Now I have already told you a story about an old man that thought he knew

shall ask you a hard question, if you could answer it; then you ask me one. But

if not, the guards shall make you my breakfast, next month!” “Deal,” said the

professor, still smiling. And so the hard question contest began.

First the old man asked, “What’s the answer of 1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1?” “That’s

easy,” said the professor, and he wrote it on a paper. When he is finished, he

handed the paper over to the old man; it said, “If you want to find the answer,

you said eight 1. All you have to do is use multiplication to find the answer:

8﹡1.” The old man was astonished, “Your right!” he shouted; “Now you ask me

one!” “1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1﹣1﹣1?” “Do you want to know the answer now?”

that my project was at home, I had to go back again; that made me exhausted, but

I prefer that way since my teacher is going crazy the past few days. I went home

and got my project, then I hopped on again; I knew that all of my stuff was

packed up, but my bike tires were out of air; at that time, I was full of anger

and stamped my feet.

I had to walk home and park it, after that I walked to school. When I was

walking and walking, I was wondering what time it was; since I had my watch on

my wrist, I know what time it is. But, when I just lifted my wrist to my face to

see what time it was, Ah! Time gave me the answer that: There was only two more

minutes until school starts!

I rushed to school as fast as my legs could carry me. When I arrived, the

teacher asked me, “Why are you so late?” I didn’t answer, the teacher gave me

extra homework, but it was just like usual. In the noon my dad didn’t question

me about it, and so I was safe.

It was a very funny story, and it was like that I had a very unlucky habit;

it was actually nothing to worry about since I got my grades up my schoolwork

was always finished in time, and so I had nothing to worry about anymore. It was

a very glad day.

有位朋友说，一不小心来到了小时候书上看到的科幻年代。我猛然一想，好像还真是这样，小时候怎么会想到可以出门不带钱，无论去哪儿靠一台手机就解决了呢?想来当下就是很快乐的时代了，充满未知的无限可能。

跨年晚会、跨年演讲......

2021年，给自己写封信，好好复盘一下过去的一年。

一、关键节点复盘

我们做年度总结经常会用到关键路径复盘，那么很重要的一点是找到路径上的关键节点进行复盘，比如年初立下了Flag：我要瘦下来。那么我会采取几个关键步骤去实现：

1、判断自身体质情况，关键节点是科学的记录身体基础和变化数据，设定瘦身目标。

2、进行饮食结构调整，关键节点是根据每日消耗进行食物摄入调整，就是每天吃啥。

3、增加专业健身计划，关键节点是在基础消耗上增加塑身燃脂训练，就是如何运动。

在这些路径上，假设某些节点不是这么设计，可能结果不一样，可以尝试做一下假设否定复盘，比如瘦身计划里选的不是跑步等运动，而是通过学舞蹈或瑜伽，也是可以达到瘦身效果的。当然这样的选择和决策相对简单，但是这种思考方式是可以尝试的。因为，当你对关键节点假设否定后，就会看到有更多可能性，会把对外界的依赖和关注转变到对自己的思维督促，然后就会想出更好的办法，完成思维锻炼到行动实践的闭环，思维力也是一种可以锻炼的能力，就像肌肉一样会越练越强大。

二、深挖问题归因

善用框架性思维，进行分类归纳总结。

1、分类。复盘一下过去一年最容易在哪些事情上不顺，然后分个类，就像帮孩子收拾整理玩具一样，分好类整理就完成了一半。比如约会时候总是迟到，其实都是对某件事情不够重视或太过重视。不够重视就容易忘记约定，没有预留足够的时间去准备;太过重视就会需要花很长时间梳妆打扮，反复纠结选哪条裙子。

