2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

graffiti has become more noticeable in my college. I feel quite annoyed at them,

especially when some of my classmates praise them as a kind of so-called art.

Confronted with this impolite phenomenon, I cant help asking myself: what is

wrong with todays teenagers?

my opinion, graffiti is a form of vandalism. They are a mess and are ugly to

look at. Meanwhile, walls are public places, and they should not be used to

express personal views and feelings.

really think vandalism should be stopped, and those who refuse to stop this bad

现在的大人们都很奇怪，一边拼命吃着保健品，一边拼命熬夜；一边勇于尝试冒险，吃着让人觉得不可思议的“食物”，一边找医生救命；一边宣传着禁毒，争当禁毒形象使者，一边自己在偷吃违禁品。不仅如此，现在的大人们也不懂得礼貌谦逊。现经常可以在网络新闻里看到，有些大人因为抢占一个座位，扭打在一起，或者在公共场合做出很多不文明的举止。“对不起”这三个字似乎成了大人们羞于启齿的词语，拳头成了决定对错的象征。是什么让现在的大人们如此疯狂？是现在社会的人情淡薄，是生活压力无处喧泄，还是大人们自我调节能力的缺乏。看着电视上新闻报导里，又有人因为抑郁症付出了年轻的生命。那又是什么原因使这些人不相信家人、不相信医生，只相信死亡呢？我对此有着重重疑问。我的梦想是当一名心理医生，想去了解人们到底在想些什么，是什么促使他们连身边家人、朋友都不顾，是什么原因让他们走进了自己的黑洞里，又是有着一种什么样的念头，让他们放弃自己的生命。生病并不可怕，可怕的是自我放弃。也许你会对我说，现在的医生多难当啊，医患关系如此紧张，医生就算在休息期间也要随时待命，更有很多医生，一天要做好几台手术，连喝口水的时间也没有。但是如果没有这些默默付出的白衣天使们，人类是不是很快就要灭亡了呢？

小树只有经历风雨后，才能长成参天大树；笋芽儿只有一层层脱下外壳，才能长成苍劲的竹子；毛毛虫只有通过痛苦的挣扎和不懈地努力后，才能破茧成蝶。我的梦想现在还很遥远，但只要通过学习上的努力，知识上的积累，我一定能成为一名合格的心理医生。

记得曾经看过这样一个故事。在英国的威斯敏斯特教堂的一个不显眼的角落，树立着一块石碑，上面有一段广为传诵的碑文，关于一个临终的老人的梦想：“当我年轻的时候，我的幻想漫无边际，我梦想改变这个世界；当我成熟以后，我将目光缩短了一些，决定只改变我的国家；当我进入暮年以后，我发现我不能够改变我的国家，我最后的愿望仅仅是改变我的家庭，然而，这似乎也不可能……”

我想，如果当时老人首先改变了自己，然后就有可能改变家庭。在家人的帮助下，就能为国家服务。或许他的行为最终改变了世界。这个世界上，多数人都十分平凡，如果你不能做大事情，你可以从自己做起。如果我们从小事做起，我们就能做大事；如果我们从平凡的人做起，我们就会成为伟大的人；如果我们的改变自己，我们就可能改变世界。这就是梦想的起点。

梦想的背后是奇迹，成就奇迹首先要付出努力并且树立目标。

梦境中，我们都会拥有一双翅膀，让我们在幻想中起舞。梦醒，一切云消雾散，不复存在。梦只是一场梦，但是梦想去可以变成奇迹。

在一个冬日的早晨，我在窗外发现了一株不知名的小花。当其他花都奄奄一息的时候，只有它仍在顽强的抵抗凛冽的寒风。它的梦想是不被寒风吹倒，迎接和煦的阳光给它带来的温暖。

我的梦想是当一名出色的作家，希望把自己的作品带给人们快乐美好的感受。可我却空怀这个梦想，从来没有为这个梦想做过努力。而一株小花却会为了梦想与大风艰苦搏斗，我觉得我竟然连一株小花都不如……

或许在人生的道路上，我还会碰到很多困难，很多挫折，但是我想我会像这朵小花那样，勇敢地和困难搏斗，努力走到最后。然后，终有一天，我一定会实现梦想。

梦想不在于远大，而在于行动；我们不能空怀梦想，要为梦想付出行动，为梦想坚持。这样它才会变得神圣，才能成为现实。

Last winter holiday, I went to Harbin with my mother. It‘s very cold in winter. There is snow and ice everywhere and you are always in a white world. You must wear warm clothes. The most exciting thing is playing with snow. Skating is also very interesting there. I will always remember Harbin, for the snow, the ice and all the beautiful things. I love Harbin.

Oh! it was winter holiday. i was very happy. i read my favourite books. i have many wonderful books. but i could not read these books too much. i also had a lot of homework to do. i like playing computer games, too. it’s very interesting. but i could not play it too much. i wear glasses, i’m very sad. it’s not good for my eyes to play computer games too much.

Oh! it was the spring festival. it’s chinese traditional festival. people were very happy. they went shopping, cleaned their houses, had supper together……i went to my grandparents’ home with my parents. my grandparents were very happy to see us. they prepared many kinds of nice food, such as fish, meat, vegetables and fruit. in the evening, we watched tv and lighted fireworks. we also knocked on people’s doors and gave some presents to them. after the spring festival, we went to shanghai to go shopping. we bought clothes, shoes and some delicious food.

I had a good holiday, i think. i also have very nice school life now.
