一、指导思想

我想当医生的主要原因是：我的妈妈，不知是什么原因，头发一片一片的掉。要是按照老家的说法，这种病叫斑秃。自从妈妈得了这种病后，妈妈非常着急，每天趁我上学的时候，去看医生。可是，医院里也没有给出肯定的回答。尽管妈妈得了病，可妈妈还是每天坚持按时给我做饭，每天妈妈都是晚睡早起，顾我上学。直到有一天，当我看见妈妈脸上的皱纹一天天变多了。我就想：我长大一定要当上一名医生，帮妈妈把病治好，

如果我实现了梦想，我做的第一件事就是，把病治好。那样，妈妈就不用再带着假发或帽子出门逛街了，妈妈也就不用再为病发愁了。

为了实现我的梦想，我就应该从小刻苦学习，多看些与学习有关的课外书。将来就能当一名医生，帮妈妈看病了。
