过去的我总是心比天高，狂妄自大，但是却没有恒心与毅力，没有大智大勇，只有小聪明，怕吃苦，不爱劳动，一天到晚就知道逃避，我的学习成绩差，是因为我不用功，怕苦怕累，我的身体不好是因为我不爱锻炼，我一直都想要好好努力，想要做出一番事业，但是总是被现实打的支离破碎，为什么我会出现这样的情况呢?那是因为我没有坚持，没有毅力，过去的我认为现在还有时间，以后还有时间，依托在错，认为学习不忙，我还小还可以挥霍，殊不知，时间不等人，现在不珍惜后悔只会是自己。

过去的我不知道你有没有吸收我的教训，知道了坚持，知道了吃苦。其实苦难并不是一种折磨，反而是一种幸福，因为苦难是上天给你的考验，是让你脱胎换骨的条件，只要咬一咬牙就过去了，并没有你想象中的那么难，过去的你一直不敢去尝试，因为过去的你是胆小的，是懦弱的，面对困难你只会逃避，只会退缩，因为过去的你只是一个没有自信的弱者，过去的你一直信奉着必将有用，因此对于很多的事情过去的你总是幻想，却从来没有付出实践，过去的我一直都知道没有付出就没有回报，路是一步步走出来的，过去的我没有勇气，就算有勇气，但也迈步聊多少步就退缩了，这是过去的我最大的失败，未来的我你是否已经吸收了过去的我的教训，知道了自己的目的，知道去追寻自己的目标了呢?未来的我想必梦想依旧存在吧，既然有梦想那就去实现吧，不要在因为这样那样的理由让自己停止不前，过去的我已经成为了过去，但是未来的我你却充满了期望，因为，时间是站在你这边的，只要你努力下去，总会有所收获，只要你不放弃自己的理想，总有实现的一天，你还要像过去的我一样们总是懊恼，总是后悔吗?未来的我，我相信你去拼去闯吧，我会在过去看着你为你既有为你鼓励。

Almost everybody in the world has gone on field trips, well I have of

course. In the whole world, only one leaf falls on the ground, and that second

could not be wasted; for off we walk along my diary.

A quarter of a mile, you could see a wonderful building; surrounded by tall

trees, among them were blades of grass, and flowers of all kinds. Now grab your

notebook, and begin to see the amazing things you could learn in QING XIANG YUAN

[清香园].

First, I shall take you to the building, which stands right in the middle

of the place. Inside, you could see a laboratory, and in it were scientists

investigating how to get healthy sauce. I have brought you here all to learn

about sauce, for sauce is very important. The scientists job is to make sure

that every bottle of sauce had the right amount of: Water, salt, mushroom, peas

and wheat. And then it is put in bottles and covered in boxes. And then they

will be sent to the supermarket by trucks.

Many people noticed that, most of the sauces in supermarket are from the

place which I have shown you today. And I hope that reading this diary that I

have written, shall give you some knowledge. The next thing that you should

learn is the person who made this wonderful place; and who gave us the wonderful

healthy sauce. And that person is: FENG DAO REN [冯道人].

I think it is time, that we leave this place. Say goodbye! ‘Children’,

“Goodbye! Bye-bye…!” and off we go to our school again.

未来的我：

最近还好吗？我想应该有点糟糕吧！真是抱歉，由于现在的我种下的因要未来的你来受这样的果。或许你会很讨厌现在的我吧！

慰劳的“我”呀，或许你现在为学习而烦恼吧！都怪我现在没有好好学习，以致于你中考，高考都考砸了。我当然也想像别人那样学习了，但是我就是不喜欢文皱皱的东西。不过你放心，现在的我也要为了你开始奋斗了。请你相信我！

未来的“我”呀，或许你现在会为生活而沮丧吧！我养成的坏习惯没有改，还你还是有钱的时候乱花，疯狂购物；没钱的时候吃饭也成了问题。真是悲哀。这问题也一直困扰着我。要怎样解决呢？你也要省省呀！这是父母的血汗钱呀！

未来的“我”呀，你要学会包容学会大量。请原谅我吧！曾几何时，你肯定恨我入骨吧。但是……无话可说，我不会上诉，我愿意接受这惩罚。

未来的“我”呀，你应该还持有我这种性格吧。我对自己唯一满意的就是自己的性格。只要笑一笑，没有什么大不了。你也要有这种邮箱的“血统”哦！遇到困难千万不要做乌宅。就算跌倒，也要豪迈地笑！加油！
