Marlin was very sad, but also wanted to try, for he was the king of

everything, and helps save the day. He ran to his house, and counted his money,

but found out that he only had $10. He was now very, very angry. He had decided

to earn more and more money, and so to help that poor little boy. As he had

promised, he worked very hard to earn money. Although he was juts a little boy,

he ought to do what he had said; for those are the rules. And when he had enough

money, he would buy the music box, and hand it to that poor boy.

Marlin did anything he could to earn money: Sweep the floor, clean his

room; grow plants, water them, and cut flowers for the house. When he had

already $90, he had decided to help other people. When it was already winter, he

took a shovel and helped his neighbors, friends to shovel snow; and they paid

him a great deal of money.

At last, Marlin had got enough money; he was so excited that he hopped here

and there ten times! Finally, he went to the store near Sunshine school, and

bought the music box, and then handed it to the same boy at his home. Marlin

soon became famous, and he was called, ‘Marlin Blavatsky.’

十年前的你

It was all that could be done for the whole wide world, for there was only

one of the man that care mostly for him than it is to other things or objects or

things like that; well mostly he cared for himself as I said.

One day he was going to work when he found a very big rock. He loved it and

so carried it to work; when he was there his companions argued with him because

rocks were not allowed in his office or his work area I said.

The man didn’t care for as I had said before this greedy man cared the most

was him and not others. When it was at the end of the day the man went home and

of course went to the mirror to look at himself perfectly. When it was time for

another day at work, the man was very, very, very sad; for his rock was gone.

Now it all happened that there was this rock collector that wanted to collect

all the rocks in his country.

When his companions told him about that he was not happy to hear it, and so

the man had decided to go on an adventure to find the one that had stolen his

rock; even though he didn’t even know what he looks like, but he had a sick plan

which will fool the one that won’t confess his fault. After giving or preparing

the things he’ll need, he hopped on his scooter and drew off to find the guy

that he was searching for.

The guy was soon found out and when he had been caught by the police, then

that time was the guy’s end. Everybody was happy to get their rock back, and

even though they knew that rocks didn’t have their lives; they were still happy

together. Now you know the meaning of rebound, it means: When you do a bad thing

then another bad thing will happen to you. I hope this story will teach you

something important.

And for the one that had stolen the rocks from other people, he knew his

own fault, but it was too late to confess it…

Even if the guy didn’t go to jail, he still knew his own fault and I am 100

percent sure that he will confess it too you know…

你好！

这是我在12岁准备读五年级的一个暑假里给你写了这封信，也就是8年前的你。

那时候的你是那么的单纯，总是梦想自己能做一名保卫国家的好警察，梦想自己像刘翔一样登上110米跨栏的冠军领奖台，你还记得那年暑假，你看了湖南卫视里面的“天天向上”节目那些高考回来的学子状元们吗？你说他们是那么的威武，那么的令人羡慕，好像是凯旋回来的战士一样，你还天真的问了妈妈，北京的哪个大学最好，妈妈说，清华大学好，后来你就一直要上清华大学呢。

20岁未来的你变成了啥样了呢？是不是很阳光，很帅气呢？对了，还有人叫你强哥了吗？十年的时间很长，你有没有实现自己的目标呢？我期待你。未来肯定比现在要懂事；要勇敢，因为那是你已经长大了，已经学会了独立，学会了自强不在是8年前的你那么的淘气，那么的粗心，那么喜欢贪玩。

未来的李卫强，未来的你想怎么样呢，现在的我向你保证，这8年内我会下定决心，改掉那些坏毛病，不管怎么样要敢于面对，要自己找到方向，要好好学习，做好更好自己，希望8年后这一天，你能拿到清华大学的录取通知书，实现自己的梦想，加油，加油，加油。

敬爱的英语老师：

您好!

我是您的学生李换双

自从初一开始，我就与您直接接触。记得刚开始我就是一名普通的

学生，后来因为我的英语成绩出众，您指定我担任英语课代表，我很高兴的接受了。从此以后，对英语除了喜爱，还有责任在此。实时的英语测验，我都得到了不错的成绩，自己心里非常高兴。但是随着时间的流逝，我的骄傲油然而生，慢慢的成绩开始下滑，有一次课堂上出题，我只得到了及格分。您给我的批语，是不理想。我看到三个大红字，在我的作业本上，心里悔恨极了。真是骄傲使人落后，耐心的听了您的讲解，改正错误，继续努力学习。

还有一次，学校食堂停电了，没有饭吃。我就去了您的家里，您拿出来自己家里的方便面和烧饼。硬要塞给我，我接受了，回去跟同学分享了，到处炫耀是您给我的，我可高兴了。如今，我就要参加中考了，马上就毕业了，马上就要离开您了。心里对您充满了感激，却又不知道该如何表达。唯一自己能做的就是，以后好好学习，找到好的工作，经常回来看望您。

Dear Ms. Reinhart,

I am terribly sorry that I failed to arrive at BLCU last Friday. I hope

that this did not mess you up completely, although I know that you had already

made some special arrangements for my visit with you parents and friends. I am

very sorry about all that. I am sure you will be sympathetic, however, when I

tell you that my father is dangerously ill in hospital, and that I found it

impossible to leave for the visit when he is in this state.

My father was working very hard on his project on protecting the

environment. I know the project has come to a very important stage. He and his

assistants did not take regular rest for three weeks. Last night, my father had

a heart attack and was soon sent to the hospital. The doctor said my father was

in a very serious situation, and, he might need an operation.

