Lost time is never found again. This is something which I learned very clearly last semester. I spent so much time fooling around that my grades began to suffer. I finally realized that something had to be done. It was time for a change. Now I have a new plan for using my time wisely. I have set my alarm clock ahead half an hour. 第一章

迷迷糊糊中，床头的电子钟响了“嘀嘀嘀，嘀嘀嘀……”，见鬼!一定是坏了。小虎嘟哝着翻了个身继续他的梦中旅行。眼皮又重新发热了，啊，暖暖的鸭绒被，舒适的大枕头，酸溜溜的骨头。这简直是世界上最快乐的享受了。尽管小虎一边犯着迷糊一边吸着鼻涕，但这丝毫不影响他对梦乡的热爱与追求。

遗憾就遗憾在好花不常开，好景不常在。快乐的享受也不能持续。正当小虎准备全力以赴把这一快乐享受全面地透彻地升华之际，只觉得从头到脚掠过一阵寒风，小虎像是跌进了南极的冰洞里，于是加快了打喷嚏的频率来宣布他的不利处境。小虎不想快乐的梦中之旅被这个意外情况阻挠赶紧伸出手去支援身体在有限的范围内仔细搜索那条该死的不知怎么就突然失踪的被子的下落。

“啪!”地一声，小虎又好像来到了夏威夷群岛一屁股坐在了正在喷发的火山口上，接着屁股周围的感觉神经火速将这声音过后的滋味准确无误地通知了他，有些火热有些麻辣。

“哇!”眼看着美妙的好梦被搅没了，小虎一下子坐起来，怒气冲冲地嚷道：“谁敢打我屁股?”

“我……我敢打!呸、呸。”爸爸满嘴泡沫，咬着牙刷，瞪着惺忪的睡眼说他：“你看几点了，还不起床?”爸爸急得能活吃了牙刷。脸上每一条没舒展开的皱纹都能充分地证明小虎晚起床一秒钟就会大逆不道作奸犯科十恶不赦恩将仇报过河拆桥就会地位地下穷困潦倒永无出头之日永无翻身仗可打就会一辈子栽在这个懒觉上。

“老虎屁股摸不得。”小虎一生气一着急也顾不上什么礼节了，冲着老爸大嚷。“老虎”是他的绰号。

“我是老虎他爸!呸、呸……”爸爸也气得弄不清祖辈关系了竟说出了石破天惊的话，愣是将自己的户口与人类以外的四条腿走路的风马牛不相及的山大王搭上了关系，并且一鼓作气将嗓门提高到了极限结果白白吞了两口本来只作短暂停留的牙膏沫。其嗓门发出的怒吼分贝之高穿透力之狠可使两公里以内的聋哑人自动恢复听力震得三公里以内的蚊子统统完蛋吓得五公里以内的老鼠这辈子不敢大白天出洞。小虎不禁惊叹：姜还是老的辣。

“还卖什么傻?”爸爸出动武装力量援助他得声带，抽出右手玩命地在小虎的屁股上又亲热了那么一下子。爸爸最喜欢的一句话是“不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵”。爸爸天天在外面当足了小兵，一进家门就径直升了将军，所以他认为自己是个好兵，尽管小兵的身份和将军的身份每天都会换上好几遍爸爸还是喜欢在未当小兵之前狠狠地过一通将军瘾。小虎吐了一下舌头，赶紧以逃避龙卷风的速度套上衣服跳下床坐在写字台前整理书包。爸爸这才含着牙刷乐了，脸上任何一条皱纹都舒展得轻松自如有条不紊。那表情分明是看到儿子坐在总统宝座上处理国家机密文件。

“你们父子俩还在逗什么乐，也不看看几点了?小虎，快来洗脸刷牙。”妈妈用与爸爸不相上下势均力敌的分贝量在厨房里催促。小虎又以百米冲刺的速度跑进洗手间。

“好了。”小虎匆匆洗漱完毕正襟危坐在餐桌旁，饿得正慌。

“先喝一杯牛奶，对脑子有好处，有利于考重点高中，以后考大学。”妈妈笑容可掬春风满面地将牛奶递给小虎，接着又在他的盘子里加了两个煎鸡蛋。

“又是考大学。我才初中耶。” 小虎心里嘀咕着。挺好的食欲给说没了。小虎想诅咒发明高考的那个人，弄得他吃饭不香睡觉不甜小小年纪饱受折磨。昨晚要不是忙着做老师发的那么多简直能压死人的复习资料，他也不会早晨起迟了。

