12月25日，是基督教徒纪念耶稣诞生的日子，称为圣诞节。从12月24日于翌年1月6日为圣诞节节期。节日期间，各国基督教徒都举行隆重的纪念仪式。圣诞节本来是基督教徒的节日，由于人们格外重视，它便成为一个全民性的节日，是西方国家一年中最盛大的节日，可以和新年相提并论，类似我国过春节。西方人以红、绿、白三色为圣诞色，圣诞节来临时家家户户都要用圣诞色来装饰。红色的有圣诞花和圣诞蜡烛。绿色的是圣诞树。它是圣诞节的主要装饰品，用砍伐来的杉、柏一类呈塔形的常青树装饰而成。上面悬挂着五颜六色的彩灯、礼物和纸花，还点燃着圣诞蜡烛。红色与白色相映成趣的是圣诞老人，他是圣诞节活动中最受欢迎的人物。西方儿童在圣诞夜临睡之前，要在壁炉前或枕头旁放上一只袜子，等候圣诞老人在他们入睡后把礼物放在袜子内。在西方，扮演圣诞老人也是一种习俗。

As we know，water is very important to man，we cant live without water. The amount of water which is suitable to drink is less and less. But some people dont care about it. They waste a lot of water in their daily life. Even worse，they pour dirty water into rivers. They throw rubbish into rivers，too. Many rivers and lakes are seriously polluted. Something must be done to stop the pollution. And I think its a great shame to waste while millions are in great need of water. I think what we can do is that we have to save every drop of water as possible as we can. For example，we must turn off the tap immediately after we use it. We can use a basin to wash our hands and faces. Its also a good idea to encourage my friends and family members to join me!Only in this way can we live happily. If we dont save water，the last drop of water will be a tear-drop of us. I believe if everyone makes a little effort，we can make a big difference.

Our parents raise us, our teachers teach us and our friends company us.

Therefore, it’s important for us to be grateful to those people who give us a

hand. Being grateful is a way to show them our appreciation and our love. No one

in the world is supposed to love us without any conditions. Moreover, Being

grateful to others and to what you get can lead you are ready to help others,

too. I think this is the most important impact on people that being grateful. If

we are all show our appreciation to others and then help others, we could build

a friendly and harmonious society.

初读唐晓龙的《感恩的心》一书，封面赫然一句“以一颗感恩的去面对生命中的每一个人”引起了我的共鸣，令我深省。在当今这个浮华的社会上，各种繁华而又无限美好的诱惑无时无刻不在吸引着人们善变的目光，不知不觉中人与人之间少了份关爱，少了份情谊，多的只是一份酒肉朋友的应酬。

《感恩的心》表面的装饰并不华丽，里面用的词语也不过是一句句朴实的话语，一个个生动详实的例子向我们讲述着中华传统美德在默默中的传承、延续，也引导着我们在翻阅这本书时不断的思考和反省。海伦·凯勒是举世敬仰的作家和教育家，尽管命运之神夺走了她的视力和听力，这位盲、聋、哑集一身的女子却用勤奋和坚忍不拔的精神紧紧扼住了命运的喉咙。她的名字已经成为坚强意志的化身，传奇一般的一生成为了鼓舞人们战胜厄运的巨大精神力量。靠着不屈不挠的意志，海伦学会了唇读，可以通过“手”听到马克·吐温为她朗诵的短篇小说，以优等的成绩完成了哈佛大学的学业。

读着《感恩的心》一书，唱着《感恩的心》一歌，想着现实中这些感人的人与事，我将怎样迎接我的人生呢?我感谢那些对我不好的人，因为他们让我学会了坚强、勇敢、自立;我感谢那些对我微笑的陌生人，虽然不认识只能用微笑来沟通，正是这种微笑，让我学会了相信别人;我更要感谢父母，是他们让我来到了这个美丽的世界，给予我爱的关怀。我还要感谢我的老师、我的朋友……

I like music very much. It gives me energy when I’m tired and it makes me happy when I’m sad. Music is very important in our life. If there is no music, our life won’t be so interesting.
