Lost time is never found again. This is something which I learned very clearly last semester. I spent so much time fooling around that my grades began to suffer. I finally realized that something had to be done. It was time for a change. Now I have a new plan for using my time wisely. I have set my alarm clock ahead half an hour. 说起感恩父母，大家肯定会说父母是生养我的人，当然要感恩。在这里首先我们要感谢他们让我们降生到了这个美丽的世界上。没有他们就没有我们，没有他们就没有我们的今天，没有他们就没有我们现在的好成绩。

父母是我们在人生道路的第一任老师，从我们开始学说话、走路，一直到长大成人，每一次成功，甚至是每一次失败，父母都会牢记在心头，陪在你身边，给予你默默的支持，耐心的开导，让我们很快学会了如何做一个对社会有用的人。所以我们有了这样的父母，才会有快乐的今天。

父母也是最最疼爱我们的人。哪怕是身上划破一点轻伤，他们都会很自责，心里总想为什么没有看好自己的孩子。如果你得了病，他们肯定急得吃不上饭、睡不着觉，甚至会哭上一会儿。记得有一次，我发高烧，妈妈背着我去医院，从她那焦急的神态中我深深的体会到父母对我是发自内心的爱。父母像照顾一个个小天使一样照顾着我们，让我们长成了一个健康活泼的大孩子。他们为我们付出，为我们做一切从来不要求回报。

同学们，让我们学会感恩吧!用一颗感恩的心去对待自己的父母，用一颗心真诚的心与父母交流，不要认为父母是理所当然帮我们做任何事的，他们把我们带到这个美丽的世界上，已经是足够的伟大，且将我们拉扯大，还不求回报，默默地为我们付出，感恩吧!感恩父母们给予我们的一切!