“快点吃呀。”爸爸坐在对面精神抖擞地催小虎，好像这顿饭过后儿子就被免试录取到北京大学了。小虎发现爸爸妈妈的眼睛炯炯有神。

一顿不吃白不吃，吃了也白吃的早餐。

早餐后小虎麻木地挤上那辆挤了千百回还是得挤的公共汽车踏上那条去了千百回还是得去的学校的路。

第一节是早自习。

小虎边从书包里掏出语文书边与同桌的她闲聊。她叫小萌，一个很文静很有气质的女孩。小虎不得不承认自己到学校来几乎有很大的原因是因为她。小虎将昨晚已背得滚瓜烂熟的电视报上的电视剧介绍添油加醋饶有兴趣地给她复述了一遍，还显示他已经看过好几遍的样子。其实昨晚他连电视广告都没捞着看。他们聊歌星聊电脑聊杂志聊体育聊一切课本上没有的东西。看她开心地笑，小虎更高兴了，这才像学生应该有的生活。

突然，班主任出现在教室门口，他使出浑身解数操纵脸部肌肉排列成让人一看就知道的那种在绝对零度以下才会有的表情，用“冷若冰霜”来形容简直是太损太赔太不划算了。班主任在将两个眉毛旋转180度后开始用舌头侵占口腔里的空间并吐出一系列关系到这些学生前途命运未来的词语，其用词之准确语言之简练效果之明显能量之巨大均让全班同学大惊失色瞠目结舌自惭形秽无地自容。班主任一脸的哲学一身的真理，典型的刽子手形象。

班主任这么一搅和全班立刻老实，于是朗朗读书之声不绝于耳，其中不乏透着假。班主任可不管这些，他的表情已经从绝对零度以下上升到一个标准大气压下水的沸点，看样子快开了。

见他迈着假模三刀的八字步从后门踱出去，小虎舒了一口气。刚才一通瞎念纯粹是比谁的嗓门大，小虎已经累得气喘吁吁了。这时，小萌用肘点了点他。“嗯?”“书拿倒啦。”“啊?呵呵……” “再过一个星期就要期终考试了。我想你们谁也不想一个假期过得不称心吧。所以……”班主任用再过一个星期地球就要爆炸了的神情告诉全班这次考试是如何如何地重要如何如何地划时代如何如何地里程碑，就差说他们考不好就直接影响他的工资奖金福利职称住房等等诸如此类只要影响了一丁点就像要他命一样可怕的东西。全班同学的表情加起来也没有班主任一个人的丰富。小虎只有听的份，没有抗议的权利。

“小虎，发什么傻?”班主任手一扬，一截粉笔准确无误地击中他的鼻尖，好痛。班主任还兼任炮兵连连长的职务。

“你是不是想拖全班后腿?一个人考不好也就算了，可你知道因为你一个人，全班同学每人要贴你多少分才行?”班主任的绝招是挑拨离间制造公愤。果然全班同学都虎视眈眈地盯着小虎，看得他心里直发虚。

