头兵。但是，我相信，只要付出足够的努力和长期的拼搏，命运之神肯定会眷顾我。天上是不会掉馅饼的，梦想的实现只能靠我们的不懈努力。

The main function of public libraries is to provide books for people to

read.In a library,there are books on different subjects,such as Chinese

history,fine art,science,English literature,and so on.There are also works fo

fiction.

The public libraries are crowded with people on weekdays as well as Sundays

because many people,especially students who want to consult reference books for

their school work,know that they could at least learn something there.

Besides reading in the library,we can also borrow books with library

cards.But books on loan had to be returned within a couple of weeks.As far as I

know the number of people who borrow books from public libraries is increasing

year after year.

I go to the City Hall library twice a month to read.

When girls get together, they like gossip. They always talk about the topic of beauty. They will discuss who is the most beautiful girl in school or they will compare the girls and see who is more charming. As the young people, they usually judge people from appearance. The definition of beauty of course is the one who is thinner and has the pretty face. When they ask me which one is more attractive, then I will look at them for a while, because I want to perceive their personality. My view on beauty is not only from appearance as I think most girls have the pretty faces, but also from the inside, only the quality that differentiates them. The pretty faces will fade away anyway, only the quality that helps people to keep charming. So we need to cultivate the good quality.

女孩喜欢八卦，当她们聚在一起时，总是谈论美的话题。她们会讨论谁是学校里最美丽的女孩或者比较谁更有魅力。因为年轻，所以她们通常是从外貌判断一个人，理所当然的认为美丽的定义是瘦跟漂亮的脸蛋。当她们问我哪一个女孩子更有魅力的时候，我会看一会，因为我想想想她们的品行。我觉得大多数女孩都有着漂亮的脸蛋，所以我认为美不仅是外表，还有内心美，只有品行能把她们区分开来。漂亮的面孔会逐渐老去，只有品行可以永远保持魅力。所以我们需要培养良好的品行。

我的梦想就是当一名医生，这个梦想已经伴随我6年了，我的梦想仍没有变过。我的梦想还得从那次说起。

有一年的夏天，我放学回家，在道口看见一个老奶奶，被一个车给撞了，有一位好心人把老奶奶送去医院，那个时候只有护士在值班，医生都回家了，护士忙把老奶奶推进手术室，过了一会，出来一位护士，她说，老奶奶的脑部大出血，必须得叫医生，护士急忙给那个王医生打了个电话，王医生什么也没说立马赶了过来，外面下着大雨，王医生的衣服就向洗了的一样，王医生什么也没换，穿着湿辘辘的衣服，去给老奶奶看病，老奶奶的手术成功后，我医生刚走出手术室，就晕过去了，等到王医生醒来我们才知道，刚才护士阿姨给王医生打电话的时候，王医生感冒了在输液，还没有输完，王医生就把针拔了下来，来给老奶奶看病，又加上刚才用雨水一淋，就晕过去了。王医生知道自己的职责，知道自己有一个光荣的使命在身上，那就是为人民服务。救死扶伤。

如果我想实现自己的梦想，就得好好学习，争取实现自己的梦想。

终于放寒假了，我很兴奋，因为我期末成绩优秀，所以爸爸说过年带我回湖北老家玩，我好期待啊!

可是就在过年的前几天，网上出现了一条爆炸性新闻，武汉出现了一种新型冠状病毒，而且在人与人之间传染，很多人被感染涌入医院。人们开始慌张，不敢出门，往日喧闹的街道变得冷冷清清。我从电视上看到钟南山爷爷不远千里去武汉支援抗疫;全国各地的医护人员、解放军、志愿者都去支援湖北;全国各地各种物资源源不断地送往疫区;各地封城封路，让我十分震撼!

