为了进一步提高泸沽湖风景区的知名度，建设魅力泸沽湖景区，现面向全国举办“美丽泸沽湖”原创歌曲征集活动，由四川省音乐家协会、凉山州文学艺术界联合会主办;凉山州音乐家协会协办;凉山州摩梭家园暨泸沽湖旅游景区管理局、盐源县文联承办。

一、作品征集时间

从2016年9月15日开始——12月15日截止。作品评选至2016年12月30日之前结束。

二、征集对象及申报作品要求

1、 本次征集活动面向全国，所有音乐制作人或者相关音乐团体均可应征报送;

2、 应征作品应力求艺术地反映四川盐源少数民族丰富的文化元素、突出美丽的泸沽湖景区人文特色;富有时代气息和时尚感，艺术个性鲜明、生活气息浓郁;

3、 应征作品应适合各类综艺晚会上演唱，广大群众喜爱、传得开、唱得响。

4、 2015年元月1日以后新创作的歌曲均可报送，每位词曲作者限报3首作品;

5、 应征作品要求附作品完整打印的乐谱(简谱、五线谱均可)，有条件者可附作品录制的音频小样(小样为MP3、WAV格式;U盘CD均可);

6、 申报人须提交申报表、作品版权承诺书(见附件)。

三、版权申明

1、 应征作品应为完全自主原创，所有部分及内容均不应存在任何形式的版权纠纷;

2、 主办方拥有对所有参加活动歌曲作品的出版、改编和推广等各种形式的使用权。凡投稿的作者均视为认同主办方的版权使用声明。

四、奖项设置

本次入选优秀歌曲作品将颁发获奖证书和奖金：金奖1首，奖金3万元并颁发获奖证书;银奖2首，奖金1.5万元并颁发获奖证书;铜奖3首，奖金8千元并颁发获奖证书;优秀奖5首，奖金五千元并颁发获奖证书。

五、评选和推广办法

3、凉山州摩梭家园暨泸沽湖旅游景区管理局会同有关部门将评选出的获奖作品制成演唱单曲，或精选部分获奖作品制成MV，通过相关媒体进行展演播出。

当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。

去年，要不是为了去盐城替舅舅、舅妈照顾表哥，外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厌恶”舅舅、舅妈，他们家的经济条件不错，为什么不找个保姆?把我的欢乐端午节和粽子都“夺走了”，我好生气呀!也好怀念那味香色美的粽子呀!