考试的日子一天天临近。

晚上。餐桌旁。

“怎么，没胃口?”妈妈见小虎没动筷子忙问。

“不是。” 小虎这几天累得连饭也吃不下，成天地背成天地写，以至大口喝水冲谈了胃液导致食欲不振，拿笔拿酸了的手连握筷子的力气也没有了。小虎真想好好放松一下啊。

“挨老师批了?”爸爸实在想不出有什么更严重的事情能阻挡这顿丰盛的晚餐对儿子的诱惑。他对小虎学校的事挺敏感。

小虎摇头。将快要考试的事告诉他们，把又红又肿的像长着五根胡萝卜的右手SHOW给他们看。

听罢看罢，爸爸妈妈如释重负，接着神采飞扬。

“真是好孩子。太用功了，等考完试让你出去旅游，怎么样?”爸爸兴致来了，当即许下诺言。

“真的?太棒了!” 小虎兴奋地跳起来。他的目标是云梦山。他很早就想去那儿玩了，可惜一直没机会。

“看你的高兴劲儿，还是先吃饭吧。”妈妈趁机来了个附加条件。

“没问题。”小虎高兴得像个流鼻涕的小屁孩，规规矩矩地坐下拿起筷子。

“哎哟。”酸痛的手指一接触筷子立马叛变。小虎有气无力地龇牙咧嘴。

“妈妈来喂你。”妈妈拿起调羹笑眯眯的将小虎喜欢的炸牛排送进他的嘴里，小虎一边嚼一边想幸亏自己的手是写作业弄的，要是通过其他不正当途径诸如玩游戏机诸如打假弄得就是饿死也没有人心甘情愿地喂他东西吃了。小虎的感觉是妈妈不在喂他而是喂大学。 第二天早读未下，班上已有一大半的同学知道了小虎要去攀登云梦山的消息了。这条消息在如此沉闷如此干燥的考前教室里不啻是一支清凉剂。

“小虎，你真的要去云梦山?”一下课，同学们都赶集似的围坐到小虎的身边问道。

“那当然，我爸亲口答应我的。” 小虎喜形于色。其自豪骄傲之情不亚于告诉他们自己是从月球上刚下来的。

“啧啧，能到云梦山度假，美死了!”同窗们纷纷带着艳羡的神情，显然云梦山的名气对于在座的每人都具有巨大的吸引力。不只因为它的险秀奇峻，更因为那里刚刚被列为世界级的风景文化遗产。作为距离这个地方不足100公里的这里，谁能不为之欢欣鼓舞呢。但是云梦山对于攀登者来说还是危险的，所以大多数家长不愿孩子冒这个险，答应上哪儿玩都行，就是不许上云梦山。小虎可是他们班里第一个即将登上此山的幸运儿，在同学们的眼里，小虎简直成了英雄，甚至有许多同学要他多拍几张风景照带给他们一饱眼福。小虎满口答应胸脯拍得咚咚响。

一扭头，见小萌没有作声。

“你放假去哪儿玩?”小虎问她。

“还能去哪儿?在家呆着呗。”小萌好看的大眼睛盯着他，“你真幸福。听说云梦山有很多小猴子呢。”

“不会吧?你喜欢猴子?”小虎笑。

“干吗?凡是小动物，我都喜欢。不可以么?”小萌噘嘴。

“当然可以啦，可是，我也是小动物啊。我妈说我成天跑来跳去，跟小猴子似的……” 小虎故意说。

“你?讨厌!”小萌佯装生气，不理他了。

“呵呵，作为道歉，我多拍几张小猴子的照片送你，可以了吧?” 小虎赶紧说。

“那还差不多。”小萌咯咯笑起来，“你这个小猴子还是蛮聪明的嘛。” 考前的手忙脚乱。无聊的晚自习。荒唐的星期天。

期末考试的日子终于从天而降。

小虎带着满脑袋稀奇古怪的公式定理符号单词走进考场，像到电影院找座位一样对号入座，但其本质的区别在于前者叫享受，这个叫受罪。接下来是每人分到几张写满不知所云何物天方夜谭般的文字图形数码的纸。他们的任务是用墨水把这些纸涂满涂匀涂得老师心情舒畅涂得家长手舞足蹈涂得自己稀里糊涂。受罪开始…… 漫长的三天。

没有刀光剑影的战斗却能使人感到天昏地暗日月无光，总有地球末日的感觉。监考老师的表演更是精彩，时而来回溜达其左右摆头的频率堪称世界一流而且一有风吹草动就会神秘兮兮地跳起来，时而坐在讲台上佯装看报纸其实鬼都知道那报纸上准有一个小孔已备其窥探下面学生的不轨举动之需甚至报纸拿倒了还装得有模有样看得津津有味真让人怀疑监考老师有特异功能。

小虎没有作弊，很顺利地通过了考试。

In many companies computers instead of workers to work. So many people lose their jobs. So many workers think computers bring them a lot of trouble.