2、深挖。杨宗纬有一首歌叫做《洋葱》，小时候有一系列书叫做《十万个为什么》，其实就是一层一层的剥开洋葱看到里面的那颗心，像小孩子一样地多问为什么，连环问下去，并且是问自己，到最后一定能找到那个最核心的原因，看到事物的本质。比如我们列了很多计划，却总是无法如期完成，很重要的原因就是动力不足，没有特别强的决心要去实现这个目标。我有一位朋友很多年前在互联网大厂上班有稳定的收入，小日子过得悠哉，当时她跟我说想学奢侈品管理和设计，我就鼓励她坚持自己的想法，后来几年不见，她真的去法国留学了，克服了留学转行和语言障碍的各种困难。所以很多事情，看似不可能，其实是没有化不可能为可能的决心和目标。

3、归纳总结。可以从以下一些维度进行归因总结：

(1) 横向思考。全局思考的思维习惯，就是预判大盘趋势的能力。

(2) 纵向思考。认知和思考深度，就是垂直专注的能力。

(3)

成长速度。我们经常能看到公司里有一些应届生，2年就成长为公司的中坚力量，很容易在人群中脱颖而出，这跟个人的学习能力、成长速度有很大关系。

三、如何行动

(1) 反思总结的不足，变成新年行动计划。比如纵向思考，深度分析发现问题本质不足，那么加强寻根问底的能力训练，并且快速实践修正。

(2)

开放心态，不为自己设限。我们很容易陷入自我保护的常态，习惯于已有的思维模式、生活方式。其实因为有各种可能性，才会有不同的人生体验和精彩。比如去做一两件之前不敢尝试的事情，研究一个新的职业方向的可能性，学一门语言，穿一些风格不同的衣服，换一头利落的短发等等。

不盲从，克服从众心理。我们一定要意识到自己的核心能力是什么，成长必须基于核心能力，然后意识到外界的变化，让适应变化的能力成长起来。撰写自己的人生脚本，不羡慕别人的生活，不盲从。我在大学毕业那年，宿舍所有同学考研的时候(都是学霸，最后都考上了，还有读到博士的)，我选择了先找工作就业，因为我认识到我们的专业应该先就业实践再继续深造。现在回头看，没有盲从去考研对我来说是对的。所以一定要排除外界的干扰，坚持适合自己的路，你才是为你自己负责的人。

做好每一个选择。还是那句老话，选择大于努力，就是选对赛道。尤其是针对重大决策，要缓做决策，多进行推演，用全局思考方式，把需要决策的内容扩大到一个大的时空周期内思考，而不是单点思考。尤其是应届生，毕业的三到五年尤为重要，选择一个上升趋势的行业，找到一位会欣赏认可和支持你的领导，会是一个比较好的开始。

(5) 预判行业大势。研究行业整体趋势和预估风口，结合自己优势找到机会点。

看清自己的状态。尤其是在一些大平台工作，需要认清是自己工作创造的价值还是平台自身的价值效应。很多在大平台待久的朋友容易看不清自己的状态，因为平台加持的光环效应太强，这时候需要静下心来，客观看待自己在平台优秀的业绩中，究竟贡献了多少价值，然后去找到自己真正发挥价值的那些能力，继续加强。比如，去年公司让你做一款游戏产品，是细分领域里最受欢迎的类型，这个方向是公司整体调研的决策，刚好抓住了风口，那么就要理清楚，在产品上你做了哪些是风口效应以外的，助力产品大火的工作，然后在自己所长上继续锻炼得更强大。

总之，我们一定要成为“自己”这家公司的CEO，为自己负责，找到自己的使命、愿景、价值观，最重要的是行动起来，因为迭代出真知!

Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in

Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University.

After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in

Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a

two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist

entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37

patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital

and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and

advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the

acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

Despite their help, I feel that I cannot make real progress in this field

unless I can actually have day-to-day contact with these specialists. I would

therefore like to continue my research at either the Capital Hospital or the UCH

as soon as my probationary period here is completed, and I would like to study

in Britain for two years.

I enclose a detailed curriculum vitae and an offprint of my article,

together with two letters of recommendation from Dr. Li Ming and Dr. Ma Li.
