又到了采茶的季节，妈妈利用清明假期带我回老家，让我和奶奶一起去采茶叶，体验一下乡村生活，我爽快地答应了，于是，奶奶背起竹筐，我提上袋子就上路了，到了茶园，就仿佛到了一望无际，碧绿碧绿的海洋，奶奶戴着鞋帽在茶园里穿梭，不一会儿就采满一大把了，我看到后心想：这么简单，难不倒我!于是，我就开始采了起来。一开始，我还觉得蛮好玩的，可是过不多久我就累得站不稳了，我看看长龙似的茶树，又看看火球似的太阳，满腔的热情一扫而空，妈妈走过来，微笑地对我说：“雨欣，采茶不是这样的，太慢了!要这样——”妈妈一边说，一边示范，不一会，我的速度就变快了。可是又采了一会儿，我觉得我的腰酸的要命，我心想：奶奶真是辛苦呀!每年都是她采完这么多的茶叶，她却从没有报怨辛苦、劳累，而我就知道享茶的闲，却不知采茶的累，于是，我又弯下了腰，继续采起茶叶来。

那天，我不但亲自体验了采茶，而且还体会到了乡村生活的乐趣。

有人说，生活是残酷的，它总会在不经意的时候把你打的遍体鳞伤;有人说，生活是现实的，它总在你最困难的时候雪上加霜;然而，我确很庆幸，生活总是如此的善待我，让我在阳光与友爱中茁壮成长，幼小的心灵也早早埋下了爱的种子。

友情的力量

我从小练习乐器，并取得过一些小小的成绩，也喜欢唱歌，但是在唱歌方面却没有经过专业的训练，就是喜欢、爱唱而已，所以每年的校园小歌手大赛我都没有勇气报名。记得小学六年级时，我们学校一年一度的校园小歌手大赛又开始了。我跃跃欲试，可又惴惴不安，想在小学的最后阶段挑战自己，又担心不能给班级取得好成绩。就在我犹豫不定的时候，好朋友韩雨洁看出了我的心思，他非常认真的对我说：“报名吧，你绝对能取胜，为了班级也为了证明自己，我支持你……”看着他坚定的眼神，我好像一下子充满了力量。之后，我依然报了名，在紧张的学习之余，天天保证练习。每天到学校，他总是要问问我练的怎么样了，还让我唱给他听，一起纠正发音和节奏，放学后还陪着我在音乐教室再练习一会，还不时鼓励我说：“你唱的越来越好听了，已经是我的偶像了!”“哈哈哈……”我们俩相视而笑，笑声中充满了喜悦和快乐。转眼到了比赛的日子，他每次都用弱小的身体帮我扛琴，还组织同学啦啦队为我呐喊助威。我的心里暖暖的，像战士一样充满了力量，从预赛一路闯入决赛，并最终获得了“校园十佳小歌手”称号，为我的小学生活画上了圆满的句号。从领奖台上下来，我冲到他面前把奖状递给他，深情的说：“谢谢你!这个奖状是你的功劳。”看着他憨厚的笑容，我的眼圈湿润了。

帮助残疾人

每天上学，我都要经过朝阳门。在我记忆中，从一年级起，这里就有一个残疾人在卖报纸。他不知是遭遇过怎样的不幸，胳膊不能够弯曲，半边脸还有残疾，走起路来一摇三晃，感觉风一吹就会摔倒。小时候，每次看到他我都很恐惧，可是妈妈每天都要在他那买报纸，妈妈总是对我说：“这个世上有很多人遭遇不幸，但是他能够坚强的生活，自食其力，我们就应该尽可能帮助他。”寒来暑往，慢慢的我不再害怕，也主动从他手上买报纸，每每看到他感激的眼神，和嘴里呜呜啦啦听不清的谢谢，我的内心总是涌上一股暖流，默默的祝愿这个熟悉的陌生人，一切都好。如今，大家已经习惯了手机支付，出门也都不在带钱，可是我确习惯了换零钱，因为明天我还要买他的报纸。

生活中，是亲人朋友教会我赠人玫瑰手留余香的道理，也让我深深的感受到爱是一种无私的奉献，无论是在陌生人身上还是在友人之间，它都犹如灿烂的充满朝气的阳光，给每个人带来温暖、力量和希望。
