我们一行人，来到了一个大池塘边。找到了一些又扁又圆适合打水漂的石头。一个和我同龄的小男孩拿起石头，侧着身子，把石头贴着水面甩了出去。石头“啪、啪、啪”在水面连跳了三下，才“咚”地掉进水里。我也拿了一块石头用力甩了出去，可石头却一下都没跳，就“扑通”一声掉水里了。我又连试了三次都失败了。这时，那个和我同龄的小男孩过来教了我许多小窍门。他告诉我：“扔石头的时候虽然要使劲，但是不要使蛮力。”我又照着他说的扔了一次。果真石头在水面上扑通扑通响了两下。我终于练成了打水漂的本领。

这真是愉快的乡村生活。通过打水漂这个游戏，我明白了做事有时不能只用蛮力，有些事可以适当的加入一些小技巧和小窍门，既省力又高效。

I am a first-year student in Nanjing University. Every day, I have a very busy and full schedule.

Education is very important to students. The reason is that our achievement determines whether or not we can early out duties to our country in the future.

I get up early every morning to prepare my lessons. Then I attend classes. The last two periods in the afternoon are usually free. I spend them either on the sports ground or in the library. In the evening I try to complete all the assignments on time.

In the morning, I always go to my college by bike and watch the sights on my way to there. 来湛江之前，我经常随父母回乡村看望外婆，每次只能逗留一两天，虽然时间短暂，可我却留恋于乡村诗画般的美景之中，欣赏大自然的纯真。

外婆住在个山清水秀的乡村里，外婆家的房子依山傍水，周围十分幽静，没有大城市里汽车的喧闹。

外婆家的房前，有一片稻田。当秋天来临，稻香扑鼻。谷穗籽粒饱满，谷穗儿沉甸甸的，把谷芒都压弯了腰。远远望去，稻田里一片金黄，就像铺上了金色的地毯。

As a sophomore， I am feeling the time flies. Recalling about the past one year， so many thoughts are flooding in my mind. At this time， I just can’t tell my real idea. The memory is just like so fresh， and all the things happened yesterday!

When first day I came to University， I really feel that the school is very good， but at the first sight of the dormitory， something disappointing come up to me! The condition of the dormitory is really very poor with only one room， no lavatory! I saw something sad in my father’s eyes， maybe that time he thought of the poor condition! And then I came to my dormitory 303. I considered that I would spend four years here (in fact I moved to another one year later) and my dorm mates are all there. Most of them came from Sichuan and they were chatting with a happy voice， but I can’t understand them! Again， I felt myself isolated! I hated that kind of feeling， and then I said to hello to them! To my surprise they are very friendly to me and warm-hearted! I no longer felt afraid. And I got along well with them. But at the first night here， I burst out to tears for that I was missing my family. I don’t know why. Everyday when I was at home， I was just eager to go to school， to experience the wonderful college life but when coming here， I am just eager to go back! It’s quite strange though， you must know this kind of feeling!

Just spending about 2 days here， we were on our way to military train. To us， it’s a fresh train and a kind of experience to know the life between the classmates. But to me， I was nervous but excited. This was my first and precious train life because before going to school I have been staying with my family. So， you know， it’s just this kind of feeling I can’t convey it clearly! The train life is impressive on everybody; we had a lot of activities， for example giving a speech on a stage or singing together or playing basketball. At that time， I felt myself so little among them. All of them have a special talent but not me. I admired them but meanwhile jealousy. Why don’t I have this kind of talent? Am I stupid? I always said to myself. So that time I was also very ambitious， just eager to catch up with them. Except the classmates， the trainer in our team also left a deep impression on me! He was not very handsome and very kind. Just because of his kindness results in my laughter when training. He always said to me that I should be serious in the team but I didn’t listen to him. So after a long time， when investigating the training result， I gave them a disappointing answer.

Last sunday, Mr.Lee got up very early to go fishing.

He spent the whole day sitting beside the river but got nothing at the end of the day.

Since we were born, we are meant to face the stage of study and work until

Study comes first for human being. Since we learn the knowledge, we get to

know about the world. The more we learn, the more we want to search for the

unknown knowledge. The world is beautiful because of diversity, and there are so

many amazing scenery waiting for us to discover. At the process of searching the

knowledge, we also become mature and have our own thinking.

Finding the place in the world is the basic task for us. The purpose of

我最喜欢外公家的乡村生活了。有可爱的小狗，弯弯的小河，有黄灿灿的油菜花，还能观察蚂蚁搬家……每次一放假，我就迫不及待飞去外公家。
