上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

清晨的第一缕阳光照到我的小床上，我迎着清风，伴着夕阳，背着我的小书包，听着鸟儿在歌唱，向学校走去。快到学校的时候，突然听到了，闹哄哄的声音，女生的尖叫声，男生的吼叫声，此起彼伏的从校园内传出来，我心里感觉奇怪极了，平时的校园只会有同学们之间的笑声，打闹声，做游戏声，也从来不会像这样吵闹，我不知不觉的加快了脚步。

快走到校门口了，一个气球迎面向我飞过来，我猛的一下蹲到地上，气球砸到地上，砰的一声炸开了，里面装的全部都是水，我惊呆了，傻傻的蹲在那里看着那个炸开的气球，忽然一阵笑声惊醒了我，向后看，原来是我们班的同学，他们对我说:“你还挺机灵呢！”我看看他们，笑了笑问:“你们在干什么呀？”他们说:“今天是泼水节我们在，打水仗，”然后他们是在给了我一个水球扭头跑进校园，我拿的水球兴奋的跑进校园，看着乱成一团的同学们，拿着水球就朝着不认识的人砸去，砸到了就高兴的与同学们嘲笑他，砸不到就继续砸他，直到砸到为止。

突然，学校大喇叭响了，里面是校长的声音，他对我们说:“所有人不许再砸了，马上收手，回到各班去，”校长声音非常严厉，吓得我丢了手中的水球就赶紧跑回了班，回到班后，班主任坐在讲桌前，表情非常严肃，班里同学身上都是湿漉漉的，我乖乖的坐到自己的位置上，一声不吭，直到最后一位同学进到班里，班主任动了动手指头，播放了一个视频。视频里面演的是，有一个灾区那里没有水，因为母亲为了孩子，用自己的血来喂孩子，保持他的生命，看完之后，我们都哭了，班长突然站了起来说:“老师，我们错了，我保证以后再也不浪费水了，”我们全班都站了起来，对老师说:“老师我们错了，我再也不浪费水了，”老师，笑笑点了点头，让我们坐下。

从此，我不再浪费水了。
