过年后的几天，我们全家人一起去了韩国的首尔玩。

出发的那一天，我们先到杭州的萧山机场，然后坐着飞机去了韩国首尔的机场，韩国那里的地上有雪，放眼望去，雪白一片，美极了!

人的爱好多种多样，有新奇绝妙的，有平淡无奇。我的爱好虽不新奇，但广泛得连父母都时常感叹。而在这众多的爱好之中，我还是对读书情有独钟。

爱看书还得从七年前说起。那是贪玩的我并不怎么爱看书，但有一次，从玩具堆中发现了一本被翻开的书。好奇心促使我看了下去。一下子，我马上被书中那精美的插图与那精彩的内容给吸引了。而且一发不可收拾，从此，我就爱上了读书。

长大后，懂事的我越来越爱看书了，每天都要看，少看一天都不行，成了一个不折不扣的“小书虫″。为此，我还闹出了笑话呢!记得有一次，妈妈让我烧水，烧水时，我便拿起一本书，津津有味地品读书中的精彩内容，看得忘乎所以。结果，水壶被烧坏了，搞得满屋子烟。这时，妈妈看见了，就问我怎么回事。我这时才回过神来。“糟糕!我的水呢?”妈妈见我这副模样，无可奈何地唉声叹气：唉!你这个小书虫!我提醒过你多少次了……’’

虽然我因为看书误了事,但我仍然爱读书.因为从书中,我学会了许多知识,悟出了许多道理,认识许多朋友：丑小鸭、快乐王子、孙悟空、鲁迅、冰心、爱迪生……读书还使我的作文水平提高了不少呢!

现在,书成了我每天必需的营养品,生活中没有书,就好像鸟儿没有翅膀，生命没有书,就好像生活没有阳光,书是人类进步的阶梯，书是知识的源泉!

我爱读书,因为读书使我的生活丰富多彩，使我的生命充满阳光!

I think both the employee and employer should take the responsibility. But employer should take the most duty. If the company can offer a considerable welfare, there will be less staff leave their position. In general, most employees change their jobs just because they think their payment doesn’t equal to their benefit. If the employer can meet the need of their staffs, the brain drain will not be a question. By the way, the employee also should think again and again when hunting jobs to make sure finding his dream job. Then he would not regret after a few days. If both employee and employer do their best, there will be less and less brain drain.

我们都知道在当今这个社会的要找到一份合适的工作并不容易。但是，与此同时，越来越多的公司指出人才流失这个现象的严重性。我认为这应该是雇员和雇主都该承担的责任。不过雇主应承担大部分责任。如果公司可以提供相当可观的福利，很少会有员工要离开的。一般来说，大多数员工换工作都是因为他们认为他们的付出与收获不成正比。如果雇主能够满足员工的需要，人才流失将不会是一个问题。顺便说一下，在找工作的时候员工也应该三思而后行，确保可以找到自己想要的工作。这样就不会一段时间后就后悔了。如果雇主和雇员都做到最好，人才流失会越来越少。

已近黄昏，这是雨后的黄昏，刚下过雨仿佛下雨后的天更是黄了些，此刻太阳越来越小，不一会儿便也没了踪影，这时往东边一瞧出来彩虹了，我连忙跑回家。爬上房顶，远远地望着那彩虹。大约十来分钟左右，那彩虹忽然又不见了。

这时在那空旷的地带有一位有一位面目清秀的女孩站在那里。似乎他也因为彩虹的消失而感到一些失望。孙梓童

灯光照耀下的舞台闪闪发光，映衬着洁白无暇的地板。许许多多的小舞者都站在舞台上面准备就绪了，其中有个七八岁的小舞者穿着一套绿色的比赛服装，精神抖擞地跳着。只见她的表情把舞蹈展现地栩栩如生。灯光照耀下的她，显得格外光彩照人。池雨彤

在这五彩缤纷的灯光下，闪着朦胧的忙光，那一处处彩色的光照射在我的脸颊旁。我的笑容如此灿烂。

我们走出了大门，天边只剩下了一缕晚霞儿，但大地上却依然停留着我那生动而诱人的影子。

在回家的路上，我们穿过小树林。小树林旁有一条小河，在那上面清楚地看到了我的身影，隐隐约约从江底看见了一条小鱼。王春萌

去年夏天，妈妈带我和妹妹来到姥姥家旁的小溪边玩。

小溪的水可清了，清的可以看到水底的沙石。欢快的小雨在水中游来游去，还有小虾呢，我看的小虾一会钻到石头底，一会又出来看着好可爱。

我脱了鞋，挽起裤腿就迫不及待的下了水，脚踩在沙上的感觉就像踩在棉花上一样，好软啊。

虽然玩的时间不长，但我们玩的可开心了。
