打铁还需自身硬，她不是一名专业的英语老师，却从此踏上了英语教学的岗位，她知道自己将付出的要比别人多得多，每一个单词，每一篇课文，在教学生之前，都要反反复复的跟录音读很多遍。在教学之余，她能潜心钻研，认真学习教学理念，充实自己，完善自己，积极的撰写教学心得，总结在教学中的一些体会和经验，把实践的教学心得上升到理论的层次和高度，个人的多篇教研论文在省市教学杂志上发表，多篇论文在国家、省、市级评比中获奖，撰写的全镇英语质量分析报告连续3年获得县评比一等奖。此外，还积极参与课题研究，并将课程研究成果运用到日常英语教学中去，先后主持了县十五、十一五、十二五课题研究，均顺利结题。

功夫不负有心人，她的文章陆续发表于各类报刊、杂志，各类评比的荣誉证书接踵而至，指导学生的习作大量发表，自己也成为一名县小学英语教学能手。

四、争做好队友

工作中她都能够坚持发挥自己乐于助人的善良本性，无论是哪一个老师需要帮助，她都会不遗余力的去贡献自己的力量。所以，每一个老师在需要上公开课，或者比赛课，或者是教学中有什么困惑的时候，都喜欢来找她，和她一起探讨，或者请她帮忙出主意，做课件等等，同事们的信任对她来说就是最大的动力，记不清有多少个夜晚为了别人的课，或是别人的课件她熬到深夜，有时候只是为一句话，或是一个字体，一个图片，反反复复的修改，只是为了不辜负别人对她的信赖。看到同事们一个个取得喜人的成绩她也由衷的替她们感到高兴!

付出总有回报，她的努力获得了学校领导，同事，学生，家长的一致认何，这让她感到作为一个教师的无比幸福。她不知道，做一名好老师，究竟有什么样的标准，她只知道努力做一名好老师，并且将一直坚持下去!

The rooster oh oh, miss huang has come to the classroom. When we got to the classroom, teacher huang changes already done half of the work.

The class began, the teacher and the students listened attentively, while students listen with relish, suddenly, a classmate yell: "have a nosebleed!" This attracted the attention of the students. At the end of the class, the teacher let us self-study, she also not idle, in the classroom, if we have not understand place, can always ask her. Finally, the teacher said: "the classmates, I love you, because you are all my children".

一双炯炯有神的眼睛中闪着智慧的光芒，乌黑发亮的头发，扎着马尾辫，樱桃小嘴，眉毛又细又长，性格温和，中等身材。她是谁?她就是我们班的语文老师：黄老师。

公鸡喔喔叫，黄老师已经到了教室里了。我们到教室里的时候，黄老师已经改好了一半的作业。

开始上课了，老师讲课，同学们全神贯注地听着，正当同学听得津津有味的时候，突然，一个同学大喊：“有人流鼻血了!”这引起了同学们的注意。黄老师连忙走过去，拉着这位流鼻血的同学，去医务室止血。老师带着那位止好了血的同学直奔教室。回到教室，黄老师已经汗流浃背了。老师没把这件事当一回事，继续为我们上课，我们看在眼里，藏在心里。被老师的精神佩服的五体投地，无私奉献。

快下课的时候，老师让我们自习，她也不闲着，在教室里走来走去，假如我们有不懂的地方，可以随时问她。最后，老师说：“同学们，我爱你们，因为你们都是我的孩子”。

老师说完，教室一片寂静，谁也没想到老师会这么说，过来好久，大家好像约好似的，同声回答说：“老师，我们也爱你。”

我们看见老师露出了笑容，虽然是淡淡的。

上小学时，有一位老师教了我四年半。在更换老师频繁的小学时光里，我们班的同学能够和她有这样的缘分，真是弥足珍贵的。

她就是我的英语老师黄老师。黄老师给我的印象就是一个大孩子，休闲的着装，披肩的长发，显着随和、自然。她会挽着女生的手和她们聊得一片火热，会用牙齿咬男生的臂膊，会高兴得手舞足蹈……从来没有老师的刻板和尊严。

黄老师的上课方式和别的老师迥然不同。课堂上，她总是能高效地讲完课本知识，然后拓展更深的知识。闲暇时，她会利用原声外国电影教我们学英语。每放几分钟就停下来，在黑板上给我们讲电影里的知识点，黄老师跟我们说：“这是一种非常有效的学习英语的方法，每天抽时间看美剧，播完一句话就暂停，先查清它的意思，然后再多读几遍，再继续看，英语轻松搞定……英语的学习不仅仅是在课本上，更与我们的生活息息相关。”