春天到来了，我家的菊花，月季花都长出了新苗。我知道表妹家没有月季花，于是我就削了两根枝条带到了她家。她很高兴。我对她说：“我带来了两根月季花的枝条，我们到你以前种花的地方把它种了吧!”表妹高兴地说：“好啊!不过那儿肯定长满了杂草。我们带两把铲子和扫帚去。”

我们各自拿了一把铲子和一把扫帚去了那里。那儿铺满了枯树叶和杂草。旁边一棵高大的树，仍是光秃秃的，一切都让人感到凄凉。唯一让人感到春意的是旁边翠绿的竹林和那盛开的樱花。

我和表妹行动起来。我们俩挥动着手中的扫帚扫着地上的枯树叶，边扫边说着在学校发生的趣事，不时还发出一阵笑声。不知不觉地，地上的树叶都扫完了。我们又开始除草，因为这些杂草里还有可能隐藏着刚长出的花苗，所以我们小心翼翼地除着。有时草扎的根很结实，要用铲子挖才能连根除掉。因为天气很暖和，再加上草又难除，所以等除完了我们已是满头大汗。

我们便把月季花的枝条插下去了。光有这两株花显得有些单调。我对她说：“上次我在树林里玩的时候发现了四大株兰草花，要不我们把它们移来?”“好啊!”妹妹说。于是我带着她来到那片树林，找到了那四株兰草花，我们用铲子把它们挖了起来，一人拿两株。回到她家，我们又在她家花盆挖了六株菊花。我们把兰草花栽到月季花的中间，把菊花栽在最外面。

看着这块洁净的土地种上了花，可以想像春天花开完了，夏天的花开，夏天的花开完了，秋天的花又开。那花绽放的时候，一定会很美，因为它凝聚着我们汗水。劳动是快乐，它可以换来劳动的成果。

今天是妇女节。是天下所有妇女的节日。

上午，我放家里的保姆阿姨一天假。因为今天是妇女节，所以我放她一天假，让她回到家里和家人一起享受天伦之乐。

今天是妇女节，我要亲自下厨，做一顿美味的午餐给妈妈吃，以午餐来报答妈妈对我的养育之恩。

这次午餐我决定做一道妈妈最喜欢吃的菜--糖炒土豆丝。我照着保姆阿姨平时做菜的样子，先把土豆去皮、洗净，然后把土豆放到菜板上切丝。因为我是第一次下厨，所以我右手紧握着菜刀，左手捏着土豆，我尽量使刀平稳，小心翼翼地切起土豆来……我费了九牛二虎之力，终于把土豆切完了。

在寒冷的今天，我擦去脸上的汗水(因为是第一次下厨，由于紧张出汗了)，打开煤气，开始了我的第二步炒菜方案，我把油放进锅里，就匆匆忙忙地去找糖去了。忽然，我听见锅里发出了“吱、吱”的响声，我慌慌张张地把切好的土豆丝倒进锅里，接着，放糖进锅里，我用了“吃奶”的力气拿着锅铲来回的翻动着，担心菜会被我炒焦了，果然不出我所料，最后还是炒焦了。唉!此时此刻我才体会到炒菜的艰辛。

当我从微波炉里拿出自己的“战利品”时，一看，我傻了眼，原来我放的水过少，米饭半生半熟，怎么办呢?我像一只斗败了的公鸡在厨房里垂头丧气等着妈妈回来。

好不容易等到妈妈回来了，我拿出我的“战利品”，尽管菜的味道实在不怎么样，还带着焦味，米饭半生半熟，但妈妈吃得很香，我看到妈妈的眼里闪着喜悦的泪花。我奇怪地问妈妈：“我做的这么难吃，您为什么还吃得这么香呢?”妈妈笑着说：“因为是我懂事的女儿亲手做的，妈妈觉得这是我一生之中最好最香一顿饭。”此时，我给妈妈送上一个甜甜的吻，并祝她妇女节快乐!

Chinese food is famous all over the world, if you ask a foreigner how about Chinese food, they will be full of praise。

中国的美食在全世界都是出名的，一提到中国食物，他们都会赞不绝口。

When we see the movie, Chinese food is praised by the people. Recently, there is a famous movie called A Bite of China, the movie is popular, it introduces Chinese food from different places. The audience is attracted by the delicious food, they never thought Chinese food would be so various. Now the second part of the movie has been made out, more and more Chinese traditional food has been introduced. After appreciating the movie, I begin to learn more about Chinese food, I want to have taste of them. I am so proud of our food, when we talk about it to foreign friends, we can feel their favor of our food. The food is part of our culture, they should be inherited.

