本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

《浅谈英语阅读能力的培养》

措施：用新的教学理念指导英语阅读教学，进一步改变教法和学法，培养学生对英语阅读的兴趣，提高学生的英语阅读能力，提高英语教学效果。

1、尝试通过各种形式的学习，例如复述课文、把课文改编成情景剧、阅读竞赛等活动，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，从而达到自主积累、综合运用英语的目的，并指导学生运用科学的方法记忆单词、阅读课文，取得事半功倍的效果。

2、通过信息技术与学科整合的手段，以课内为基础，增加课外阅读的量，指导学生借助信息手段和工具书理解文章基本内容的方法，提高学生的英语自学能力。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体，培养学生的综合阅读技能，提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was only a dream.

2017年全国Ⅰ卷高考作文的材料“通过关键词，帮助外国青年读懂中国”可谓是国际视野，全面驱动，奏响时代最强音。具体来说有以下几个特点：

1.紧扣时政，关注热点，倡导国际视野。作文材料中十二个关键词涵盖了经济、文化、民生、科技、环保、城乡、出行、购物等八大门类，充分体现了关注时政热点的主要特征，充分引导考生关注并思考现实问题，同时具有国际视野，从国家发展的大局着眼，承担中国公民向外国青年推介中国的责任意识，既弘扬中国传统文化，又展望国家发展的美好前景，具有明显的“立德树人”导向功能。

2.全面驱动，尊重个性，引导独立思考。今年的高考作文，既有“选择两三个关键词”的数量限制，又有“呈现你所认识的中国”内容驱动，还有“帮助外国青年读懂中国”的对象规定和目标达成，同时更有“要求选好关键词，使之形成有机关联”的思维驱动;四重驱动层层叠加，对考生任务驱动的复杂性和思维驱动的关联性提出了更高的要求，可谓真正意义上的“任务驱动型作文”。考生可以自主选择，但必须同时满足上述四个要求，这对于思维能力欠佳的考生来说难免会顾此失彼，这就提醒我们今后的作文教学必须狠抓思维训练，让考生学会真正的独立思考和个性写作。

3.取材方面，容易写作，却又难以出彩。“中国关键词”是考生耳熟能详的话题，特别是文科生，在政治课上肯定多有接触，即使理科生也会通过电视、报纸、杂志、会议等对其有一定的了解，加之试题多角度的提示，考生若从十二个关键词中任选两三个来写，肯定会忽视本次作文的核心要求：“选好关键词，使之形成有机的关联”，进而导致偏题。因此先将关键词归类，再找到它们各自的联系，对于写出高分显得尤为重要。当然也可以把成就与问题(空气污染与食品安全)结合起来作一番辨正分析和介绍，也许更能帮助外国青年读懂中国。然而，考虑到考生掌握的典型材料、生动材料可能是有限的，且这类时事性较强的题目。虽贴近生活，但毕竟选择写议论文的考生可能占多数，大部分考生的作文可能是一篇“主题先行，讴歌中国”的应景之作。很难写出真情实感，因此，很难出彩。像《美食与乐不可辜负》《发展与治污并进的中国——给外国友人的一封信》《望长城内外，品中华美食》这类全面驱动、注重关联的优秀作文可能为数不多。

寒假的一天，我正在查阅资料“临渊羡鱼，不如退而结网。”我一边看一边读着这其中的意思，“意思是站在水边想得到鱼，不如回家去结网。比喻只有愿望而没有措施，对事情毫无好处。嗯，这应该怎么理解呢?”我托着腮，思索着。

正当我百思不得其解时，手机响了，我看了一眼屏幕上显示的来电信息，哦，原来是表姐啊!我立刻拿起了手机和表姐聊了起来。聊天过程中，表姐告诉我她的作业已经做完了，我一听，立马吓了一跳。我看看了堆在桌上的作业，唉，要是我也能像表姐一样现在就把作业做完就好了。唉!也不知道我能不能在过年前写完。正当我准备继续思考时，我转念一想，现在离过年还有几天，我下定决心，一定要在过年前完成任务。

接下来的几天，我的生活和之前发生了天翻地覆的变化……

每天早上，我都会早早起床，吃过早饭后，我就开始写作文，猛然间，我发现，原来，写作文的灵感并不是那么难找，只要用心，几分钟，灵感就会像泉水般的涌出来。但是，偶尔，我的灵感不会一下子就飞过来，我在毫无思绪时，就会让自己静下心来，慢慢地，灵感就会来敲门啦!一个小时之后，我就顺利的完成了一篇作文。之后，我就会听听音乐，让自己的大脑以及心灵好好的放松放松。吃过午饭后，我坐在太阳下看看书，让自己的心沉下来，把这书中每一个字都看过去，看明白。到了下午，我就会把白天写的作文都修改一下，把那些迟来的灵感也加进去，让作文更加完整，更加准确。就这样，几天之后，我轻轻松松地写完了三篇作文，还把那两本书以及四大名著中一些不太懂的地方都看了一遍。

“临渊羡鱼，不如退而结网。”我再一次读着这句话，我想起了上次暑假，表姐也是早早的完成了作业，而我只是羡慕她，并没有像这次一样，去认真地写作业。我又一次读了一遍这句话。啊!我明白了，羡慕是没有用，只有努力去追赶才是好的。其实，有时候，现实与梦想的距离就是一念之间!