黄老师非常注重英语文化习俗的学习。她会兴致盎然地给我们介绍搜集到的英文歌，会带我们领略各地的文化、风景、美食，每每讲起这些知识，她就会眉飞色舞，全然不像一位老师，更像一位知心大姐姐。她对我们说：“英语是一种语言，更是文化交流的工具。要真正掌握它，就应该去了解发源地的文化，真正感受它的魅力。如果我们和外国朋友交谈，即使我们的英语说得再好，但当别人谈及自己国家的文化、习俗时，你却完全不懂，那学英语有什么用呢？”

黄老师也有严肃的时候。

在准备“珠海金口碑”口语比赛训练期间，她一改往日和善的面容，变得严肃起来。每有听到不满意的地方，她会毫无情面地打断我的话：“不行，重来……”不能容忍一点瑕疵。有一次，反复的训练、校正，让我心烦意乱，感觉黄老师似乎有意跟过不去。“老师，这个发音就差一点点，我下次一定改过来……”我怯怯地对她说。

“不行，重来！”黄老师似乎看出了我的心思，“没有高的标准，怎么代表我们学校！”她的话没有丝毫商量的余地。自那以后，我再不敢再说什么了。每次训练，背范文时，我都胆颤心惊，小心翼翼，不敢有丝毫差池。

有一次我去找她，她正趴在桌子上，口中念念有词，细细一听，原来她也在背文章。电脑屏幕上是一个没做完的幻灯片。我轻声对黄老师说：”黄老师，我来背文章……"她这老才注意到我，歉意地笑了笑，强打起精神坐起来：“背吧……"话没说完，还是忍不住打了个哈欠。她一脸的倦容，毫无课堂上神采奕奕的样子。那时，我才意识到老师平常所唠叨的“你们不知道我有多累”，到底是怎样的……

小学毕业后，我再没有见到过黄老师。一次偶然，我碰见一个学弟，才知道黄老师正好教他们班。当他听到我口中的黄老师时，大为震惊：“怎么会呢？黄老师的课没有你说的那么精彩吧？就是作业布置的可多了，写得手酸；犯个小错误就要抄十八遍课文……”

听学弟不满地数落着，我脑子“嗡”地一下傻了。难道现在，不到半年，黄老师也变了？“如果A班黄老师教我们就好了……”学弟一声叹息，不免羡慕之情。“A班？”我诧异地问。果然是阴差阳错，我们搞错了。原来，彼黄老师非此黄老师。

失落的心，终于又如花一般灿烂！

我才意识到，我是多么幸运，碰见过“真正”的黄老师。

吾师，黄老师。

sara, who comes from canada, is our oral english teacher. she is loved and respected by many students. what influences me most is that she is warm-hearted, generous and easy-going. she always stays optimistic and tries hard to understand every of her student. besides, she often tells us some interesting stories and jokes in class, so as to make a happy atmosphere for us to study english. she loves teaching so much and has the eagerness to devote her life to education. because of her outstanding achievements, she had won lots of rewards, one of which is “model teacher” prize.

Mr Wus eyes, gesture has distinguishing feature very much. In math class, some children deserted, platform to a look, there are soft in the serious, let the urchins quietly put a little affectations. Some children did not fully understand, the nimble fingers waving in the air, like the command band baton, like the bees eight dance, woven into a network, and a knowledge of unconsciously let us swim in the palace of knowledge. My favorite is her smile: the children are in trouble, can see her understanding smile, after the children understand the knowledge, and to see her pleased smile. Every time after I answer this question right, always can see her smile. Her smile is like a flower blooming with a smile, let us full of the joy of understanding; Like a tall, quiet lindens, let everybody learn faith; Like in full bloom on the snow-capped mountains of snow lotus, let each other feel the pleasure of success.

Mr Wu is my favorite smile.

吴老师是我班的数学老师。她个子不高，身材丰满，柳叶眉散入眉鬓，丹凤眼倍添温柔，小巧的鼻梁上架着一副大大的金边眼睛，为她的面孔添了一丝庄重。我可喜欢她了。

吴老师的目光、手势很有特色。上数学课时，有些小朋友开小差了，讲台上投来的一眼，严肃中有温柔，让小淘气们悄然收起了小动作。有些小朋友没有完全听明白，只见灵巧的手指在空中挥动，像指挥乐队演奏的指挥棒，像指路蜜蜂的八字舞，编织成一个又一个知识之网，让我们不知不觉在知识的殿堂中遨游。我最喜欢的是她的微笑：小朋友们有困难时，能看到她理解的微笑，小朋友们弄懂了知识后，又能看到她欣慰的笑容。每次我正确回答问题后，总能看到她舒展的笑顔。她的笑容就像盛开的含笑花，让我们充满理解的喜悦;像高大宁静的菩提树，让大家坚定学习信心;像雪山上怒放的雪莲，让彼此感受到成功的愉悦。

我最喜欢吴老师的微笑。