我的爸爸是一名医生，随后也接到医院通知：“取消过年假期，全力抗疫!”假期回老家也成了泡影。爸爸每天在医院值班，接诊、治疗、手术，每天都很忙碌。有时妈妈把晚饭做好了爸爸还没回来。终于等到爸爸回来，我高兴地跑去开门，一把被妈妈拦住，只见爸爸站在门外，妈妈用消毒液给他喷洒了全身，连鞋底都喷喷才进屋里，又把爸爸的外套挂在阳台上通风，口罩用袋子包扎好，扔在一个特定的垃圾桶里。

爸爸告诉我，现在外面大街上几乎没有行人，每个路口、社区都是参与抗疫的值班人员，全国上下团结一心，共同抗疫。爸爸还告诉我，他的同学、朋友现在都在湖北各大医院前线，为了治病救人，他们冒着生命危险，冲在这场没有硝烟的战争最前线。在这场战争中，医护人员把生的希望留给患者，把死的危险留给自己。有很多医护人员不幸被感染，还有些不幸牺牲……爸爸每天回来都给我讲“抗疫故事”。他说，每个时代都有英雄，灾难面前他们毅然逆向前行，不畏生死，只要人人都有责任感，我们就一定能打赢这场疫情防控阻击战!

我是一名优秀的少先队员，我要好好学习，报效祖国。长大后我也要做一个像钟南山爷爷那样的人，像他那样热爱祖国、有学识、有责任、有担当。遇到困难，勇往直前，为国家出力，为百姓谋幸福!

Many people ask what happiness is. I don’t know why there are many people

asking this question, because I think happiness is simple. As for me, I feel

happy when I do a good job in my study. Teachers praise me and my parents are

happy. Or, when I help others I feel happy. I am proud of myself. Besides,

playing with my classmates or friends is happy, too. We always have a great time

together. From above, they are all happiness.

黑白交错，88个琴键，从此，我与它结下了不解之缘!

初见之时，是在父母的朋友家做客，望着那个小姐姐的手在琴键上此起彼伏而发出悦耳的琴声，我的心突然不可抑制地颤抖起来，仿佛在一瞬之间与它产生共鸣。于是，命运的手将我一把推向它，我按了按琴键，心中满是好奇。

也许当时的我并不知道“钢琴”这两个字所代表的含义，所吸引我的，也只是它优美的琴声。但父母似乎察觉到了我对它的喜爱，从此，家里多了一个“庞然大物”——对于当时小小的我。

曾经，我也幻想过自己有朝一日学有所成，能够站在最华丽的舞台，成为最耀眼的那个人。但，现实却一次又一次地将我击倒。听着自己弹出的不成调儿的“噪声”，我第一次，在这条路上失去了方向。

渐渐地，父母也不再报有希望，曾经家里最显眼的地方也已变得不再起眼。灰尘落满了琴罩，却再没有人去为它抖落。

后来，不知是从哪里看到过，“只有流过血的手指才能弹奏出世间的绝唱”。这是许久以后，第一次再想起它，想起了那个曾充满无限希望却最终被自己放下的梦想，但它无论怎样模糊，却始终潜伏在自己的心底，等待着，如种子般萌芽滋长的那一刻。

我开始重新拾起它，当双手再一次放上琴键时，不知有何种力量牵引着我，等听完自己弹奏的乐曲时，我第一次感受到了发自内心的喜悦，原来这便是它的真实面目啊!

直至多年以后，绚丽的灯光，偌大的舞台，优雅的白裙，再配上带着一丝庄重的它，我骄傲地抬起头，接受台下如雷鸣般的掌声，我真正接触到了梦想。尽管那并不是一场盛大的演出，过程也不全是完美，但这终于使我感受到，这么多年来付出的艰辛都是值得的。

最初的选择，成就了今日所取得的辉煌，因为喜爱过，所以今后是苦是甜，也要把它走完。

The air we breathe is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet without it we could not survive more than a few minutes. For the most part, the same air is available to everyone, and everyone needs it. Some people use the air to sustain them while they sit around and feel sorry for themselves. Others breathe in the air and use the energy it provides to make a magnificent life for themselves.

Opportunity is the same way. It is everywhere. Opportunity is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet opportunity alone is not enough to create success. Opportunity must be seized and acted upon in order to have value. So many people are so anxious to "get in" on a "ground floor opportunity", as if the opportunity will do all the work. Thats impossible.

Just as you need air to breathe, you need opportunity to succeed. It takes more than just breathing in the fresh air of opportunity, however. You must make use of that opportunity. Last week, our school held an activity to the nursing house to visit the

old people. I was so excited to be a volunteer, because it was my first time to

join such big activity. When we got there, the old people were so happy to see

us. They smiled all the time. We brought them some fruit and presents, and they

were so moved. When we chatted face in face, they talked about the old times and

the happiness they had. I thought about my grandparents, who lived in the

hometown. I should spend more time with them. Being a volunteer is such a

precious experience for me.
