第二天，我醒来发现我的脚没有昨天那么疼了，看见妈妈睡得正香呢！事后爸爸才告诉我，妈妈和他怕我晚上醒来又叫疼，快天亮了才睡着。

Last summer I went to Vietnam with my parents. We stayed at a small village outside Saigon. The air and water was very clean and there were many kids playing in the mud along with water buffalos. Though it’s a very poor country, the kids seem to be happy. They live with their farmer parents in little houses built with dirt and straw and help out a lot in the rice field during the day. They don’t have TVs or Internet, but they enjoy a lot playing outside. It was a very memorable trip that I will never forget.

春节几乎在每年的腊月上旬就开始了。我们这里的春节非常的热闹。县城里有人已经开始在各个超市里转悠了，而且每个从超市里走出来的人，手里提着很多东西，有的干脆叫上全家人一起出动，回来每人抱一大袋东西。你看那几个小孩，一人抱一包零食，兴冲冲地往家赶。

在大年初二的早上，我们一家三口和姥姥一家人一起去舅姥姥家拜年。在舅姥姥家我们一直在闲聊，不知不觉就到了中午。因为早晨没吃东西，所以我的肚子早就唱起了“空城计”打起了“饥饿鼓。”于是，我就悄悄地走到大姨身边对着她的耳边说：“大姨，我饿了。”大姨笑着摸着我的头说：“乖乖，我早就定好桌了，我们上饭店吃，走吧。”

到了饭店，由于我们人多所以分成两个桌，老年人一桌，年轻人一桌。菜很快就上好了，有蔬菜沙拉、清蒸鱼、松仁玉米、大虾……看着这么丰盛的菜馋得我直流口水。开始吃饭了，首先大姨和妈妈端起酒杯去给长辈们敬酒，不一会儿爸爸和舅舅也去给长辈们敬酒，他们回来后，我和哥哥也去给长辈们敬酒，哥哥说祝老年人健康长寿。我却说：“金鸡迎新年，开心过大年!”她们这桌的气氛就活跃了起来。舅姥姥说：“你们小孩今天就痛痛快快的吃、玩，没有我们老年人叨叨你们，你们高兴吧。”我和哥哥给他们做了个鬼脸就回去了。我们个个吃得津津有味。席间，哥哥为了活跃气氛还给我们讲了好多笑话，就在我们说得兴高采烈的时候，胖胖的大姨夫推门进来了。他刚坐下，就听哥哥说：“老爸，表演个节目呗。”大姨夫说：“可以”说完，姨夫顺手拿起一个盛满水的杯子，轻轻地放在他那大大的肚子顶部，姨夫的肚子大得像怀了个宝宝似的，那杯水竟然纹丝不动的“坐”在上面，那情景有趣极了。只见大姨捂着嘴笑，妈妈拍着手笑，哥哥笑得前仰后合，而我一边捂着肚子笑，一边说笑死我了，笑死我了，爸爸立刻把姨夫表演的精彩瞬间用手机拍下来留作纪念了……

The Spring Festival is my most favorite festival, because it’s time for

family gathering. And the Spring Festival is a new start of a year. It brings me

hope and courage. On Spring Festival, my parents usually take me back to my

hometown. My hometown is a small town. Many of my relatives move to the larger

cities, but we usually go home when the Spring Festival comes. During the

gathering, we share our lives with others and care about each other. Of course,

big meals are necessary. Families prepare for the big meals together. They all

cook their specialty dishes. Therefore, our meals are always delicious. We often

stay at home for three days and then we leave with others’ wishes. I like the

Spring Festival, because I like family gathering.

过年了，孩子们放寒假了，大人们也开始放假了，一家人开开心心的在一起谈笑风声是多么快乐的事情啊！

过年了，大家都忙碌，妈妈忙着办年货，爸爸和我在家贴对联。到了十点多，我们忙完家务事，坐上汽车，准备去奶奶家。到了奶奶家，刚一打开车门，小狗旺旺热烈地欢迎我们，爸爸忙着杀鸡，奶奶和妈妈开始做饭，而我和弟弟、妹妹们在外面开心玩着游戏。

到了夜晚，可就热闹起来了，家家户户放礼炮。我们也放，不放不吉利。但是我们很早就把年夜饭给吃了。这一天中，不像其他人那样那么晚才把饭吃了。这一天中，就许晚上最热闹了，因为在晚上啊，我们可以看到漂亮的景象：烟花升入天空，在一瞬间，炸开了，有的像无数颗流星，有的像武光十色的花朵，有的像金色的大衣，还有的像金色的太阳，把大地照得如同白昼一样。多美呀！

拜年就是我们一家首要的任务了。每到一家，我都要说上一句吉祥话，如：“新年快乐”、“恭喜发财”等等，而爸爸妈妈则送上一份拜年时必备的礼品，主人们则会拿出一个红包递给我，这是我最高兴的事了，于是心里盘算着这钱该怎么用，买些零食？或是文具？买点玩的也不错，谁知一回到家就被无情的妈妈收了去，我只好无奈地把这些个幻想的泡泡给吹灭了。

正月十五的元宵节，我就快上学了，新学年的开始，将意味着春节的结束，但在这一天，我们家还要吃元宵的，过年的气氛丝毫没有减弱，依旧的笑声，依旧的喜庆，依旧的开心。就这样快乐的春节过去了，每当细细回想时，心里总是暖洋洋的……