当我们看到电影时，中国的食物广泛受到人们的赞扬。最近，有一部很出名的电影叫《舌尖上的中国》，电影很受欢迎，介绍了来自中国不同地方的食物。观众受到了这些美味的食物吸引，他们从来没想到中国的食物可以有这么多的种类。现在电影的第二部分也已经上映，介绍了越来越多的中国传统美食。欣赏了电影以后，我开始学着了解更多中国的美食，我想要尝一尝。我为我们国家的食物感到自豪，当我们和外国朋友讨论中国食物时，我们能感觉到他们对我们食物的喜爱。这些食物是我们文化的一部分，应该要传承下来。

The saying that practice makes perfect means that after you have plenty of practice in what you are doing, you will be perfect in it. He who practices a lot will master the skill more quickly than he who seldom or hardly practices.

For example, when we learn English, we have to learn grammar, words, expressions and so on. The most important thing may be how to put what we have learned into practice. If you only learn the grammar rules by heart and dont do enough exercises, it is certain that you cant understand them perfectly. But if you practice a lot, maybe you will understand them more deeply and you can find some good methods of applying them. Memorizing English words whenever time permits,we can easily memorize them and can even find a way to memorize them more quickly.

There is another example. A famous singer can sing very welt. Of course, his talent is very important, but practice is necessary. It is necessary to practice to make the singer sing better and better.

It is evident that practice is important for everybody. If you want to improve your study and work, you should remember that practice makes perfect.

Love in high school is a very sensitive topic, the students in high school have come to the age of being mature, inside, they desire to love someone, but it is the awkward time. First, they need to focus their attention so that they can enter a better college, second, their parents are strongly objective to their love, the teachers even ban the love relationship between students. As a student, they have their own rights to love someone, the inner desire and the objection from parents and schools make them struggle to their emotions. In my opinion, high school students have so many pressure, they should put aside their love emotions for a while, they need to focus on the study, when high school time ends, they can choose their love. It is much easier, if you want to love at the time, then to love. No one will stop you.

爱在高中来说是一个很敏感的话题，高中生已经来到了即将成熟的年龄，他们渴望去爱人，但是这也是一个尴尬的时间。第一，他们需要集中精力学习，以此来考取一个好的大学，第二，他们的父母强烈反对恋爱，老师甚至禁止学生谈恋爱。作为一名学生，他们有自己的权利去爱人，内心的欲望，父母和学校的反对，让他们在情感上做挣扎。在我看来，高中生有很多压力，他们应该暂时把感情放在一边，需要集中精力学习，当高中时光结束以后，他们可以选择去爱。这容易多了，如果你那时想要去爱，就去爱。没有人会阻止你。

Last day off , I had a great time, In the morning, I got up very early,

after eating breakfast,I went to Wenzhou Zoo and saw some seals , sharks and

dolphin’s show. I bought some souvenirs. Then I went out playing basketball with

my good friend Jim for one hour, then we swam at the pool , We had some

hambergars and coke for lunch at KFC. We also had some fruit ice-cream.We had a

rest for one and a half hours, then we went to Xinhua bookshop and read some

books.we went to Zhongshan Park , we bought some souvenirs,and the park is very

beautiful, we took lots of photos there. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

我们有一位特别搞笑的英语老师ashiley。

他是一个英籍老外，头发黑黑的，眼睛是棕色的，长方脸，戴着一副长方形镜框的眼镜。我并不是说他长相搞笑，而是他的行为特别搞笑，不信我就来给大家讲讲吧：

有一次，我拿一根笋干给他吃，ashiley装作被吓着的样子，用怪腔怪调的中文说：“啊！蛇，蛇！”看见他这样，我马上叫来兴趣班的同学一起拿笋干给ashiley吃，看见他怪模怪样，逗得我们捧腹大笑。

ashiley上的课课堂气氛很活跃，大部分时间都是在游戏中度过的。他经常让我们玩“吊死鬼”的游戏：每个同学读单词，若读错了，他就在黑板上划两条线，直到最后划成一个吊死鬼的模样，他就会宣布谁是吊死鬼，这时同学们就会一起说：“吊死的不是我，是ashiley！”在游戏过程中我们学会了很多英语单词。

I always dream about returning to the past. As many people say, childhood

is the happiest and easiest time in one’s life. Children show you their true

emotions.

