您好!

高二年是您的孩子在高中三年求学生涯中最黄金最难掌控的一年，它既没有了高一的新鲜感，也还不具有高三的紧急感，是高中学习阶段的“断层”时期，是高中生活的关键。您的孩子在我校经过一年的学习生活，历***理分科分班后，经过半学期的努力，他(她)更成熟了吗?性情有了怎样的转变呢?文理分科后的学习成绩是进步了还是退步了?各科成绩是不是平衡、有无严重的偏科现象?学习方法应当进行怎样的转变?您又如何指孩子的学习?该怎样和孩子更好地沟通呢?很多题目都需要您与学校老师进行沟通交换。为此，学校决定召开高二学生家长座谈会，邀请您莅临出席!现将有关事项通知以下：

一、会议时间：

xx年x月x日(星期六)下午13：00——15：00召开家长会

(斟酌到各位家长都很忙，路途也远，怕影响您的工作，所以我们把时间定于周六下午13：00开始。您可以提早来，在11：35学生下课后与自己的子女共进午饭，下午1点到班级参加家长会。)

二、会议地点：景行楼3楼学生所在班级(有志愿者指引)

三、主要议程：

(1)致欢迎词; (2)介绍本班任课教师情况;

(3)介绍高二第一学期期中考试情况;(4)高中学生家长应留意的题目;

(5)家长交换经验; (6)任课老师与家长交换。

四、其他：

(1)您若开车或骑车来校，请将汽车、摩托车等有序停放在学校东门或南门口，并服从有关职员的管理。

(2)会议期间，请将手机设置成静音或震动状态，不要高声谈话、吸烟。

(3)建议您带上纸笔，以便将重要内容作一记录。会后您一定要与孩子认真交换。

(4)您如有事不能出席家长会，烦请您与班主任主动联系，可委托支属参加，以便及时了解家长会相干内容。班主任： 电话：
