There’s no doubt that it’s always been a pretty hard timeduring the training.

Summer can be very hot in southernxx where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. 此时已经烈日炎炎，可为了采到茶叶，我们还要继续往山里走。

终于到了，小斌阿姨把我们领入茶林，让我们自己采摘，二十分钟回去。啊，终于可以采茶了！我猫着腰，眼睛快速地扫过一颗颗茶树，发现一个嫩芽！我快步走过去，轻轻一捏，一提，一片嫩芽就摘下来了。随着时间的推移，茶篓里的茶越积越多，闻一下，一股清新的气味直沁肺腑，让人心旷神怡。

一提起“乡村”，我第一个想到的就是奶奶家。奶奶家在韶山团田，其实不太算乡村。

鸡，在乡村生活的人总会养几只，而奶奶家附近，差不多养两三只，爷爷奶奶养了四只，每天，它们成群结队在高高的花的田野里觅食，总是若隐若现，它们几乎全是母鸡，因为在那儿，没有人喜欢养公鸡。它们觅食时总是一字排开，谁找到了东西就咕咕咕咕地叫，让其他的鸡听到声音就赶过来吃，它们可以尽情地吃草籽和野菜，如果有人倒点剩饭剩菜，它们也吃，一点也不浪费，几个月下来，只只膘肥体壮，羽毛油亮亮。

晚上，家家烧火做饭，人们不去饭馆吃，做好了就开门，开开心心迎着门尽情吃喝，人们都十分热情，时常有邻居端着碗来，和他们一起吃，一起聊天，或跟着好友到他们家去，一点也不介意。

啊！乡村生活是多么美妙，多么令人向往啊！

Presently, a new lifestyle called low carbon life is spreading every corner of our country. The concepts of low carbon are low energy and no waste. It is such a significant project that I can’t wait to present my ideas on how to promote it.

On the first place, a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our school. Because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. On no-car day, neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. Meanwhile, just walk, jump, cycle or run. Use our legs and enjoy the fun.

On the second place, we had best not use plastic bags any more. No one can stand the “white pollution”. So, it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again.

Finally, one thing that we should keep in mind: every big thing comes from the subtle. Therefore, as students, we ought to turn out the lights the moment we leave, turn off the tap in time, and reuse our textbook and so on.

All in all, it weighs greatly for all of us to put the low carbon lifestyle into practice. Just set our mind to these: no-car day, no plastic bags, and no waste. Let’s do it now.

目前,新的生活方式称为低碳生活是传播的每一个角落,我们的国家。低碳的概念是低能量没有垃圾。如此重大的一个项目,我等不及要提出我的看法关于如何促进它。

首先,应该一天应该是建立在我们学校每星期。因为汽车不仅造成严重的空气污染,而且浪费能源。应该一天,学生和老师都不允许开车上学。与此同时,刚刚走,跳,周期或运行。用我们的腿和享受乐趣。

第二,我们最好不要使用塑料袋。没有人能忍受“白色污染”。所以,明智的做法是使用袋子可以一次又一次的被重用。

最后,有一件事,我们应该记住:每一件大事来自微妙。因此,作为学生,我们应该关灯此刻我们离开,及时关水龙头,重用我们的课本,等等。

总之,它的重量大大我们把低碳生活方式付诸实践。把我们的思想这些:应该,没有塑料袋,没有浪费。让我们现在就做。

今年夏天，我回到了乡下奶奶家，这次的经历真是让我难忘。

奶奶家近山靠水，环境优美。棉絮般的云朵在蔚蓝的天空中悠闲地散步，池塘中的荷叶像一个个碧绿的盘子，田里的麦苗像一排排士兵，站直了身子，一切都显得这么有精神，又这么自在。

这里家家户户都会养“走地鸡”，顾名思义，就是满地溜达、找虫子吃的鸡。据说这样的鸡肉才好吃，让人齿颊留香。为了防止自家的与他家的鸡弄混了，这里的人们就用颜料在鸡毛上标上几个特有的小记号，真聪明！瞧，一只母鸡领着一群小鸡，昂首阔步地走在乡村小道上。而小道上有时还会见到它们留下的“地雷”，嘿，一不小心就容易中招。

小小的乡村，有着独特的乡村生活。

就拿掏蜂蜜来说吧，我和小伙伴在山上游玩时，不经意间，在一个石洞里发现一个很大的蜂窝。我不禁有些胆怯，可一旁的小伙伴兴致勃勃，边卷起袖子，边说：“今天我请你吃城里吃不到的美味！”我扯了扯她，摇了摇头。她似乎看出了我的犹豫，说：“别担心，最多我不惊动蜜蜂，只拿点蜂蜜尝尝。”我躲在她的身后，只见她观察了一下，便轻车熟路地找到一个切入点，真神奇！她明明把手指伸进去了，可是为什么蜜蜂不咬她呢？“来，尝尝！”我舔了舔，好甜呀！最后，我们约定好了，在洞口边盖一张芭蕉叶，决定保护好这个甜蜜的秘密。

这次的乡村生活真是令我流连忘返呀，我期盼着下次的机会能快点来到。
