里面包的馅可以根据自己的个人爱好去调整。我们家一般会把采摘回来的芦叶浸在水里，浸得比较软时，包起来会好包一点。包粽子可是奶奶的拿手绝活呢！我通常都会坐在奶奶的对面，帮她拿叶拿线。我时不时还会照着奶奶的样子学起来，可是总到了第二步装米的时候，出洋相了，由于我物拿错地方，倒致米装一粒掉一粒，最后搞得芦叶上到处是米。
