To the ordinary Chinese, the festival actually begins on the eve of the lunar New Year’s Day and ends on the fifth day of the first month of the lunar calendar. But the 15th of the first month, which normally is called the Lantern Festival, means the official end of the Spring Festival in many parts of the country.

你瞧，连一向胆小的我也禁不住烟花的诱惑，在一旁自顾自地玩了起来。我点燃“仙女棒”，拿着它翩翩起舞，仿佛一个不食人间烟火的精灵；我又从长棒里抽出一条，点燃它，它随即便潇洒地冲上云霄，一去不回头……天空霎时变得青一块、红一块的……我陶醉在满城的烟火里。

不一会儿，表弟手上的一大把烟火、炮竹(鞭炮的乳名)就只剩下“渣”了。地上满是“渣”——烟花、“炮竹”的残骸。结果，我与表弟挨骂了，而被迫留下来为我们“种”下的“恶果”“买单”。最后，轰轰烈烈的年初一就在我们的“扫渣”工作中落幕了。

但那时天空仍不断地散发着光彩，整个城市都沉浸在烟花、礼炮的巨响中。天上七彩的光芒一直陪伴着我们，原本无聊的“扫渣”工作也仿佛变得不是那么惹人厌了，反而……那些光彩一直留在我对春节的记忆中，甚至永生难忘。

我最难忘的一个春节是20XX年的春节，那是在山东姥姥家度过的。虽然已过去两个年头了，但那深刻的记忆还象昨天一样浮现在我的脑海里，至今令我难忘。

记得大年初一早上四五点钟，我便被一阵阵鞭炮声惊醒，隐约听见妈妈在喊：起床喽，过大年喽，放鞭炮喽，吃饺子喽。我一个鲤鱼打挺坐起来，伸着懒腰，揉着惺忪的睡眼说：起太早了吧，天还黑着呢。原来姥姥那里过年有这样一个习俗：哪家鞭炮放得早，哪家就起得早，起得早就代表哪家非常勤劳，勤劳就预示着来年有个好收成。所以，大家都争先恐后的起早床、放鞭炮、下饺子。

大人们还在锅前忙碌着，妈妈见我懒着没动连忙说：“快起来，跟舅舅放鞭炮去”，一听说放鞭炮来了神，我飞速穿好衣服、跳下炕，抓起炮竹跟着舅舅来到院中间，抢过打火机和一串炮竹就点了上去，我捂着耳朵，还没有跺好便啪啦啪啦响起来。再点一个“二踢脚”，只听地上一阵闷响，然后在空中一声爆响，震耳欲聋。“快快快，赶紧来吃饺子，等下拜年的来了。”我半碗饺子还没下肚，就听见院子里一阵脚步声、欢笑声，我马上意识到，这是跟姥姥拜年的来了。不一会，房间里便热闹起来，男女老少的问好声、小孩的嬉笑声，嗑瓜子声不绝于耳，他们个个衣着鲜艳，精神饱满。就这样走了一拨人，又来一拨人，我也随妈妈一起加入到拜年的行列中。
