1.沙龙形式，师生探讨例作，在讨论中明白作文的要求及相关的写作理论；

8.教师积极撰写下水作文，积极参与学生感兴趣的话题讨论，实践中把握写作规律以及学生思想动态；

1、组建评估小组，由备课组长任评委会负责人，统筹安排；学生作文按语言、结构、思想、创新等诸元逐项考核；
