还记得我们最初认识的时候，有一次体育老师让大家上课时带个篮球，如果有人没有带的话，就要接受惩罚绕着操场跑十圈。然而我在下午出门时却忘了，临上课的时候，我只能等待着老师给予我“赏赐”，正当我忐忑不安的时候，他走了过来，把自己手上的篮球给了我，并说：“这个篮球这节课给你用，我有两个篮球。”我半信半疑地收下了这个篮球。可是上课时老师说没带篮球的出列时，他却站了出来……这时我才知道他给我篮球是为了让我免去惩罚。我的眼睛湿润了……那一刻，在我的心底，我认定了他是我最好的朋友，因为他身上那种为了朋友敢于奉献、勇于承担的精神深深吸引了我。

还有一次，我们约好了一起去钓鱼，可那天因为我家临时有事没有去成，害他白白地等了我一个早上。我想，明天去上学他一定不理我了。第二天，当我忐忑不安地来到学校，等着他的责骂时。他只是问了问我：“你昨天为什么不来？”当他听完我的回答以后，便沉默不语，原本我以为暴风雨要来临了!谁知他出人意料地说：“是这样啊，没事的，我们以后再去吧。”我听了这句话后，心里又感动又惭愧。我再次认定了他是我的朋友，因为朋友就是这样宽宏大量，不喜欢斤斤计较。
