As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Well, you remember we left Sydney on Monday and arrived in London 24 hours later. After such a long and exhausting flight the first thing we did was to have a good, long sleep. And after that?a good meal to make up for all that horrible airline stuff!

The first real day of our holiday was spent just walking around London to get a feel of the place. After that, however, we were more particular and planned each day carefully.

The final stage of our trip is a visit to Rome, after which we will be staying in Singapore for two days before returning to Australia.

festival, but this year, the Lantern festival falls on the same day with the

2016“格伦杯”方洲新概念全国中小学生创意作文大赛将于2015年10月1日正式开赛，现面向全国中小学生公开征文!

“格伦杯”方洲新概念全国中小学生创意作文大赛于2014年创办，由华语教学出版社主办，致力于文学人才的挖掘与培养，推进创意写作在新时代语文教学改革中的积极作用。截止2015年大赛，已有30余万学生、1000余所中小学校参与大赛，覆盖全国除港澳台外的所有省市。

一、组织原则

(一)初赛(2015年10月1日-2016年2月28日)

初赛有两种报名方式：

由组委会授权的分赛区组织各学校学生或社会青少年团体参加初赛;

个人参赛选手可通过全国中小学生创意作文大赛官方网站报名，报名网址：http://zuowen.gelunjiaoyu.com。

初赛免费参加，初赛单个学校或团体有效征文量超过1000份，优先加入“创意写作教学研究示范基地”。(有效征文指文章结构完整、原创、学生信息完整)

(二)复赛(2016年3月1日-5月31日)

1、初赛淘汰率为50%，余下的50%有资格进入复赛;

2、复赛将采用现场开放式话题作文的形式，分为分赛区现场复赛和网络复赛两种形式。分赛区现场复赛由大赛组委会现场出题，现场收卷，现场封箱;网络赛区以网络限时复赛的形式进行，登录大赛官网复赛参赛页面，根据组委会给出的复赛主题，在规定时间内完成作文并提交。

3、复赛免费参加，由专家评委从复赛选手中挑选10%的优秀选手，进入决赛。

4、复赛前，分赛区将组织选手参加创意作文名师大讲堂，名师大讲堂为自愿参加。

(三)决赛(2016年7月20日-24日)

2016年7月20日在北京进行盛大的全国总决赛，总决赛日程包括赛前培训指导、主题采风、现场作文比赛、颁奖典礼四个环节，具体日程和安排详见决赛通知书。决赛期间选手交通及食宿费用自行承担。

六、参赛要求

(一)参赛对象：全球热爱汉语写作的青少年，

小学三年级以上(A组)

初中(B组)

高中(C组)

(二)作品字数：不超过5000字。

(三)作品要求：

1.内容具体、充实健康、积极向上、感情真挚，能清晰地表达出自己独特的感悟、感受和体验。

2.能多角度地观察生活和社会现象，捕捉事物的特征，力求有创意地表达。

3.作品必须是原创新作，不得抄袭作假，不得一稿两投，一经发现，立即取消其参赛资格。

(四)鼓励学校老师组织学生到图书馆或登录互联网查找资料，到社会中调查访问和体验生活，让学生易于动笔、乐于表达，给学生充足的思考和准备时间。

(五)所有参赛作品视为作者同意主办方享有包括但不限于编辑发表、出版发行等专有使用权。

(六)特别提示：所有参赛作品一律不退，请参赛选手自留底稿。

七、奖项设置

(一)学生奖

“创意作文专家特别推荐奖”，“创意作文特等奖”，“创意作文金杯奖”，“创意作文金牌奖”，颁发获奖证书及奖品。决赛优秀获奖作品将由华语教学出版社集结出版发行。

(二)教师奖

1、十佳辅导教师奖：指导教师或班主任需对作品进行深入的点评或分析，优秀的论著将获得“创意作文十佳辅导教师”荣誉，颁发证书及奖品，并在教育媒体发表。

2、根据参赛学校组织参赛作品的数量和获奖情况，对促进语文教学改革且取得卓越成绩的辅导老师，由组委会颁发“优秀辅导老师”证书。并将有机会作为领队老师受邀参加大赛过程中的相关活动，享有创意作文教师发展基金会教师与教育发展专项基金奖励。

3. 对促进学校语文教学改革且取得卓越成就的校长，由创意作文教师发展基金会教师与教育发展专项基金给予专项奖励。

(三)优秀组织奖

优秀组织奖，分为单位优秀组织奖和个人优秀组织奖。

1、单位优秀组织奖，加入“创意写作教学研究示范基地”学校联盟，组委会将优先提供专家资源与学校实行对接，开展公益讲座、学术交流、课题研究、图书出版及作文培训等活动。

2、个人优秀组织奖，组委会将颁发证书和奖品。

以上奖励内容以颁奖典礼公布为准。

八、其他

(一)决赛获奖作品主办方将在合作媒体予以发表，决赛获奖作品由华语教学出版社结集出版发行(结集出版不再支付稿酬)。获得专家推荐的作品将在公开媒体上发表(不再支付稿酬)。

(二)大赛决赛期间将举行颁奖仪式，届时大赛合作媒体将全程予以报道，颁奖仪式将邀请协助高校的院系负责人、华语教学出版社领导、杂志社领导、社会知名作家等为大赛获奖者颁奖，并与参加决赛的选手合影留念。

(三)获得大赛“专家特别推荐奖”的学生有机会获得知名高校自主招生考试推荐资格。

(四)所有奖项将在总决赛期间予以表彰，颁发证书及奖品。
