As a student ，I don’t have any great event to talk about ，but here I want to share my experience of preparing for the high school entrance examination.

During the first three years of junior school ，we were very happy and free .But we often heard that Grade 4 would be a hell. After the final exam of Grade 3 in June， everything blew onto our faces : teachers’ changing ， harder and harder texts ， terrible pressure and of course the graduate exam .Where your position was on the listboard became the most important thing in our life .We had to study hard day and night ，always from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. the next day.

But I must say that it’s really an unforgettable memory in my life. Under the pressure we lived our life to the fullest， and enjoyed the true interesting things that we may have never cared before. Grade 4 in junior school was a turning point in my life. My attitude to learning， my world outlook and my philosophy of life all changed. I turned to be positive and strong. I also gained many people’s true & pure friendship， both teachers ’ and classmates’. In some way， I like that kind of life， as it taught me many things I’d never learned before.

Teachers also helped me a lot. I still can’t forget that my history teacher talked to me until 10:00 p.m. on April 30th， 2003， for my application. My head teacher also encouraged me， so did my Chinese teacher. I should say， all my teachers worked very hard and always neglected their sleep and meals. 春节是在老家过的，在那之前，我们已经很久没到老家了。到家已经中午，爷爷奶奶把饭菜拿到我面前时，看着满桌可口的饭菜，我就忍不住拿起了筷子。爷爷看着我这样，不禁哈哈大笑起来，而奶奶却在一旁说：“孙女，好好吃，现在长身体呢。”有了奶奶撑腰，我继续埋下头来，把嘴巴塞得满满的，像只饥饿的狼找到食物一般。

吃完以后，我们睡了一个舒服的午觉，好好地养精蓄锐了一番。到了下午，我们一家来到大街上。大街上处处张灯结彩，喜气洋洋，所有商店门前都挂着一盏盏喜气的大红灯笼。街上的行人都穿着新衣服，打扮得漂漂亮亮。爸爸望望周围，突然跑到我和妈妈的前面，指了指四周说：“你们看，人山人海，好一番热闹的景象。咦，这里有卖烟花的，我们买点好不，同意的举手。”爸爸话音刚落，我和妈妈不约而同地同时举起了手。“天女散花，我要买，我要买。还有银菊争艳，火树银花……”我大声嚷道。爸爸妈妈同意了，不知不觉我们竟然买了三大箱，费了九牛二虎之力才扛回家。

到了晚上，我们顾不上晚饭，跑到一处空旷地。爸爸立马点燃了一箱鞭炮的导火线，只听“滋——滋——滋”的燃烧声，随后烟花在空中洒了开来，像一颗颗夜晚的繁星，又像绚丽多彩的花瓣，看上去漂亮极了。妈妈也迫不及待地点了一箱烟花，“嗖”的一声，只见天上的烟花像天女散花般的撒落，真是五光十色，十分壮观。

轮到我了，我忐忑不安地点燃了导火线，然后像只逃亡的兔子一下子窜到爸爸的背后。但是很快我就不害怕了，我陶醉在这绚丽夺目的烟花里，多么美丽的烟花。

三箱烟花放完之后，我们又和邻居们共同玩起了叫做“仙女棒”的烟花棒，灿烂的火花照亮了我们每一个人的脸，大街小巷回荡着我们的笑声。

去年的春节，我至今难忘！

我喜欢团团圆圆的中秋节，也喜欢热闹非凡的元宵节，但我最喜欢的是合家团圆其乐融融的春节。

除夕之夜，家人都在厨房里忙着包饺子，我也凑热闹。我看见母亲在擀皮、奶奶在包饺子，看着看着我的心里就痒痒了，心想：这有什么难的，我也会包。

于是，我便拿起饺子皮，照着奶奶的样子包起来，可是，包出的饺子不但丑陋而且还露馅。奶奶看见我包的饺子就笑了说；“大孙子不会包饺子啊，让奶奶来教你。”我看着奶奶的样子，心中不由得升起了敬意，然后我又照着奶奶的样子包了起来，包出的饺子果然变的好看些了。这时，我又看见父亲再往饺子放一块钱的硬币，我问父亲：“为什么要往饺子里放钱呢？”父亲说：“如果在大年三十的晚上，能在吃饺子的时候吃到钱，那么这一年里就会发大财，如果吃到糖，那么这一年的日子就甜甜蜜蜜。”我一听，觉的挺有意思。接着母亲又把饺子放入了锅里，我就问母亲：“饺子什么时候好啊？”母亲笑吟吟地说：“一会就好了。”过了一会，饺子出锅了，我吃了两个也没有吃到钱，正着急的时候，就听见爷爷说：“我吃到钱了！”我这下子真的急了又吃了五六个，正当心灰意冷的吃下最后一个的时候，奇迹发生了，我吃到了糖！我高兴的大喊；我这一年里要发大财了！’爷爷奶奶听了，哈哈大笑。

每年过年都过的特别有意思，明年过年我希望我们全家人到大连一起去旅游过年，那就可以领略更多的过年风俗习惯了！

My spring is the happiest time.I have lots of spare time to read books,listen to music and surf the internet .I also like setting out the workfire because its interesting and fun.I can visit relatives and friends.We always have a good time together.

Southern Chinese eat niangao (New Year cake made of glutinous rice flour) on this occasion, because as a homophone, niangao means "higher and higher, one year after another." The first five days after the Spring Festival are a good time for relatives, friends, and classmates as well as colleagues to exchange greetings, gifts and chat leisurely.

Burning fireworks was once the most typical custom on the Spring Festival. People thought the spluttering sound could help drive away evil spirits. However, such an activity was completely or partially forbidden in big cities once the government took security, noise and pollution factors into consideration. As a replacement, some buy tapes with firecracker sounds to listen to, some break little balloons to get the sound too, while others buy firecracker handicrafts to hang in the living room.

The lively atmosphere not only fills every household, but permeates to streets and lanes. A series of activities such as lion dancing, dragon lantern dancing, lantern festivals and temple fairs will be held for days. The Spring Festival then comes to an end when the Lantern Festival is finished.

China has 56 ethnic groups. Minorities celebrate their Spring Festival almost the same day as the Han people, and they have different customs.

Spring Festival is the most importantand popular festival in China。Before Spring Festival ，the people usually clean and decorate their houses。And they go to the Flower Fairs to buy some flowers。During Spring Festival ，the adults usually give lucky money to children。People often get together and have a big meal。Some people eat dumpling for dinner。

I love Spring Festival 。

most.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because

it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family

gathering.Before the festival, people come home no matter where they

are.Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. And then families sit

together and share their lives or planes.Some will play games or hang out to

have some fun.

On the New Year’s Day, people get up early and say good words to anyone

they meet.Children can get lucky money from relatives.In the following days, we

will visit relative’s home and bring New Year’s wishes to them.In short, it’s a

time for family gathering and all of us enjoy it.

在我国，一年有很多节日，在这些节日中，我最喜欢春节。这不仅因为它是一年中最大的节日，更因为它是新一年的开始，给人们带来新的希望，也因为它是亲朋好友团聚的时刻。不管身在何方，人们总会在春节前回到家里准备过节。

通常，我们会在除夕夜吃一顿丰盛的晚餐，之后家人团座一起，分享一年以来的生活以及新年计划。有的人则会玩游戏或者出去玩。大年初一，人们通常会早起，会与见到的人说吉祥话。孩子们会得到压岁钱。在接下来的几天里，人们会带上新年祝福互相串门拜年。总之，春节是一个欢聚一堂、供人享乐的日子。
