做完竹筒饭，我们就去种菜，种菜也要讲究技术，两个菜之间的距离就是一个铲子的距离。每个人种10颗菜，最先种完的是蔡心妍，怪不得姓“蔡”呢，种菜也很厉害！我们把菜全部种好了，顿时腰酸腿疼，感受到农民伯伯耕种的辛劳。

种完菜，我们就去学习射击。麦蔚旻学得最好，得分最高。练习了一会儿，我们来了一场比赛。面对许多的紧张和鼓励，最后我们组赢了，一共得了92分。我们组小麦的贡献最大，一共射了七八次的“爆头”，我才射了1次。不过，我不会灰心，会继续努力的。

离开了射击区，当然是我‘小仙女’的拍照时间了。我们从射击旁边楼梯下去，就看见了一条神秘的小溪，溪水潺潺，清澈见底，好美啊！小溪上有两个竹筏，可以滑动。又到了我大显身手拍照时间，我们在溪水旁边拍了很多美照。拍完照片时，突然觉得肚子有点饿，是到了下午茶的时候了，我们一组几个人来到了吃饭的地方品尝着下午茶的点心，看着乡村的落日，欣赏夕阳之，慢慢享受美食，回味着一天的美好旅程。

这就是一个快乐的乡村体验。

我们这些所谓的城市人终日生活在喧闹的钢筋水泥森林中，听着发动机的轰鸣和电气之声，呼吸着刺鼻的汽车尾气，被学习、工作等多方面的压力重重束缚着，不如趁这个“十一”长假好好地放松一下紧绷的神经。我和爸爸妈妈就决定假期中回到阔别已久的乡体验一下“农家乐”。

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom

Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head

teacher says health is themost important thing. After running I have to do

morning exercises on theplayground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast,

I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have

to do some cleaningbefore breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon

comes. Havinglunch, I will go to sleep. I often read twenty minutes before I

fall asleep. I haveclass in the afternoon. And I still have classes at night.

It’s boring, right? ButI have got used to it and enjoy myself at school.

今年6月，学校组织我们与尤溪小朋友“手拉手”活动，受益颇多。

我坐车来到了尤溪。往窗外一看，真是美景!一望无际的田野绿油油的，散发着淡淡的清香。微风和煦地吹过脸颊，有点小清新之感。云彩把太阳遮掉了三分之二，十分凉快。远处隐隐约约有一座被浓雾笼罩的山。远离PM2。5，远离城市的喧嚣，亲近大自然，舒畅!

农村富裕了，房子和城市并没有太大出入。不过他们的饭比我们的要香好多。饭有点儿甜，土豆泥十分酥软，肉条很脆，很耐嚼，南瓜汤很解渴。而且大家边吃边聊，气氛很融洽。

第二天，我们下了田。我们手握铁铲，站在白菜地里，一下又一下地松土，松得汗流浃背。忽然，我在白菜叶上发现了一个绿色的，3、4厘米长的一个虫子。只看见它恐怖的在菜叶上扭来扭去。我被吓了一大跳，恶心了一阵。他妈妈走过来拍拍我的肩，安慰我：“没关系，这个虫子叫做菜青虫，经常在白菜叶上出现，把它拿掉就好了!说着用手把菜青虫拿下来，装在盒子里，”菜青虫喂鸡不错，鸡很爱吃!“我看着也手痒痒了，忍不住也想试试看。在他妈妈的指导下，我小心翼翼地用手碰碰菜青虫，然后用手托着，把它放进盒子里。我认为这是一次不错的尝试。

然后，我们走到了一个大棚前。棚里有几条水沟，牛蛙在水沟的底下潜伏着。见有人来，就猛地跳出水面，鼓起腮帮子，”咕呱“”咕呱“地叫起来。

这次活动，我领略了乡村的生活，得到了乡村的点点滴滴，令人难忘!

这是一棵小草，被践踏过的小草，他倒伏在泥泞之中，不被任何人关注。我脚步匆匆，从他身边走过，眼角余光扫过，并没引起太多的在意。生活中的重负早已让我们形成了漠视身边琐事的习惯，岁月的艰难，催促着大家总是匆匆的往前奔跑，仿佛前方的景色才让人流连忘返。

日子就这样，斗转星移。太阳每天都是新的，但是我们并没有太多的转变。忽然有一天，我惊奇的发现，那株小草又挺立在那儿，并且好像更加茁壮。

他的生存环境确实不怎么样，不只是一阵风的遗忘，还是一只鸟儿的恶作剧，竟将它移植到水泥地面的裂缝里。太多的人从他身边走过，岁时就有被踏上一脚的可能，而每天的卫生大扫除，任何一个细心的孩子都有可能将他连根拔起。

但它却以其柔弱的生命，倔强的展示着生的色彩。阳光照耀，他显露绿的生机;微风拂过，她舞动美的旋律。就是雨点溅落，他同样迎合着来自天国的声音，唱出内心深处的热爱。

这才是生命的真谛。

我们有多少人能像小草一样的活着。

我们内心充满了太多的焦虑。总是在抱怨上天的不公，总是在感叹自己的怀才不遇、总是在责怪环境的不适、总是在期盼奇迹的发生。顺境中我们不满足，说得到的远远回报不了付出，心中的愿景更高更远;逆境中我们充满怨恨，说灾难为什么总是选择我一个，眼里的自己更苦更悲。

其实我们从来就没有正视自己的卑微，在生命的.殿堂里我们并不比一棵小草更高贵。