They know what is compassion and what is tolerance better than adults.

In their world, all real thoughts are presented.

They may easily have different opinions with others, but they never

understand what is animosity.

They enjoy making friends but they never think about making social

communication net. Every child talks from the bottom of his heart without evil

plans hidden and never intrigues against each other.

Only in children’s way can adults make our life simple, more real and more

enjoyable.

I wish everyone’s heart would keep as innocent and lovely as they ever did

in their childhood. Then, the walls between our hearts can be broken down and

the world would be a better place to live in.

路过街边的一个小餐馆，突然从里面飘出了一股似曾相识的香气，熟悉中却又带点不一样的感觉。不禁停下脚步，深深地呼吸着这熟悉而又陌生的香气，蓦然醒悟：那是外婆猪肉炒腐竹的香气啊!

由于家境贫寒，父母总是常年在外打工给我们挣学费，孤苦无依的我，便从小被外婆接到了家里一起生活，直到过年才把我送回去给父母。我的童年，大部分时间是在外婆家度过的。

外婆家风景优美。在那里，没有俨然的屋舍，但有小楼房和瓦屋参差错杂的农家小院;没有阡陌交通，却有一段四周是沃田的砖块大路;没有尽染的层林，却有参天古树的林荫。那里民风淳朴，乡亲们热情好客，我在外婆家，度过了快乐的童年。

外婆家并不十分富裕，不是农忙时节或是节日，一般要隔上三两天才有肉吃，但是无论何时，炒萝卜干、炒青菜是绝对少不了的，还时不时有香气很独特的草菇野菌。外婆说，这些虽不比宫廷御宴，却也是那些城里人都难以吃得到的山珍野味，而这些东西，农村的田野地头到处都是，娃儿你有口福呢!外婆还自豪地说，你看城里人每天都大鱼大肉，什么糖尿病啊，高血压啊，这些富贵病就随之而来了，而在农村里呢，吃的是纯天然的绿色食物，喝的是农夫山泉，走的是砖石路，虽然不是每天都大鱼大肉，但是炒菜的锅头啊，连苍蝇拄着拐杖也无法在上面站得住脚呢——锅头油光光的油水多着呢!外婆并没有言过其实，山后头一片片花生便是她种的，每当夏末就榨油，新榨出的花生油，香飘全村;然后花生油装进陶罐储藏，陶罐的周围还得撒上石灰粉，否则蚂蚁就会寻香而来呢!外婆做得一手好菜，虽只是一些农家小菜，但放上新鲜的花生油，那股香喷喷的豆香，总是引诱得我垂涎三尺。

村里有几户人家生产腐竹，我最爱吃外婆炒的猪肉炒腐竹这道菜了。知道我爱吃，每逢过节，外婆便总会买上半肥的猪肉和腐竹给我做这道菜肴。我把灶里的火烧得最旺时，外婆先倒进一点花生油，然后把猪肉放进锅里翻炒，待猪肉滋滋出油散发香气的时候，就把泡得半软的腐竹一起倒进锅里翻炒，配上酱油、料酒，不一会，一阵阵浓香的味道就飘满了整个厨房，待炒锅里的猪肉腐竹炒得黄澄澄、油光光地上碟时，我早就谗得流口水了。有时候，在上碟前再撒进一些葱花，那味道就更好了，猪肉腐竹的浓香中带一点葱的清气，我常常吃到肚子撑得浑圆才停下筷子，而外婆，总是笑眯眯地看着我，心满意足。

童年的我，没有享受到父母的爱，但外婆，用她的爱给了我一个温暖快乐的童年。猪肉炒腐竹，一道再普通不过的家常菜，外婆却融进了多少了爱!如今，我已远离外婆，但那浓逍的香气，却永远留在了我的记忆深处。

我走进小餐馆，点了这道久违的菜，但是，却怎么也吃不出那熟悉的味道。我知道，没有了新鲜的花生油的香气，更少了外婆的味道，今后，我再也吃不出童年的猪肉炒腐竹的感觉了。