24 hours have passed. Nothing has changed. I have to stay at the hospital.

I will let you know if there is any good news.

I am sorry again and look forward to seeing you soon.

In the Chinese lesson, I need to recite many old poems, which is very

difficult for the elder to do it, but it is so easy to me. As I am young and

full of energy, I can finish the job quickly. In the best age, I want to read

more books to enrich my life. The more I can recite, the more I can

你从来没有这样好好坐下来给自己写过一封信，我知道你前两天就一直想写，可你还是没有动手，今天是第三天了，感紧写吧，要不就要错过了。

我知道你首先想要感谢涵德智心，感谢包老师，感谢这么多天陪伴你一起度过的同修们，感谢你的公司、亲人、朋友们及你生命中的一切。是他们让你有这个机会来学习力量之源。

这个课程让你找到自己，以前你活在别人的认可下，做很多事情都是为了别人，希望能获得别人的认可，一旦别人对你不认可或否定你，你就开始纠结，难过，不停的找原因，不停的问自己，错了吗?我错哪了?经常感觉脑袋一片空白，不知自己要干什么，该干什么。通过这几天的学习及连续五天的探索日记与体会，你终于明白了自己想要什么，做什么可以让自己感觉好。

其实生活就是这么简单的，时刻找自己的感觉，感觉好的事就去做。学会找事实、找真相。你明了事实、真相只有一个，而想法却可以有千百种,不同的人因自己的教育背景、生活观、价值观等会对事情有不同的观点。以后不要去强求别人与你的想法一样了，学会尊重，承认事实，就可以了。诸行无常，每个人都是独一无二的，顺应无常就能获得幸福与快乐。一切都是因、缘、果的关系。我是因，世界是果，遇事从自己身上找原因，找到原因就会找到解决问题的方法。同时注意区分事实、真相与想法。不要把想法当作事实与真相，要学会精确地捕捉到自己想法的根源。因为想法不同情绪就不同，事情的结果就会不同哦。

你相信人与人的是有心灵感应的，你相信因、缘、果，你也相信吸引力法则，但要学会运用，好像你还很模糊，虽然昨天你又重新上网看了一遍吸引力法则，但你好像还是没找到感觉，不要灰心，接下来继续去探索和研究它。你一定会找到的，坚信它会帮助你实现你的梦想，我想这样你就不会放弃了吧。

从上课后的第二天你就开始践行“对不起，请原谅;谢谢你，我爱你”这两句话，收获很大吧，你也感受到他的力量了，我知道这两天你好像都没找到什么机会讲这两句话，对着别人讲这两句话感觉怪怪的对吗?你相信自己，你对老公和儿子，都可以很自然的讲得出来，为什么对公公婆婆就讲不出的，我发现你是明明很想讲，前天晚上吃饭的时侯，你话都到嘴边了，结果又缩回去了，我知道你好像还是放不下什么。我想你今晚回去一定能讲得出来，他们是你爱人的父母，也就是你的父母，跟你生活了8年了，从你怀宝宝开始他们就过来照顾你,帮助你,每天做饭给你吃,还帮你带宝宝,虽然中间有些隔阂、磨擦,但你要相信,那都是过去的事了,而且是因是观念的问题。我相信你们以后一定会更亲近,好了那就坚信他，晚上就回去跟他们好好说.“爸、妈对不起，因为我过去的无知，经常顶撞你们，请原谅我犯下的过错，谢谢你们为我做了这么多，我爱你们”。怎么样，很感动吧，那就去践行，慢慢的你就会养成讲这几句话的习惯了。

我知道你很想把力量之源也传递给你自己的父母、你弟、弟媳，特别是你弟媳与你妈妈的关系处得不是很好，你希望他们也能像你和你的公婆一样。那你就去做吧，虽然你现在心里有很多的顾虑，但我相信你可以用你的行动去感染他们，我相信他们会收到的。

你学习了六识、六根、六尘，明白了六识对六根的影响，所以更要学会舍识用根，坚信只要不起分别心，就能善分别相，一切不要执着。

你通过这几天的学习，了解了“种子”的意义,明白了种子起现行,现行熏种子，所有的起心动念就是种子起现行，现行越多种子的信息就越丰富，所有的情绪都是种子起现行。你现在有个更大的功课要做，你很想清掉自己身上的种子，可是种子有无明种子和有明种，有明种你要全找出来都难，更何况还有无明种，要如何清呢，你开始茫然了，但你相信力量之源，相信包老师，想清掉自己的种子你就开始用包老师教的方法：1、把自己带到开心喜悦的状态。2、让爱传出去。3、继续深入学习心理教练的课程，绿带班、中阶班、高阶班、导师班，很冲动，很想马上就有个究竟，你会等到的，包老师说，所有的课程以后都做公益，太棒了，真心感谢包老师。

还有你这两天你一直在想素渡餐厅的事，想开智心馆的事，以前你也有过很多的梦想、目标和追求。你确定素渡餐厅、智心馆是你真正想要的梦想吗?我知道，你有时想有时又不想，因为你心中也在犹豫着。你有很多的担心和顾虑，那是因为你还没找到感觉，给自己一些时间，等你心理教练的课程学完了，我想一切就顺其自然了。呵呵，我给自己的信写完了，但好像还没有3000字。不过不要紧，通过这封信，又一次的疏理了一下我这几天的收获，感觉到自己又一次获得了“新生”。
